Horrible experience! The lady does not know how to talk to her customers, she is quite violent. Would not recommend this place for any services they offer.

Love Lou & Jel Nails. Been going for about 4 years & absolutely love it, have my nails, toes & waxing done. Lou has become a lovely friend & I would recommend this salon to everyone.

Went to Jel nails because the lady I normally go to was off having a baby, still is off. Louise is a super lady, her shop is awesome and my nails look smashing, we also have a really good laugh, it's a tonic for me going. Would definitely recommend it

This place is honestly terrible, they are disrespectful and rude to their clients. They don't let you choose your color because you'll "take too long" and the lady will tell how you shouldn't wear mak...
This place is honestly terrible, they are disrespectful and rude to their clients. They don't let you choose your color because you'll "take too long" and the lady will tell how you shouldn't wear makeup because you'll "get more pimples" I would not recommend to come here, it is a waste of money and time.

The pedicure itself was fine, a little pricy compared to what I'm used to and that says a lot since I'm from California. What got this place a low star rating was the woman doing my pedicure. She kept...
The pedicure itself was fine, a little pricy compared to what I'm used to and that says a lot since I'm from California. What got this place a low star rating was the woman doing my pedicure. She kept making comments about how fat my feet were, and how of I changed my diet to soup and tea I would lose a bunch of weight. She also told my little sister she needed to stop eating spicy food because it was giving her pimples. She would not let up. I Felt Like crying. If it weren't for the fact that I brought my husband's 12 year old sister with me i would've have lost it on her. Ironic though - she was neither a spring chicken nor a twig. Screw her and her nail salon. Never coming back. Ever.

Cristina hooked my hands and feet up with loving care. The reflexology services she provides with her husband are phenomenal. I feel so much better and IDed some health issues I need to address.
