This place is a no frills, no fuss nail place but they do good work and it's not overpriced. I get gel manicures, regular pedicures, and facial waxing. I used to go to another salon (Select Nails) but stopped because I didn't care for how I was being treated. Cute nails treats you fairly. Staff is courteous and professional.

Never again! I just went and it took them more than five minutes to acknowledge me. Then the atmosphere was very tense, everyone had a pissed off face. I wanted a pedicure and a wax but since I felt uninvited I just chose to get the wax. The lady was clearly mad, she just pointed to the room for me to enter. Then she proceeded to aggressively give me two different eyebrows that don't look the least bit alike. Unsatisfied!!

Came in close to during closing and clearly asked if they could take my husband and I for a pedicure and she said "yes but it's a 20 minute wait" after waiting for 30 minutes she comes and tell us to go back tomorrow because they are taking longer that expected. Never will I go back to this place. If you can't do it I understand but don't tell me after you made me wait 30 minutes

I have mixed feelings about this place. They do a decent job but their customer service skills are beyond awful. This was the second time I've been there. I went a second time because I knew there wouldn't be many customers and I wouldn't have to wait. The man who did my "manicure" did a pretty bad job. I feel like my hands are going to have bruises tomorrow. There wasnt much massage; he didn't remove my rings or watch. $25 for a gel manicure would have been worth it if he had done a better job. He didn't specify that the gel manicure alone is $18. I paid $7 extra dollars for him to rub cuticle oil (I'm not exaggerating) in my knuckles. Him and a colleague mocked me for bringing my young daughter in for a manicure. I had to ask who was going to do her nails because 3 other customers walked in and were serviced before her. He then told me she was too young and that they'd only do polish. Isn't that for me to decide? She's been getting manicures for years. He was also very sloppy and had to constantly use the brush to take off the excess polish around my cuticles. He had no people skills. He pulled my wrists without saying anything. I was pleased with the overall result but it wasnt a pleasurable experience.

Never again! I just went and it took them more than five minutes to acknowledge me. Then the atmosphere was very tense, everyone had a pissed off face. I wanted a pedicure and a wax but since I felt uninvited I just chose to get the wax. The lady was clearly mad, she just pointed to the room for me to enter.
