The place is very visually appealing which is why it’s getting 2 stars not 1. They’re very pushy on upgrades even after you tell them no and what you want, lady doing my pedi was really rough and lady doing my nails didn’t clean up the messy polish all over my hands til I asked her to. I had gotten pink and white powder somewhere else and wanted to try here since my regular place was closed today, and instead of them soaking off my nails and giving me a new set they just filed it down a bit and put more powder on top of it!! It looks messy and I can see the pink and white through it. She had to even put gel polish on top to help cover it but it hardly worked. It looks very clumpy and for $90, I won’t be returning. Very dishonest and poor customer service. I requested a fill on solar nails. I asked the lady for a fill on solar and how much. She looked at my nails and told me $22. She then told me to sit at the first man sit to the right, right in front of the restrooms. The man looks at my color and states they don’t have that color. So I am looking at him and he states nothing, so I asked “do a choose another color close to it?” He states “go ahead”, he say nothing else and I mean nothing. He didn’t ask me if I wanted a drink or how is my day, NOTHING. He is filing my nails down and when all is done and I go pay, he stating 40. I asked him why? He walks off and stays talking in there language and yelling. The lady who sit me down is trying to talk to him. She comes to me an say that because I changed the color, I have to pay for a full set. Mind you, he did not take off what I came in with nor did he add or do anything else other then put the new color on on top of what I had an filing. Not once did he say nothing to me about prices nor that because they did not have the color I had on, that the price would be different. They are not honest ppl. PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE FOR YOUR NAIL CARE NEEDS!!!!! I’ve never written a review and I never imagined that my first one would be a bad one. I’ve been going to this place 4 times. The first two experiences were amazing Lisa and Nina you rock. My last two, ANDY and ANDREW OMG you give this place a rotten reputation. I usually get powder dipped nail polish and today a manicure with it. I’m so upset Andrew did not listen to me when I requested my nails be cut more than once. When I asked for a manicure, he had an attitude, cut my cuticles dry after a 3 second dip in ice cold water (I counted) and to put icing on the cake Andrew cut skin on my middle finger and I was bleeding very visibly and he kept going he didn’t try to take any sanitary precautions before proceeding I had to ask him to stop the service and take care of it 2xs before he acknowledged the request. That’s unsafe and if he did this to me I don’t know who else’s blood I could be wearing!!! Plus he was rude which I tried to overlook then my nails came out looking like this!!! Another lady was complaining about her service with Andy which I completely understood as he polished my cuticles and put powder dip on them. Just left that place. I couldn't belive they were satisfied with their work. They did pedis in under 10 minutes, no massage on legs, my daughter even had to take her own hot towels off since employee went to go work on someone else. They basically dipped feet in water, trimmed nails and polished. They were not even too busy. After I called manager to come see the work, they only spoke in their language and never acknowledged me. I let them know we would never come back. We were very dissatisfied with their work. We paid for 2 pedis and acrylics. I even left tip!! Read Less

I went there and got a young man who acted like he didn’t want to do my nails didn’t want to answer any questions and he did a lousy job on my nails. He put four coats of polish on my nails and expected it to dry which you did not. I left upset. And returned on Monday they did my nails over again they don’t use heating lamps at all unless you have jail nails if your nails are just polished you have to sit in front of a fan and hope 3-4 coats of polish will dry enough for you to leave and not smudge your nails. Staff is friendly and service is great. Lots of chairs. Modern, clean and no strong nail polish smell. They use bags in the pedicure chairs, which I appreciate. Went here for a pedicure and felt like it was rushed, plus the guy acted like he really didn't wanna touch my feet. He didn't even massage my legs, just rubbed lotion on them. Everyone else around me were sitting in their spa chairs when I first came in, by the time he finished they were still getting their pedicures. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. This salon is incompetent. I went in for a gel pedicure and basic manicure. The technician they gave me didn't know what she was doing. Other staff had to walk her through the process and she tried to remove my nail polish with rubbing alcohol. I didn't notice it was rubbing alcohol till later, so I couldn't correct her. She removed my nail polish by filing it off. I didn't let her finish the manicure, once she cut my nails below the fingertips and at odd angles I had enough and left. Read Less

IT´s pretty bad to me to give this kind of reviews but the one star is only for Lisa, only one with customer service. The rest of this people has no evidence of what customer service should be. I have been here since day 1, first services were great; after that 2nd time they did a manicure (lady was super rude; throwing my hand when doing manicure) I came back next day because my nails had no color on them; yes, second day and I had no manicure anymore. They charged me $12 to color again ! Really? .. either way I paid my graduation was next day and it was closing time. 3rd time I came guy did a 12 min manicure. I was fine with it it looked pretty good! 4th time mom and 5 of us were getting a pedicure and the guy started to do acrylic on my mom (we order dip powder) when we realized it we told him and he started talking back to my mom; seriously? Visited this place twice and I felt like they could've done a much better job considering their prices. Andrew did my nails on both visits and I felt like he did a better job the first time but the second time felt rushed. I got a fill on my gel nails and he only filed them once and they weren't even. This is my last time visiting a nail bar period, the one they just opened in Cedar Hill didn't do a great job either! Read Less

Been here twice since they opened.  Ok customer service from the owner.... the ladies are lacking customer service friendliness.  Overall OK job on my nails.  I got the dipping powder, eh I'd rather get acrylic.  Top notch polish colors!!  I gave it 4 stars because they are priceyyyyyyyyyyy.  If they stop giving the "20%" off special, I will not be going back.  For the price I did expect way exceptional work and customer service.  Overall good though.
