WORST NAIL SALON I'VE BEEN TO Went there to get my acrylics removed but kept helping other customers instead.  Was taking forever so we decided to leave.  I guess we weren't that important.  Horrible and disappointed by the customer service given.  I don't know how they can still have business on base. Possibly one of the worst experiences I've had in a nail salon. I only say that because of the complete inattentiveness. I had booked an appointment for a gel manicure, but was not seated until 15 minutes past my time. If the salon was busy, I normally would not mind waiting. But there was not a single other soul in the place.. Two nail techs and only one customer (me) and for some reason they still did not tend to me. After I had been seated, it was another 10 minutes before one of the nail techs finally came to the station they seated me at. She made quick work of my nails, but in her rush she managed to file my nails down to an uncomfortable level where I'm actually quite sore now from her rubbing my skin with the nail file. When she got around to painting my nails with the gel, she made very sloppy work of it, getting polish all over my cuticles and beyond my nail end. I figured that perhaps she was just waiting til the end to clean up any mess, but I couldn't be more wrong. After taking my hands out from under the UV light for the last time, she went to go file my nails to break any extra polish from the ends of the nails off. Within a second of inspecting my hands, she put down the nail file and stated, "Your nails are too short to even get the polish off with the file." I was shocked. Not only was she not timely in tending to the only customer in the place, but she was too lazy to clean up the mess she made of my nails. The work wasn't anything to remember.  I don't have any photos of my nails, which is saying a lot because I always take photos after getting them done. I'm going to guess most people visit the salon out of convenience, but my advice is to go to a better salon: Da-Vi Nails inside Walmart on Culebra or either of the salons upstairs in Ingram Mall (both salons are located across from each other). Worst experience I've had at a nail salon. I was rushed since the start. The nail tech kept trying to tell people that they were going to be a few mins wait one after another. She cut my fingers TWICE! They were trying to get people through rather than taking their time to do my nails carefully. I had acrylic nails on my fingers  and a pedicure done. $65 wasted. They were trying to charge me $5 for cutting my cuticle AFTER setting the acrylic nails on! Who does that? And the toenails look like a joke. Do not go here if you're expecting to relax. I'm only giving this place one star because I have to in order to write something, other than that their service is piss poor and they deserve ZERO stars. First off, they didn't remove me old nail polish completely before starting my new pedicure. I was the first customer when they open and felt as though they were rushing to get me off their chair because I wouldn't upgrade my pedicure to a "spa" pedicure, which really only meant and additional sugar scrum. Second, they offer shellac options but don't carry the right equipment to remove the precious shellac. The lady doing my manicure was pretty much filing down my old nail polish, which hurt like a "B" because she was also using her own finger nails to do this. I've lived here in SA for 4 years. I went in for the first time to this salon today because it was convenient. Despite the reviews, I gave it a shot. I went in the morning when they first opened and it was just me - nice and quiet. The man who did my nails was very nice and did a great job. It was appreciated to say the least! Read Less

Just moved to the area and desperately needed a pedicure. I read some reviews about this salon on a few other websites, but I was short on time and needed something quick. The service isn't horrible, but it isn't great either. The man who gave me my pedicure was friendly and did exactly what I ask, however the foot massage was awful! So if you do use this place dont expectr anything spectacular. This will not be my regular place, but if I find myself in a pinch on time I will problem use them for the convenience and location. If you've thought about coming here to get anything done, please don't do it. You will regret it. I hate that I have to give even one star. My story is too long because it was just THAT bad. To keep it short: 1. They don't care about you and neither does the owner. 2. A few of the people are rude, including the owner. 3. They don't know how to do designs except for an ugly flower, which I didn't know until it was time for polish (even though I asked before we even started; $5 for this by the way). 4. They know they mess up but they just hope you don't notice. 5. I had 2 separate people do my nails (one to do acrylic, the other for polish). 6. The acrylic guy couldn't tell what I was already wearing, gel or regular polish 7. They had the speed too high on the nail drill so they ended up getting my skin a few times and made my nails hurt. 8. My nails looked very crooked and bumpy when they finished. 9. I got them fixed and they were still a little bit bumpy and the polish was poorly done. Let me also add that the guy wasn't even going to fix the crooked shaping if I didn't ask him to! 10. Everything is way overpriced for such unprofessional work. I've never written a bad review about any business, but these people earned it. This place seriously needs to be shut down. Far from my expectations. .I would not return. Came here for a deluxe pedicure $45....they don't use liners in the tubs, foot massage lasted maybe 1 min, no drinks offered, and because of the language barrier, communication was extremely difficult. Im not sure but it looked like they use the same sponge to clean multiple tubs.. gross. It all took about 20 mins max. Read Less
