Visited this shop for first time on 08/20/17 my daughter was left sitting over 2 hours because others walking in with no apt was taken before her I called this morning and the manager states is this all you complaining about very rudely this was my first and last time visiting this establishment. Horrible horrible horrible experience!!!! Never would I recommend anyone even for a nail color change!! What should have taken 45 minutes for a basic French nail and French nail pedicure ended up taking 2hours because I demanded that someone fix my nails. I told them I was there to get this done for my wedding and yet was stuck obvious with the least someone whom I not even sure is certified. The powder on my nails was about 1/3 thick and she kept piling it on but it was still wrong and not even nail shaped it looked like big circles. My toes were BLUE where it should have been clear (French tip) and she told me that's the color my toes where!!?? No Ma'am!!! Once they re did those as well it was natural color and the nail tech used some sort of blue primer. Worst experience ever!!! I would never recommend anyone to and felt like I should have warned everyone else walking through the door to run!! At the end the head lady did say sorry and that everyone has different level of experience and I pointed out to her that knowing and respecting that I also had told her why I was there and that's why I started my nail set with her only to have her push the other girl to finish me!! Never ever again in life will I return, not even if I was getting nails to dig up dirt!!! Stay far away!!! Not worth it!! I went and got eyelash extensions, and the lady coated my natural lashes and extensions with this black tar-like glue. Making them look fake af. When I said I wanted them natural looking. I hated it, the glue was so thick that when I returned to remove them she removed them so slowly and painfuly. I was literally crying tears while she ripped my real lashes out. I also got my nails painted , that's all she did. She didn't cut my toe nails before painting or anything. My nails chipped the next day. #thanksfornothing #nevergoingback! Read Less

It doesn't even deserve a one star. I went Thursday for their special for mani and pedi for $25 first of all when the lady started my pedi she made a face like upset bcuz she had to do both services, i mean if you dont like well the don't put that offer in the first place. Second while she was filing my nails she used the same file she used from the other lady that she had just finished her pedi...they are so dirty. The same day my nails were chip and the nails from my hands were all crooked because she don't even file them right she was all in a hurry to go to the next cuatomer. Dont go there nasty place. I went to this nail salon today with my husband.We both got pedicures.My husband was started before me.I was left to let my feet 'soak'.There was only two other people working- one was running the front desk-- the other was doing a manicure.The receptionist/manicurist told me 'ladies like to let their feet soak and take time' I was like ok... No problem. So I sat with my feet in hot water.About half way into my husbands pedicure, the receptionist/manicurist started my pedicure.She encouraged my husband and I to get the VIP pedicure for $40.00.So we did.During my pedicure, she was busy managing the front desk-- from the stool-- and setting up further appointments...My husband finished his pedicure and went shopping.She seemed busy with my foot rubbing and pedicure and was busy talking to clients and booking appointment.I was feeling like this was not a spa-like $40.00 time where I could relax.She put paraffin wax and my feet-- and then left for another client.After over an hour of being in the salon, I was feeling frustrated-- one-- that I was not being valued as a customer-- and getting my spa like relaxing time. And second we had other things to do---So I started taking the bags off my feet and of course, then she jumps into assist me. The other client, says that I should not leave on her account-- B U T she has to let her nails soak 30 minutes before they can work on her.I went ahead and left. I told the receptionist/maincurist that I was unhappy with her 'overbooking' clients and pushing me aside. I was paying $40.00 for a VIP pedicure and was not receiving the usual attention I did at other salons.She charged me the $40.00 even though I left without a foot massage and nail color.I would never ever go back.There are A LOT of other nail salons in the area.Be treated well ladies and get what you pay for.That is my recommendation. My daughters and I got our nails done here last night at about 7pm. The total I spent was $188. This morning when I woke up, the shalac polish was peeling off one of my nails. By about 11:30 I noticed the shellac peeling off another nail by 12 noon I noticed the shellac peeling off my pointer finger on another hand. I have been getting my nails done with shalac polish for over 10 years, and this is the first time I've experienced the polish peeling off of my nails! I came back today at 1pm to show them what happened and ask them to do something about it. They had the audacity to basically ignore me then one lady shouted come back later. I explained I couldn't come back leader because I had a house full of out of town guest waiting for me at home. So I just stood here for about 3minutes then another worker walked up to me and said I'll be finished in 15 minutes I'll fix it for you! Here I am 30 minutes later, still waiting!
