This place used to be one of the best spots in Kyle prior to the prices increasing a few years back. I figured with all the new salons T Nails would compete, increase prices and improve or maintain services. However not to long ago I got a full set of nails and within 3 days they began to life from the edges and then yellow. Prior to this I'd get the same solar glitter powdered nails and they'd last 2 and a 1/2 weeks on average. Since then I hadn't returned in awhile until this spring break. I decided to give it a shot since the pedicures include a hot stone oil massage and warm towels. 1st off I was put in cold water which overfilled and flowed over. 2nd off the man doing my toe nails was in such a rush he stabbed the skin of not my nail but the bottom of my big toe closer to my actual foot ( not paying attention clearly). 3rd off my day entire pedicure his wife who also works at T Nails was interrupting him at work as well as his daughter who tends to be in the salon often. And lastly when he rinsed my feet off I was BURNED with the hot water. Considering my toe was stabbed, I was burned, they had children running around the shop and employees eating in the chairs you receive a pedicure in I REFUSE to ever go back to T Nails and I will not recommend to anyone. Came Monday at 430 and left at 630. You would think I got a mani and pedi for those two hours! NOPE! I simply went in for a full set.  Before I can say what I wanted the older man gave me gel colors, I always do powder but I figure why not let's go with it. The older man started gluing the nails on CROOKED. A woman took over and took two off and fixed them. However it was 3 that were crooked so she seemed a little annoyed that I kept telling her to fix the 3rd. It got worst from there... she filed them all different shapes and diff lengths I stopped her before adding the acrylic layer... that's when she got REALLY annoyed with me saying things like "OK OK" so I told her I'm paying for this and need it done correct. They still were crooked and she did a number on my thumb nail which looks very diff from the rest. The gel polish kept drying and messing up. Finally I looked at the time and couldn't believe it so I told her just to paint them and left. My nails have extra clear gel on the sides touching my skin and glue underneath to where my skin is stuck to the nail underneath. Had to fix them when  returned home. Defy first and LAST visit. This place is filthy. I went in for a shellac nail manicure. The curing light box was dirty and nasty. When I was checking out, the tech gave me a credit card receipt to sign for $70!!!!! She gave herself a $35 tip. I ask for a voided slip and was told I could not have one. Then she printed out more receipts with different amounts. I took a screenshot of the receipts and went directly to my bank who assured me that they would correct the payment. I will never go back to that pig pen! Read Less

This place was terrible. I got a pedicure and the lady butchered my feet. She was aggressively yanking the cuticles with the cutter and cut the nail too far back. It resulted in me getting ingrown nails. I won't be back. Read Less

I don't recommend this place. As soon and I walked in the door they asked "what you want?" They did a horrible job. My nails came out crooked and the tech was very rough with my hands, my finger was bleeding. Also there is a bunch of glue stuck under my nails. I used this Salon for tanning. The staff was friendly but the tanning rooms could have been cleaner. The rooms for tanning looked like storage rooms filled with clothes and dishes all around the tanning booth/ bed. I couldn't tell if it had been cleaned and disinfected. Worse pedicure I've had. My nail technician was an older gentleman with glasses that shouldn't even be doing nails because I dont Think he can even see clearly. My toenails were already short but he kept filing basically the tip of my actual toe instead of the nail. Ouch.He painted all over my toes and went back to try and clean it up with a brush and polish remover and I still had paint on my surrounding toes. I was very hesitant to try a new spot, but I'm so glad I did! I'm definitely returning. I received great treatment by my nail tech making me feel great and comfortable. The service he gave me will definitely make me a loyal customer. I was very shy about my feet and he says "That's what I'm here for" My French tips were hand painted. Not very many people do that any more. They usually glue on a white tip. He also mentioned I was welcome to BYOB!  that's also a major plus! This spa is ridiculous.  Went to this spa to price nail extensions.  Saw a price list and there was nothing listed for nail extensions.  How can you be a nail service and not have this listed?  So, I asked and he was confused?  The only person there had no clue.  This person had to call someone one the phone and spoke only in an Asian language?  He had me speak to the lady on the phone to ask her about pricing.  If the only person working there doesn't speak English or doesn't want to, how do you communicate in a business?  Left asap. Disgusting!!! Used a nail set that he gave the woman next to me a pedicure with. Watched him wall to the sink and quickly Rinse off the instruments to use on me!!!!! No cleaning, just ran under water. I told him he wasn't using those on me. The woman looked at me and said," it's ok, I got tested for hep c in the 80s". I got up and walked out. That is such a health code violation. All instruments are to be steam cleaned and autoclaves. I work in surgery. Wrong person to rinse your instruments in cold tap water with. Not clean and did a bad job with just a polish. One person wouls put used nail tools in the sanitizer and then right after another would get them out. No system to make sure the tools were in there long enough to be cleaned. Bug was crawling on the floor and overall no clean place. So I never write reviews...good or bad but this place deserves one. I originally have gone to the nail salon on the other side of the heb by the exit. (HORRIBLE!! Do not go there!) so I was on the look out for another place to get a pink and white fill. Anyways, Chi, the girl that did my nails did an awesome job. She questioned were I got them done before and told me she could fix them. She took her time with every thing and asked how my day was going. She spoke perfect English so it was very easy to have a conversation with her as I was getting my nails done. When I paid she gave me a business card with her name on it and recommended I make an appointment next time so I don't have to wait. I will defiantly be going back and making an appointment in 2 weeks to see Chi!  She was awesome!! Read Less

After receiving horrible service at Regal Nails I went here and received the best mani / pedi service.  Ann performed my service and did a great job.  The next day I decided to go back and have my acrylic nails put back on.  Chi, Ann's sister, performed that service and deducted the cost of my mani from this service.  All around great service and I love my feet and nails! This place was actually better than I expected. They were nice people and reasonable with their prices. I came in with my nails on and did a color change. The lady who did my nails was second generation to the shop. They've been in the area for 15 years and they have great work to show for it! Why bother making an appointment hauling ass and getting out of work early just to walk in and see that person u made an appointment with is busy with someone else. I have lived in Kyle for several years now and have been coming here. There will be times when I will try a new spot that opens up but always end up coming back to T Nails. Consistent & quality work is given by all technicians. Sure there are going to be days when they are off their game but if you correct them they are open to the corrections and will fix it free of charge. Sooo. I took my 16 year old to get her nails done at T-Nails. I leave her there and tell her to get a full set. I proceed to take my 17 yr old two doors down to get her hair cut then my 8 year old to get supplies. I come back to pay for the nails and he tells me $45. For nails??? Apparently he gave her solar AND gel. She's never gotten her nails done so the guy was totally able to upsale her. I totally feel like he took advantage of her. (And me) The nails did not look good, the paint was uneven, they did not clean off excess paint on the skin and they did not look like they had been filed down enough. They tech swore they were fine and I was not going to continue to argue with him so I said fine. My daughter said the techs around her were rude and she felt like they were talking about her. This place lacks the quality and customer service it use to have. I don't like going to these places and want in and out as soon as possible. I go because I want pretty nails but again I want to get in and out in as short of a time frame as possible. I went in on my day off and an hour and half later the tech still had not put acrylic on my nails. Talking with other tech and not focusing on getting me done and out. Once I told her I had an appointment she then hustled leaving some nails super thin with acrylic and others lopsided. My husband and I went here to get manicure and pedicures while in town for a business trip and The ladies at DTC Nails were absolutely amazing! They treated my husband and I like royalty. I had one lady doing my pedicure and two doing my manicure at the same time. They took their time to make sure my manicure and pedicure was absolutely perfect and never rushed with us. I wish we had one of these salons in Florida because I would definitely use them and recommend them to friends and family. Read Less

First time visitor - no complaints. Four stars because of the picked over selection of polish. They do shellac, so that's all that mattered to me. I really love T Nails.  I have been going here for over 6 years and think they're great.  I always ask for Kevin, he does a really great job.  I have been to every other nail salon in the area and have never been happy.  T Nails is a great clean salon with good prices.  I usually get a pedicure and manicure and love the pampering.  They do great waxing as well.  The owners are very nice and very accommodating.   The always welcome customers in, even if its after their "stated" closing times.  I have brought my Mom and Sister here too and they always enjoy the time we have here. So I wanted to treat myself and my girls to pedicures and manicures. First, they sat someone and started working on them and they walked in 15 min after I did. Pedicure was ok until I asked for a design. The lines are all scraggly looking :-( Then came the rudeness, because they needed the chair for other people. So I went in for "the works" - Solar nails, pedicure, lip & eyebrow wax.  The pedicure was okay.  He was a little rough on the feet and he used a really grainy scrub for the calves.  I asked for a thick line of white...he gave a thin.  The girl started doing my nails while I was sitting in the chair.  I was rather annoyed by that because she didn't do any massaging on my forearms at all.  Eyebrow wax was good however, on the lip they left LOTS of wax residue.  I felt like I was wiping that off all day.  My nails started to yellow and lift one week later.  Oh, btw - they refused to listen to me when I was saying - no shorter.  They wouldn't do my nails the way I wanted them.  It was for my wedding day!!!!!!  I ended up walking out looking okay, but I will not go back due to the way my nails have lifted and yellowed.  They also took to much of my original nail off in order to get them to stick.
