I have been coming here for about a year and a half on and off and they probably only have one or two girls who are actually good. I go in for a white tip full set and for $30 I got the fakest, ugliest set of nails I've ever gotten... This isn't natural looking they put the white tips on as low as the could. I'm not someone who yells and I did try telling my tech that I didn't like how it looked before she went further than just gluing them on... And idk if they're racist or not but maybe someone can tell me why the last two times I went in white customers were offered white wine and I wasn't offered anything! I heard good things about this place so I had good hopes. It had been so long since I was able to create time and have extra money for a pedicure so it was a big disappointment to me. I was greeted at the door and checked in, but I needed to use the restroom first. The restroom was dirty and the soap dispenser didn’t work and no towels or dryers for my hands. When I returned my water had been filled with lukewarm water, but my tech didn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate well. She just smiled and knotted her head. It was the quickest pedicure I’ve ever received. I paid $30. Didn’t complain because I was afraid they wouldn’t understand me anyway since no one made an effort to say anything other than point their fingers. Came in here to get 2 full sets and 2 pedis for me and my mom on her birthday. Total was almost $200! We only got the basic $25 pedicures each, so i'm not sure how we spend almost $120 on 2 full sets?? We didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I only got a regular gel, no shellac as well as she- but she got some lines drawn on hers which was $10 more. I don't understand. Besides that, when we were doing our pedicures, my tech kept clicking her tongue and shaking her head to the tech next to me. And my mom kept expressing that the water was too HOT to her tech, and the lady still kept telling her to put her feet in the scalding water. You could tell she didn't care, as she had an annoyed face when my mom kept expressing that the water was too hot. And to top it off, when I went to do my full set, my nail tech was also very rude to the girl that was doing her nails before me, and then also to me. She kept sighing and talking to the techs around her with this stern tone, and she just looked very annoyed at being there. Didn't make eye contact with me the whole time, was very rough with my nails, didn't even ask me how many coats i wanted or anything, she just did them the way she wanted. When she was done she just told me to go sit for 15 minutes to dry my nails, didn't even ask if they looked ok or anything and when she applied the oil on my cuticles, she did it really careless, just barely grazed my finger and didn't even rub it in all around the nail. Last time we were in here, they cut my mom's finger open and applied glue to stop the bleeding smh. I've added two stars to be fair, though, I really would like to put 1 star. Last week I went in to get acrylic nails with the intention of getting the trend of having a color on my nails and having one with glitter; I even had a picture to show what I wanted. Cutting to the chase of the story, I told the nail tech what I wanted, showed him the picture, but I'm guessing we just weren't connecting on what I wanted, and so it became more of a stressful conversation.For some reason, he couldn't do what I wanted, so I opted for my last resort option and got regular American tip. While he was fixing my nails, I asked again if it was possible to have glitter on the tip of one nail, maybe via glitter powder or if there was a glitter nail polish... The guy was rude and said, "do you not see what you got, did you not look at what you wanted?" or something to that sort.. I just decided to give up on what I really wanted after that. At this point, I'm sobbing to myself because I was really excited to get my nails done since I was taking engagement pictures the next day, and I'm pregnant, so I'm sure my hormones were kicking in, but needless to say, the guy was just rude and had terrible communication skills when it comes to customer service. Do not get a pedicure here. They guy spent all of 10 minutes. I sand my feet weekly and they are always fairly smooth but I got home from this "pedicure" and my feet feel like sandpaper. Im so disappointed because this was a mother daughter day out and we both got lousy pedicures. I have had my nails done here before and they are pretty good at nails but don't waste your money on manicures and pedicures because they will rush you in and out and you will be disappointed. This is an assembly line for nails. From the moment I walked in mike was rushing, he was done with my acrylic nails in 20 minutes. I've never had such a terrible experience. It has been a little over a week and my 3 of my nails broke where the tip was glued on.  When the first nail broke off it was only the 2nd day. I went and got it fixed then a couple days later broke off again.  So total of 4 breaks in just over a week.  Then i was pressured to get gel because it's faster, and better,  and will last longer.  The nails looked pretty while they lasted though. I went in yesterday for a pedicure because I had some time to kill. It was mediocre at best, but at least my toes were painted. I got home and had a chance to look at them and realized what a poor paint job he had actually done. I went back today and told them that I would like to have them repainted because it was a bad job. Guy at counter tried to tell me I had messed them up. I told him it was just a bad paint job and I'd like for them to fix it. Reluctantly he sent me to a chair. I sat down and the girl tried to paint over the already bad job. I asked her to take off the polish and repaint them. She and the counter guy began to talk in Vietnamese and she only wanted to redo one toe. I asked her to take off all the polish. Again, she and counter guy talked and he dared to say that I only needed the one toe fixed. One toe already had polish off-not even the worst toe. I just wanted Anne even paint job. I told them to forget it. I asked her to paint my one toe-I gave her $2 and got up. I told a new guy at the counter he should be embarrassed at the lack of effort in making something right and the laziness of the people working there. I was a little worried to come back here at first, but I am glad I did! I used to be a regular at this salon about 2-3 years ago, but had some bad experiences with cutting my nail and filing too much, to the point where my nail bled and was sore for days. However! I decided to come back here on a whim for a solar set with gel polish on top and had a much better experience. My nail tech was David I believe, and he was very friendly and informative. He did a beautiful job making sure my nails were the exact length I asked, the right shape, color, and really importantly, THE PERFECT THICKNESS. I cannot stand when nail techs leave the nail thick, but these are perfect. Props to you for that, David!!The only reason I took off one star today was for the price. I would give ZERO stars if it were an option!!! This place is awful. I've gone several times and each time I left really disappointed. The nail techs are borderline inappropriate, asking questions such as "are you rich?" My last visit (a week ago) will be my last. My gel nails started peeling within the same week, within 5 days my gel nails had totally came off. Super disappointing!! Came here for the dipping powder mani and I will give it 1 star. The man filed so close to my skin in which I can't even touch anything because it hurts. He also filed too much on the sides to the point where you can see my nail and filed away the polish. He tried convincing me it's supposed to be like that and I disagreed. I've have had dipping powder many times and never was it like this. I also felt VERY rushed. I believe someone else reviewed saying they are focused on quantity and not quality, I completely agree. My technician did a wonderful job. She was incredibly detailed and went over my nails until they were perfectly opaque, perfectly shaped, and got any little spots of nail polish that got onto my skin by accident. I have been coming to this nail salon for 5 years. I love the fact that they offer rewards for spending your money there. I have gotten plenty of visits for free because the points pay for them in itself. I do have to say that I have learned to be picky about the technicians that I use. I DO NOT recommend David. He did my nails twice and cut me and blamed it on me. He is rude, doesn't listen to what I am looking for and rushes through the process just to get to the next person. I have been witness to him doing the same thing to other customers and he just laughed about it, which didn't end very well. Tina and Paul have always done a great job on my nails. Ok so I am from Dallas and I have. Even extremely loyal to my nail/ eyebrow technician. I decided to come here for the first time and I had the best experience. She was patient and paid attention to detail. They closed at 5 and she still look her time to make sure my nails were perfect. They were clean and kind. Definitely will be returning. Read Less

This place is Terrible!!! If you are looking for a place that focuses on quantity not quality than this is your place. Polish is very poorly done. They do a scrub and massage but they mix the lotion with the scrub on your legs after they exfoliate and it's like a 2 in 1 treatment. It didn't feel good. I would say my pedicure lasted maybe 20 minutes. My nails were already cut and I didn't have any polish so her job was relatively easy. I won't be going back. The worst experience I've had at a salon! The first lady I had cut me...twice, so I asked for someone else, I should've just got up and left! The guy-Henry- told me "no" both times I asked him to fix something. He looked them over and insisted they were fine. Meaning they were two different lengths, one was done half ass leaving hairs behind that I ended up just plucking out and the woman who did them waxed off a part I had told her not to touch from a previous session with them being made too thin. Also when I got my nails done, I requested they added a blue bow to my French tip styled nail (I provided a picture on how I wanted each nail done) and it wasn't done. Mid session the man who did my nails left to go smoke. I mean I'm sorry you're habit has gotten to you this much, but when he told me to wash my hands and when I returned he was missing, I looked like I had no idea what i was doing. They apologized for it but if he needed the break he should have taken it before starting on someone. I have not been there since. Not to mention he was so rough and two nails had to be re done because they were crooked or weren't filled correctly. However, when I went to this location to fix everything and to see if I liked it better, my eyebrows were shaped perfectly and done with so much care and they took their time to make it right. Each woman I've had do my eyebrows always made sure I was okay and comfortable! My first time there after the experience I had by HEB had me hold the mirror and she showed me what she would do to let them grow back better and how she'd wax them! I really appreciated it! I went in today for a manicure and pedicure. I've been going here for years . Today while getting a pedicure the black pad they used to scrub the bottom of my feet she was rubbing it on the side of my foot and it started bleeding. I said something about it to her and she didn't say anything back and put my foot in the water to wash it off. No apologies, didn't offer a band aid or nothing. My manicure was fine. I did say thank you twice to her and left a good tip ( not sure why but I did). And in return  I got no reply , she didn't even acknowledge that I had said anything to her. Long overdue review for this place. I've been coming here for 5 years and even though I live in Austin proper now I still go here. I have never had to wait on a walk in and they have plenty of staff and chairs to accommodate large groups. I usually get a pedi with all the works and mani shellac, about $65 and worth it! Worst shop I've ever been to. They were rude, aren't capable of creating a coffin shape no matter how much positive instruction I gave, the woman cut me twice with a nail file and had to be told on multiple occasions she was hurting me. After 3 days my gel polish started coming off.  The guy that did it didn't use a base coat and really didn't let the light cure each goat thoroughly.  This was my first time going here.However, the girl that did my pedicure did an excellent job.  She gets 5 stars. I loved it ... prices were typical of a nail salon ... I have been one time previous to my Sunday visit and I think the only issue I had was they charged to take off my nail polish which being a nail salon I think is a little silly... but learned my lesson and went clean nails in this time. I don't like being in a nail salon all day just to get a manicure and pedicure but I had Tiffany and Nini do my hands and feet (at the same time) and was in and out in less than an hour and I loved it!! My nails look great and not rushed even though it didn't take them long! They asked if they could do my hands and nails at the same time ... which even though I prefer this it was nice that they asked and gave me the option. I've been coming here for several years and usually receive good service and I tip very well. I've spent quite a bit of money here over the years so being treated like I was today was unacceptable. I went in to have my fairly new acrylics filled and a gel polish applied. The result was absolutely horrible. One of the male techs applied the fill so thick that it was boxy and chunky. The gel Polish was applied in a way that was supposed to have a matte top coat but it ended up having giant lips and indentations allover it. It was quite strange and not pretty at all. When I went to the main desk to pay I showed the manager and she basically started yelling that fine we will fix it now and seemed very angry and bothered. She rolled her eyes and started yelling at the nail tech who did my service in another language. I declined to have it fixed there because of how hostile her behavior became. There is no reason to yell in front of customers. I went right across the street to T nails and Vinny did an amazing job of fixing my nails. He reshaped the acrylic and applied a lovely gel Polish. If I could rate this place a one star, I would. The customer service here is so HORRIBLE AND UNPLEASANT. I am of Asian descent and had a nail technician say rude things about me and other people who they were working on. Funny how they thought I didn't know right?? I also just got my nails done here and it hasn't even been 5 days and a nail broke off so I called to see if they would fix it, because most nail places have a guarantee of at least a week. And you know what they told me? That it is my fault my nail broke and it wasn't on secure enough and that it is not their fault and I needed to pay to get my nail fixed. So I responded with something along the lines of, if I get my nails done, I would expect them to last a week and I think I deserve better customer service than you telling me it's my fault. Also, I'm not a nail technician, so I'm pretty sure I paid for someone to professionally do my nails well enough so that they don't break off within 5 days. And all I got was "it's not our fault. Seriously the worst shellac manicure I've ever had. The nail tech did a good job on the manicure, but I was so disappointed in her polish job that I had her soak them off and went somewhere else to get the shellac done. The shellac was literally ON my cuticle on every nail and then I had some air bubbles. It was horrible. I mean, the staff was nice and the place doesn't look bad but the outcome was the worst. Really pretty inside, faux luxury, but you know the drill ;) Our pedicure was pretty standard stuff, a little rough for me, but I didn't speak up, so obviously not their fault. We had a choice of soda or wine which I thought was a nice touch. There was a pricing dispute at the end, somehow it was communicated that we had received gel pedicures, when in fact we had actually purchased our own polish nextdoor at Target and it definitely was not gel. BUYER BEWARE. Do not waste your time here if you want your fingers intact!! My mom went in to do her nails and the person doing them slit a chunk of her finger off from the far end of the finger. Her finger was bleeding so bad that they put GLUE out of all things to stop it. Not only is that unsanitary but that just shows mere carelessness. And they still made her pay over $100 for that crap! Shady business! ... The last time I was in here, the guy doing my nails was so rough when he was filing them, he kept pulling on them and that is not fun! Dirty and cluttered. Storage areas for their boxes were in the corners of the room. Additionally, employees who could care less about you. Love this place. Usually very busy but every time I have gone in I've been taken within 5 minutes. Probably because I believe pedicures is what holds them up a bit. I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and they still look fantastic! I didnt feel like the interior was all that great, but the service was great and I feel she did a really great job with what i was looking for. Nails are still strong and I  still receive many compliments even though it's time for a fill! Price was normal, service was fast for a weekday evening and nails look fantastic. My girlfriends and I came here for mani's and pedi's and it was quite the horrible experience. First, we were there an hour and a half before closing (and I even called earlier that day to make appointments and they stated their closing time). Upon arrival, we were told they wanted to close early...... so basically from that moment we were rushed lime cattle through our entire mani and pedi. They tried to make me sit in a chair that didn't even work?! Who gets a SPA pedicure, deluxe one at that, and plans to be in a chair that DOESN'T massage?! The woman that was doing my nails actually got mad at me for telling her I wasn't sitting in a broken chair lol then they rushed through my manicure that they did WHILE I was getting the pedicure! At the end of all this they had the audacity to charge me the full amount for my ridiculous manicure and pedicure.Here's the kicker.....this was with my two girlfriends from out of town, I haven't seen for years, who were here for my wedding the next day and the salon knew that and still gave us this kind of service. I have gone here since I've lived in Kyle. I love them! Paul is the best with nails. Never ever had issues with my nails. Especially with Paul doing them. I can literally go once a month and they will last without no fills in between. I appreciate the quality. It's hard for me to go several times a month sometimes and it's awesome that they last so long. I went today and found someone who does a MARVELOUS job on pedicures. (NiNi) I was in heaven! It lasted well more than the typical pedicure. She does things I've never even had done at a nail salon. Such as pulling my toes outward. She did an amazing job.
