I got my very first pedicure here with my roommate and the service was horrible. First off, I want to repeat that it was our first ever pedicure. My pinky toe has a very and I mean very small nail. I have to really let it grow out. Well the owner was doing my pedicure and when she got to that toe she looked at me and said in an annoyed tone, what do you want me to paint? Your skin? There's no nail there. I just looked at her surprised and embarrassed and said I don't know, do what you can. Then my roommate didn't know the chair had massage settings. So I told her to turn it on and she asked how. The owner said very rudely, use the remote it's right there next you, can't you see it? You have glasses. Again, our very first time. PLEASE DON'T GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!! Service is horrific. The women that runs the place is very rude. She didn't take the time to file my nails correctly and make sure they were smooth.. the application of the nail polish was TERRIBLE . The husband that painted my nails didn't completely cover the nail, there were still edges and part of the nail that needed polish , he rushed the paint job and left it bumpy and streaky. 30 dollars down the drain, I now have to go to a different place to get them fixed. If I'm going to pay thirty dollars for nails I expect them to be nice and the workers to do their jobs correctly and take passion in their job but they don't. -gia Read Less

I got the pink and white full set with glitter white. I went on a Sunday. No wait. My manicurist was very nice and talkative. She even corrected me on something I didnt know! Pink and white and solar are not the same. lol I have been wrong for years! I may be going back for my refill in a couple weeks! I will never go to this place EVER again! Went there to get my nails done and the owner (wife) was rude to ppl that walked thru the door the whole time I was there and then the Husband who was doing my nails asked me if I wanted to go ahead and pay before he painted my nails. My total was 22$! That's what the guy told me. I gave him 100$ and he gave it to his wife she gave him my change and he handed it to me. Then she said something to him n their language and he finished my nails. I left and counted my change and they shorted me 5$ when I went back and said something they told Me "oh u got ur tips painted so that costs u 5$" ok so first off u didn't tell me that when u asked if I wanted just my tips. Second u didn't tell me that when u told me the total! So I got ripped from 5$. If u want crappy nails and to b ripped off money b my guest and go there but I would highly recommend NOT going there! There is a young girl named "Jessica" that only does pedicures... she is AMAZING! She took her time cutting my nails and knew how do them well. I gave 4 stars because the man that did my nails left them bumping and I wasn't to pleased with my acrylic application. Other than that it's a good place. Thank you, Jessica.Read Less

Just moved here from California and when it comes to nail spa's I can be precisely judgemental on first impressions. I walked in and was very warmly greated, it wasn't too busy so didn't have much of a wait. The young nail tech did an amazing job on my gel pedi and mani. I was very gratified with their service. the reason why I'm giving one star is because you they charge 37 for gel nails....which is a fair price if the nails look good and the service is good also....but the guy that did my nails did them in a rush he seemed annoyed...he did not give me the shape I asked for...oval is not the same as almond....he didn't even file them properly because I still have pointed edges that I have to fix...expected more from this place Read Less

Went here to get a manicure and pedicure on a Sunday, there was a short wait. There were two ladies working and a male. The service was fast and the nails were good. They spent an extended period of time on my partners feet and gave me an excellent hand massage while I was getting my manicure. The prices are similar to all other nail places in town. I normally don't do reviews, but I am so annoyed with this place! I should have known better, going to this type of nails salon. The lady that did my nails was not polite at all and talked on the phone almost the whole time she was doing my nails. She didn't do all the steps needed to do my nails, including sanitizing. She went from one customer right to me without even washing her hands. She did my nails in a total of 30 minutes, yeah that's fast, but you can't do good nails in 30 minutes. It hasn't even been 24 hours and they are lifting and look thick and absolutely horrible. She was rude and started working on another customers pedicure while she was doing my nails.
