Went in last night 2-3-18 to get my nails and eyebrows done my first time in there. She did my nails differently than I ever had and my nails are extremely long for short nails and one of my nails she filed half oval on one side and half square. Didn’t notice there cause it was dark in there. Next time I will drive to marble falls. Read Less

Horrible customer service they don’t sanitize there equipment! Went to get my nails done and the guy was very ruff and put a veryyyy thin layer of acrylic! My nails was broke in 3 days also lifting! Got my eyebrows waxed and the same stick she used on me she used on my mom! Around my brows broke out really bad with bumbs! Read Less

Have given this place a chance and have gone in 3 times. Never again. The first time I went in, they didn't even listen to the type of pedicure and manicure I told them I wanted; however, pedicure was ok, so gave them more chances. After going the last time, telling them when I first walked in I wanted a pedicure and manicure, once the pedicure was completed,was told thank you. I asked about my manicure and they sent over a girl who had done nothing the whole time I was in there except walk around looking at what everyone else was doing. I told her I wanted the spa manicure, but was given a very basic manicure and she rushed through it, leaving my nails looking terrible. Read Less

Took my mom here for a pedi while she was visiting. We had a great time! Bee was super sweet and very accommodating. Price was good. Service was straightforward. Facility was clean. I'm only taking off a star because there is almost NO ventilation in there! The nail salon smell really knocks you off your feet. You guys might want to take a look at that! Called ahead and was told the price of a pedicure would be $25. They charged $27 because they used "sanitary tools" and they "throw them away after every use". So this comes out of my pocket? Also, wanted to charge for "special polish" which we didn't even use. They didn't believe us and went to check the polish that we used. Called to get two pedicures was told had appointment for six o'clock told her that's ok. Called back not Two minutes later and was told that appointment was no longer available as I was laughed at on the phone. Needless to say most likely will not be going here again. Wish I could give it a -5 stars could have called and told us we both couldn't have been taken care of before we scheduled an appointment instead of us checking in and picking colors then telling us they could do both of our nails today. Very nice, clean nail salon and spa with reasonable prices. Though, the prices are MORE than what there sign quotes which is a bit misleading. A basic spa pedicure is supposed to be 20 and mani 14 but they always charge 39 for both. The only reason I don't raise a fit is because the prices are still better than anywhere else in town and they do just as good of a job. Read Less
