I came to town for a graduation and wanted to get my nails done. I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door. The lady told me would it be an hour an half wait. This place is absolutely horrible. The short lady with glasses did a “coffin set” so bad I cried. I told her during the process it didn’t look right, but she kept going and said I have to wait to see the finished product. Of course at the end, it was a disaster. They were wide and bulky, she did a terrible job applying the gel polish, it was lumpy and too thick and had spots missing due to her being lazy and rushing, all my nails were different lengths and crooked, the tips were slanted and she cut three of my fingers to the point of me bleeding everywhere. So I come back the next day as instructed, she tells me it’s a hour and 45 minute wait for her to fix them. I ask her to call the manager in, she literally just shakes her head no. I then ask for a refund. She looks at another client and says my nails are fine, and what does she think. So you think it’s ok to ask a complete stranger about MY nails? The lady is obviously uncomfortable and just looks in shock. At this point I decide to be the bigger person, take the $60 loss, and just go somewhere else. The salon that fixed them said it was one of the most horrible sets they had ever seen and were in shock at how bad they were. Do NOT go to this place, and if you do avoid this woman at all costs. Despite having to wait a bit to get in for my pedi. Hands down the best pedi I have ever had. I got the margarita premium pedi, even came with a glass of wine to relax with if you are of age. Seriously the longest pedi I have ever had. On top of everything they put flowers and real oranges and limes in the water! Amazing service for a very reasonable price. I loved my experience here and I deeply regret not getting the name of my nail tech. She took her time and was receptive to my ideas and wants. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing (the Celine Dion best hits loop playing took me back to a time I forgot had existed lol ) I can't stop staring at my nails. I will be going back for sure. Nice workers. Average prices. Clean salon. Great eyebrow wax. Not very good at doing nails. She cut me on several fingers with the file. My acrylic was extremely thick and not filed down properly. I left with thick, chunky, uneven nails with bumps of acrylic and cuts. Read Less
