I have been going to this nail salon for years and I had my nails done the same by a New employee and he charged 10 dollars more for the very same thing I get done every time. I called the owner and he said the worker can charge more for different customers. Sir you just lost a very loyal customer, I will take my money everywhere. Read Less

I went to this salon to relax. Never once got offered anything to drink . As soon as a sat down the tech got up said give me a min and proceeded to go smoke outside. I normally get. Refill and add gel but on a budget this go around it normally is cheaper at other salons to get acrylic so u did so. Walking out expecting 35$ and paid $50 forget this place!! The owner (tatted guy) is the only one I've worked with. But he always does my regular full set and takes time and had attention to detail. Despite having people waiting, he never rushes. This place has only been open for a long and I've been checked it out. & absolutely love this spot! The salon has tons of SNS color to choose from and my pedicure lasted to over a month ... so great! The day of my wedding I needed some real quick yet pleasant look on both hands and feet ,(I thought it would be impossible considering the condition they were in), the staff was very kind and assuring that it will look good. Just moved to killeen and looking for a nail salon this place was first one i go to. Seems nice and chill. Then my nail tech ruined my experience. He put tips in middle of my nail, nails weren't even same sizes or shapes. I was to point where i was just gonna walk out... I was lucky to find Tip's Toes Nail Salon after having a ugly mani from other nail salon in Killeen. I was happiness that I did a mani here. They invited me to sit in a chair with a cold glass of water. The rest of the staff was very friendly. I believe it took their an hour total!Also, pleasant atmosphere. I will be back on the last day. I love getting my nails done. I got my nails done for a birthday party. The staff was great at giving me my Pedi. They're friendly, clean, and do an amazing job. I finally found my nail salon! I am extremely picky about my nails and Tip's Toes Nail Salon is incredible. The nail techs is so patient with me, remembers how I like my nails done and always makes sure I'm happy with my nails before I leave. He does my and they come out great every time. They ask is you'd like a pedicure, but are never pushy about extra services and will be upfront about pricing. The decor is tastefully simple and they play relaxing music at a comfortable level. The pedicure area is kept pretty dim to ensure optimal relaxation and they always have an aroma machine going on with light pleasant smells. I have gone here a couple of times for pedicures and eye brows waxing... each time was a disappointment. The pedicures are rushed through.. they do such a crappy job. And the eye brow waxing lady always over does it on mine. She takes my full eyebrows and makes them pencil thin. There is no soothing music or relaxation techniques used..  The water is too hot or too cold for pedicures..and each "employee" treats you like your just another ticket. I will never go there again.  I had 3 different people work on me. I asked for ombre nails,  the Lau didn't know what i was talking about,  even though i had a picture for her to go off of. At one point i had to paint my own nails bc she could not do the glitter gradients,  from a lot of glitter to a little.  She did a strip of glitter instead,  so i had to paint 3 of my own nails.  I should have to especially when i was charged 38$ Read Less

Feeling pretty disappointed. I got a gel manicure which costed $30. The nails came out bumpy and the nails were filed down differently. Some of my nails were round and some were squared. The nail polish was not cleaned around the cuticles. The lady who did them also nicked me with the dremal a few time and over trimmed my cuticles. I also thought it was pretty unprofessional that she had 3 hickies on her neck and was wearing a white tank top and shorts, showing too much skin in my opinion. I don't need to see all that. Read Less
