Worst customer service I have ever received!!! Not to mention that the Pedicure was awful. I was there for 1 and 1/2 hours(arriving at 345pm) soaking my feet in cold water for 40 minutes of that time...to have 1 man start the pedi and leave me for another customer that came in after me and then the 2nd man took over but spent more time concerned with conversations with his coworkers and getting beverages for other customers (that came in after me)...it was at 515pm I told the man I had to leave for a prior commitment at 6pm. This rude man lifted the arm of the chair up and pointed at my shoes and said put on. So I proceed to the counter to pay for the service I had received and I handed him my card.He proceeded to charge me the full $38. For an incomplete god-awful pedicure. And he couldn't even hand me my card back. He had the nerve to set my card on the counter with an attitude. I decided on a whim to try a new nail place for my fill and based off the great reviews, this is the place I chose! My nails are now shorter than anticipated, thicker than I had wanted, and a couple are uneven in length. A couple also look misshapened. The thickness is exactly the OPPOSITE of what I wanted and asked for. The paint job (gel polish) is confusingly bad.. Its not evenly distributed over my entire nail (there are unpolished portions on the sides of some nails) but somehow paint managed to get on other parts of my fingers!? The tech also couldn't do the design I requested for an accent nail from their wheel of designs. Apparently the person who originally created the design was there but too lazy to do it when she was asked (according to my tech). The tech working on my nails tried her best but failed (she was extremely apologetic as well). The tech who did my nails was very pleasant but also very busy greeting customers and answering the phone. Maybe had this not been the case, the job she did on my nails would not have been so lacking. I'm giving this place three stars.. The nails aren't the absolute worse I've had and the tech was extremely nice. They didn't appear to be that busy but it seemed like the other workers left everything up to her to do. Read Less

The pedicure was good enough and the price is good but the paint job was not great. There was only one other person in the place and they rushed us thru, didn't even give my feet a second to soak before starting on them. I think that's their biggest issue, they would rather be fast than do quality work. The paint is missing from the same spot on three toes and the guy threw the clear coat on like I've never seen before, just smearing the wand, so there is a weird puddles build up. Went in last Thursday and got my nails done with the SNS powder, which I had gotten done the weekend of Easter and that set last me up until I came into this nail place with no chipping or cracking at all. I got them done here as a new set since I changed colors and within less that 24 hours I had one nail crack and break off along with my real nail tip and another crack straight down the middle. Went in earlier this week and got both those problems fixed. One had to have a fake tip put on and the other the lady just dipped in some more powder on top of the original powder to 'fix' the crack. Now a week later from my original appointment and all nails except the one with the fake tip are cracked multiple times! These are supposed to last 3 weeks with no chipping or cracking or anything except normal growing out!! I paid way to much for my nails to look like this. Very disappointed. The techs I dealt with are nice.. but my nails are sad looking and I don't have time to be constantly going in every other day to fix my nails.. Read Less

Asked to have my feet done, did my hands after bring told no not my hands just my feet. He continued to do my hands and charged me for them. He got an attitude when I told him I'm not paying for my hands that was his screw up not mine. This place is shady Read Less

The guy doing my pedicure was really nice but I explicitly stated all I wanted was a regular pedicure. He ended up doing extra and then soaking my nails in water and calling it a manicure when I never asked for one. Ended up paying 35 dollars when all I wanted was a 20 dollar pedicure Read Less

I normally go to Ken, but I had Kelley as a nail tech this go around. She did an amazing job. I love them. I was pleased with the prompt service and she was very gentle. I get a little nervous because I have been cut before at another place. I have also had pedicures here as well. I've never been disappointed here. I had the SNS done on my nails.Read Less

Very bad expirience , we've been here before and it was great but this time it wasn't pleasant at all, the lady that was doing my wife's nails did a complete set of SMS nails in the wrong color, she tried to convince me that it would be lighter once it was done, but no, they were not...super bright pink was the final result and I wanted a more light pink natural color, the worst part was that even after I told her it was the wrong one, she still insisted that it was right, so we showed her the one we wanted and compared to tge one she did and even then she still tried to say it was right, then she said next time to just do clear, no lady! Pay attention and get it right, that alone took an hour an a half, and the face she made when I told her to take them completely off and do the right one was priceless, I'm not sure if she thought that I was gonna roll over and just deal with it but she was wrong, now another lady is taking care of her mess up and we're now going on 2 hours and 10 minutes....get it together people, and if you make a mistake own up to it, don't try to smooth it over or blame the customer Read Less

Went to Rose Nail salon today to get a manipedi today and it lasted 3 hours.  The manicure was amazing got a 45 hot rock foot manicure with hot wax, However my nail technician ruined my entire experience.  I asked for gel nails, which she then insisted I get snl nails. I asked if it was like the ones she had on her nails which she said yes. And they were safer for my nails. So I agreed so why did end up with nail covered with polish completely opposite of what I asked for only to be pushed off the on to another tech and charged and additional  $5  and then tried to put acrylic nails on my jands which cost $30 without my permission.  Needless to say I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. When i asked the new tech whay he was doing and if he was putting acrylic or gel. He said acrylic and I asked why did I pay $40 for SNL and he was put acrylic which I was told to get white tips for snl cost and additional  $5 and I had paid and the other first tech was just going to be slick. Very nice people, was really hot like the ac wasn't on. They had a good choice of colors but there were grocery store brands as well as higher name brands which I found kind of odd. I got a refill and it was $17 (what they said it would be at first) then I said I wanted my shape a little filed down (coffin, granted) that turned the price into $20 which is a little more than I wanted to pay. (I'm used to $18 refills in Houston including tip)I didn't realize till I got home, but the top of the nails are uneven like the acrylic wasn't filed down evenly.One pro, she did shape them quite nice. I went to Rose Nails once for my eyebrows to be waxed! I thought she did a great job so I decided i would come back. A month later, I went back for my eyebrows to get done and a new set of SNS nails. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. The first guy's that started my nails comments made me feel a little uncomfortable and then had an appointment so I was handed off to someone that happened to just walk in. Tips were glued half way down my actual nail bed (by the first guy) and they were mostly all the same size! He used way too much glue on one nail because the nail tip kept lifting on the side -- tip was too wide! I shouldn't have let him finish the entire set because I feel like $35 was way too much for the end result. My nails weren't filed down correctly. I usually don't leave bad reviews, I just won't go back to the place. I came home and wanted to cry because I wasn't happy at all! I don't recommend this place. Read Less

I will never come back. They don't take their time. They do a sloppy job with full set pink and white. My little sister and I have never been so upset with our nails until now. We do not recommend this place. I would also like to add, that not only did they not do a good job on my pink and white, but they also did not care how short I wanted my nails, (pleasing the customer is most important). He kept snaring at me when I asked for him to go shorter. Another thing I mentioned was the pink glitter from the previous customer in the pink solution, which he failed to clean it out, leading to pink glitter in my official nail completion. If you are reading the reviews then quality matters to you. This is by far the best place for pedicures! They really take their time and do a great job. By far the best pedicure I have ever had!They also did a wonderful job on my nails! I am very happy with the over all experience They have a returning customer here!
