I paid 116 dollars for a gel mani and pedi. I went there to relax yet it was people yelling from one side of the room to the other the entire time. I was having such an awful experience that I kindly told the technician she could skip the pedi massage. Was still charged though. 15 hours later and my nails are already chipping and there are tiny hairs I think from their towels embedded into the gel as well as I can see my old nail color in spots! They also cut my nails so short that it is sore when I press on them. I called and she said she wouldn't give me any money back and hung up on me. I was kind and professional the entire time. The ONLY reason I gave it 1 start is because I had to in order to leave a review. The girl that did my dip fill needs to stick to running the place and answering phones and assigning jobs. She could not focus on the TRASH she was putting out. It took a hour and 35min to do a dip fill.. Her filing was terrible. My coffin shaped nails were so lop sided its ridiculous. There was no wait and the place is nice looking. But I paid 100$ to get my daughter and my nails done and will never do ot again. The guy that did my nails was really distracted. Two hours, to get a pink and white fill. My nails were long when I got there, and after having them filed for the fill they were short, and awful. The tech had to build back out the white so that the tips were long again and then when I said something at the end he blamed my nails because they were round...what?!?! I first have to say: I got a gel manicure and it was fast and professional and high quality. I love it, it was easy and I would go back again for that service. Now, I paid for the lavish honey pedicure with no polish. It must have been the poor girls first day. She kept forgetting stuff and having to go back. She got parafin wax all over the hot towels on my legs and it made a big mess. She couldn't seem to figure out what order she wanted to do stuff in- it was just awkward. And there is some peeling skin on the bottom of my feet now and the shape of my toenails is weird. She was really sweet though. The BEST nail service I have received. I have been in the cosmetology industry for 10+ years and am highly particular about my nails. Not only was the safety and sanitation well above par throughout the entire establishment but the customer service was just as high quality. I walked in and was seated with Amber right away. She was PERFECTION. She took her time, informed me on what product would be best for me, and followed every step with to a T. Absolutely AWFUL!! I came here when they first opened for a a full set and it was horrible. I decided to give them a second chance and it was no better. I am surprised to see the 4.2 rating, because if you look online they have a lot of very poor ratings and I notice that they respond to good reviews and completely ignore the bad ones. Zero stars!! I have been once before and it was a disaster. The full set I got had lumps and bumps, crooked nails, just a joke. I gave them a second chance and again AWFUL!! Rather than go on and on I'll post pics of my gel polish, that was done one day ago. When I left and looked at my nails I was so upset, but I was in a  time situation, so I couldn't get them fixed.  Now I just feel like what is the point? They just rush through. Amy was awesome and she took care of me. I got a acrylic fill in with gel and then lots of Rhine stones and including dipped powder . AllOf that was only 65 buck and it was worth it. The facility is very calming however the Manager Crystal is extremely rude!!!Currently yelling at another employee about keys and not locking doors at the other location! I was visiting from California and was in a desperate need of a fill which is Dipping, I showed up  had appt but was passed off to a different lady which  was very nice but did take a long time compared to what I am used to from my pervious nails lady. The nails were ok they did the job just to get me through until I get home. I went in 2X for my thumb nail polish peeling off which was gel and is supposed to last 2-3 weeks, so I went in again didn't have appt but it didnt sound like to me it was necessary to have one when I called just to come in. I waited 30 minutes as she was working on a lady pedicure  just to get 1 nail painted so I took a nail color off the shelf and painted it myself I couldn't wait any long.The customer services by far was horrible I do not recommend going here even if it was the last place in Killeen. One stop Nail bar, this recently new place is very nice, really clean and the techs are very friendly. They offer facials, massages, reflexology, waxing and of course your nail sets, mani/pedi's. You can choose from a variety of pedicures! The lady named Cindy was super friendly and professional. When first arriving at the salon with my friend, we were both greeted and then proceed to sign in. Qcharm's customer service is excellent! They offered us something to drink, and gave me plenty of time to select my color. I took my nail technicians advice and went with his recommendation of a natural nail color. Because I was not receiving extensions/tips, he told me a dark color would look bad on my short natural nails.I made a special request that my technician did NOT use the drill to buff my natural nail, so he instead buffed with a tough grit nail file. Even though it was still damaging, I appreciated that he accommodated my request. During the dip process he dipped 3 times. As far as I could tell, this is normal. The part that I DID NOT care for was:After dipping, I believe he should have filed more bulk off. At this point, I didn't mind that he used the drill, it's necessary. My nails just seem "bubble" like and one has a small lump.Towards the end of the manicure, my technician filed my nails into different shapes which took my natural length off.He also did not put any oil on my cuticles, which I am under the impression is standard. As I went to the register to pay I noticed that a few of my nails were cloudy. My technician fixed it, saying that it wasn't fully dry before he applied the top coat.My friend that also received SNS had one of her nails crack down the middle after 5 days of wear. Make sure y'all are clear with them&& they understand what you are getting because they will over charge and add stuff to your bill. They cops were called and the situation was handled because I refused to pay an extra $10 for something I did not ask for. My experience here was superb! Although it was a bit hectic the day I arrived, which one would expected of the weekend, the technicians at Qcharm were friendly, and did quite well to provide my services swiftly and efficiently. My services--Pedicure and a Ombre Full Set, are still well-intact even after 2 weeks from when I received them. The facility is clean and nice but I was told there was no wait. A man painted my daughters nails very fast and they looked horrible. After I waited for 30 minutes with cold water to soak my feet in and 4 people that came in at different times were helped before me I decided to leave. When I told them my daughters nails were all messed up they told me I could wait. I was a little skeptical going to this place due to reading some negative reviews. I went in to have a pedicure mainly. I chose to have the Organic Pedicure. I lived the whole pedicure experience. I got regular nail polish on my toes and they came out beautiful. I was very pleased with the nail technician who did my pedicure. I only gave a four stars due to the fact I also received the gel manicure and yo me it was average. I think the nail technician who did my nails could have done a little better job filing my nails a little uneven but nothing big. Overall I had a great experience. I've tried several different techs. What I like about Christine is the time & dedication she provides you. The conversation is not only about the health of your nails but about you as a person. And she remembers stuff from your conversation so she's really getting to know you & vice ...versa. On top of that my product stayed on!!!! First time here and had an excellent experience. I came in on a Friday afternoon thinking they'd be busy, they were, but with the plethora of seating and staff, I waited just under 5 minutes. My daughter got a mani and nails polished too, they took her first and of course finished first.I got a basic spa pedi with Justin and he was cool. Had small conversations with him while he worked on my pedicure - I got basic bc I was tied for time having a dinning out event for my husband's work. He painted my nails and I left the design up to him. I like how he took his time and was careful with making the design, like he didn't want to finish unless he was satisfied with his work - that was pretty awesome. For my nails I just got a full set... I was torn between almond or coffin shaped, but decided on coffin. *If you're not sure what shape to get, they have a chart to choose from. So for the design, i wanted my middle and ring finger to be different, so I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they were able to do it for me. Dom was the one to put the acrylic on me and painted my nails, but he passed me to his lovely wife to do the more intricate design - I thought that was pretty cool for them to accommodate to their costumers. Overall, I had a great experience. All 3 technicians did great and was very friendly to help me out. I asked for a design for my pedicure and the technician was like "sure, find a picture and I can do that for you". I wanted to try sns nails because I wanted to grow out my natural nails. They say they do sns nails but they use a cheaper product.  They do have a few sns products but all of the bases, in between coats, and top polish were not sns products. It took way over an hour to complete and I have short nails.  He had to dremmel them down because they were soo thick.  I definitely was not impressed. I would not recommend.
