Worst nails I have ever had, Nail art, was stick on decals, polished lasted less than a week, awful, awful, awful. I will never patronize this salon, again. My co workers stated that this was the worst nail job that they have seen on me, when I called Ms Vo I stated that the nail art was very important to me, she stated that she was very good at nail art, pictures on website looked good, but I am not for sure who did the nails in the photos. Price was much too high for the results that I received, Maybe the other services that she offers she may do a good job, but nails are the worst I have ever paid for, If she is going to charge high prices, then her results should be a satisfied customer, I do not have a problem paying for my services, but I do want to walk away happy, instead of shaking my head. The only salon in Killeen I will go to I have never seen a cleaner one and the owner is just amazing!! I have not had my nails done in years because I just hated going to the salons and sitting there while they talk to each other saying God knows what. I have been a customer of nails by Vo for almost 20 years. In that time I have utilized numerous aspects of Ms. Vo's talents. Not just getting my nails painted. I have had manicures, pedicures, full sets of nails, microdermabrasion abrasion, facials and waxing. NEVER have I found her services lacking in quality. But I've also never gone in there expecting to receive services for free or asking for her to cut her prices. I also do not expect to receive spa-like treatment when all I want is a polish change. I guess if you go in expecting to receive $100 treatment for 20 bucks then you're bound to be disappointed. I was raised to always tell the truth and that a half truth is the same as a lie. Don't waste your time or money going here. I was overcharged for gel nails and the shape of the nails I wanted and also my nails came out looking a complete mess. My nail polish came off a hour later. And if I know about gel nails there suppose to be hard on top after going under the UV lights. Also I'm 7 months pregnant and when she got ready to paint my toes she wanted to paint them at the same desk that she does nails and wanted me to lift my legs up on her legs which was very uncomfortable so she finally painted my toes at the pedicure station with is the right thing to do. I had a great experience and Vo is a very friendly, open and professional person. She took care of me right away and treated me like I was a special guest from the time I walked through the door. The conversation never stopped, showing she was interested in getting to know her clients. The treatments were well worth the price and I'd recommend her to all my friends.
