I have been here twice now. The first time I went in I had a full set sns dip powder and a pedicure my daughter had a kid’s mani and pedi. They were amazing. I went in without appointments and they got us taken care of right away. My nails and toenails were perfect for 3+ weeks. The second time I went in I made an appointment before work. I showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment because I knew I needed a soak off. When I showed up the woman I made my appointment with was just starting on someone else. I ended up waiting for a little over an hour which made me late for work. If I had gotten started on time everything would have been fine. I still love my nails as they are perfect. I would just prefer if when I made an appointment I was seen at that appointment time. Everything else is fantastic. I love that when one person starts your service they finish it. This was my first experience with SNS Dipped nails and the first time in 5+ years since I got a proper manicure. I'm very pleased with the service by Kayla. I usually never get my nails done because I always ruin them doing work, but these SNS Dipped nails are awesome. I've done some heavy lifting and yard work and my nails still look great! No cracks, chips, or any marring. Look at the pic for how my nails looked even after mowing, weeding, edging, and shoveling my lawn. The salon itself is very clean and looks great. I went to this place yesterday hoping for a nice relaxing time but it ended up being the opposite.  Chairs are very uncomfortable and the lady that did my manicure did not do a good job.  It looked ok at first when she put the oil but I knew she was not getting my cuticles clean. My friend and I went on a Monday for a jelly pedicure. I highly recommend it! It was fantastic and really unique. They spent the time to get our calluses worked out and to really pamper us! The only downside was that my friend's pedicure was started nearly 15 minutes later than mine, and the technician sped things up to sync with the technician that was doing mine. $16 for medicore eyebrow wax, $38 for eyebrows, lip, and chin wax. I spent most of my time waiting for them to figure out tickets, book appointments, and greet other guests than I did for my waxing. Then after I waited several more minutes for them to look thru a stack of guest service tickets to find mine to ring me up, but not before they figured out a booking error. I stood at the counter as if I wasn’t there before anybody acknowledged I was standing there. Only to be told they couldn’t service me today. They did a great job with my gel manicure and pedicure. I also got a Brazilian wax by the Asian lady (there is only the Asian and the Latina that does Brazilians) and she did HORRIBLE. She used some wax that was like gum, and that did NOT come off. It was like putting gum in your hair! After 20min of trying to get the wax off, I asked for the Latina to come in and finish because I didn't want that other lady touching me. The Latina lady was extremely nice! I will be adding to this review after my service. But so far I have one major concern - in order to book an appointment they ask to have a credit card on file. I have never tried to make a nail appointment and been asked to give my credit card number. They do allow walk ins so I reverted to that type of booking. .. hoping the service is as good as the reviews say when I get there. Read Less

First time coming here and it was a great experience. Came in right when they opened Saturday morning was greeted nicely and asked what I can be helped with. Told them I needed a pedicure and was told to pick a color I was also asked if I wanted anything to drink. Waited about 2 minutes and was told they ways ready for me they had my water with lemon waiting for me at my pedicure chair spot. They also handed me a warm neck wrap filled beautiful smelling aromas lavender I beli…eve. I chose to get the Cure-my-pedi I think it’s called. I loved the young lady that did my feet she really did a good job. The place it’s self is really pleasing to the eye, beautiful decor and atmosphere. I made an appt online (which is an awesome bonus) & when I walked in, I was immediately greeted and offered a drink (wine, water) and a neck warmer. This place is absolutely wonderful! I brought my mom here as a surprise and it was wayyyy more incredible than we could have imagined! We both got the "Organic Spa Pedicure" and it was one of the most relaxing hours of my life! Kim and Kelley were amazing and beautiful! I've been here a few times and had really good experience got my toes and brows done each time and they did a great job, this last time It was only for my brows and the technician was extremely nice but after she finished my eyebrows she applied a lotion I'm assuming that smelled so strong like muscle rub almost and my whole skin swelled up and burned extremely bad I let her know my skin was burning and she wiped it off, unfortunately my skin now has burn marks under my eyebrows:( and it still is extremely sensitive so I can't wear makeup to cover it :( the last time I came the girl didn't use this lotion, besides this one incident I really do like them Read Less

I came here to get my brows cleaned up. At first they didn't look too bad half way through the process, but then she went back to do a little more clean up. And the end result was them being more thin to my liking. I told her prior to starting that I only wanted a clean up and to keep the shape that is trying to grow back. I'm pretty upset but then again I shouldn't have gone to a new place. Not to mention they are completely over priced! $16 for an less than satisfied eye brow wax ?! Love it! Amazing atmosphere and awesome employees. I got a pedicure and it was phenomenal. No more expensive than other good nail places. For a gel French tip pedicure with a short massage it was $48. It's $15 extra for gel and $5 extra for French tip like any other place I've been. However I'll pay extra for the awesome service. I was asked several times if I'd like anything to drink and everyone had a great attitude. I will definitely be back. Small children are not allowed unless getting a service- must be 6-12 y/o (which sucks but they want it to be a relaxing atmosphere- which I understand and agree with). Appointments can be made online and they offer a point system so you can get perks. The wait is a bit long sometimes bc others have appointments- but I wasn't waiting but maybe 20 minutes without one. I came in on a Saturday at 2:30pm. Read Less

This place is amazing. So I just relocated here from Los Angeles and had been looking for a good quality nail shop. I was at work and was searching on google and found this place. Gave them a call and the guy who I was speaking with was so calm and patient did not rush me off the phone answered all of questions. Nailicure is an amazing spa! I got a shellac manicure my first visit and I am on week 3 with very minimal chipping. My second visit I brought my mother in law who was visiting from out of town and I had a pedicure and she did a regular manicure. Both services were great! My only complaint is the pricing of the pedicure services. I will most likely have my pedicures done somewhere more competitive, but will continue to have my shellac manicures done here as the quality is worth the average $10 more than competitors. The reason I gave it four stars is because of the price, and you can't get a regular polish change like most nail salons. You have to get a quick pedi, which is $20 I think.
