Adam did such a wonderful job! My nails look so natural, i am just in love with them! He is a sweetheart, holds great conversation and is so very kind! This was only my second time to get my nails done; i got the dip done. He took his time, but was efficient and professional, all while being charming and making this the best nail experience I’ve had so far. I treated my sister in law and I to pedis for mother's day and the staff was super sweet and accommodated us as walk ins. Although they don't allow children unless they're being serviced, they allowed my 5 mo niece and they all loved on her. I will be returning to get my nails done!!!! Read Less

My husband and I get our pedicures like every two weeks, I think everyone there is wonderful but my husband absolutely adores an older lady by the name of "Mai" she goes above and beyond to make him feel comfortable, and I couldn't take him somewhere else if I tried. I went here to get my nails done, after having terrible nail jobs I decided to come here. Dom, the manager did my nails. He did a great job, they’re not crooked and he got my desired stiletto nail shape right. He made sure I was happy with my nails. He wouldn’t let me be indecisive and end up with nails I didn’t like. I think I have found my new nail place, finally after so much trial and error with places around Killeen. The gentleman that worked on my fingers today for a gel polish manicure service took so much care and time making sure that everything was perfect before I left. Thought I found a reputable place when it was essentially appointment only. So I booked and went. Asked for gel nails and was talked up to SNS or ‘dipping’ I agreed. I communicated that I was very particular as my last job was not a good one. Got my service and left, all ways well. Later that day two nails break. One down to my nail bed and left my finger bleeding. The last thing I want to do on a busy week is to return to the nail salon for a repair.. whatever; I call for an... appointment and tell them what happened. I go in for my appointment and he takes off soaks off one damage and burns the cut hand after I say don’t mess with it because it’s broken in bed. So in a disguise to soak off the other broken nail he leaves to service another customer. If I have an ‘appointment’ how am I pushed aside for someone else. If my nails lasted more than one day I wouldn’t be here!!! I will never go back. I ended up leaving the salon without the repairs as I waited 45 minutes for no service. Save your time and money. I guess since my nails didn’t last that’s my fault and I’m No longer a worthy customer. Even though Danny said if anything happens in 14 days come back. So did you know it was liable to mess up. I love this nail salon. I always have a positive experience each time I visit but tonight my visit was phenomenal! I took my daughter with me to get her nails done and they worked us both in for a mani/pedi. When we left my daughter slipped in the wet parking lot chipping the polish on her toes and scraping up her knee and foot. Not only did the staff take the time (at closing) to fix her nails, they also took the time to clean up and bandage her scrapes. I originally came in for a Gel Pedi and a Basic Mani..Needless to say, Adam took over from the older lady because she didn't speak English well. He told me how thin my nails were and offered the SNS Dipping Powder. After him explaining and saying how pretty it would be he said he was too busy to do it!! It was very inconsiderate. This place is great. They have a rewards and referrals program, and they have lots of ways to buy in bulk and save. They really give great service. They give you a warm neck beanie when you're getting your nails done, and they give you a choice of drink (soda, wine, water, ect). They have a calming atmosphere and comfy chairs. And most of all: they do an amazing job. I have had my eyebrows done there and they come out exactly like I want them. I have had manicures and pedicures and all of them have been amazing. AND they do weird custom stuff really well. For example: I get my nails done as a dip, super short, only two layers, with a matte clear coat finish so that they have a natural appearance for my drill weekends, and they look so perfect: people don't believe me when I say I have on fake nails! I absolutely love my time here. So friendly, very clean, insanely relaxing. If there is anything I see they politely fix it. I had a wonderful visit to H&M. I had gotten an acrylic nail set that was hideous and I hated it. I looked up gel nails in town and the reviews for this place were many and great. They soaked off my acrylics while I had my pedi. Everything was tranquil and quiet. I enjoyed my pedi a lot. Then Adam did my nails, I had made my appointment online and had signed up for the wrong kind of nails, but Adam listened to me and corrected it right away. My nails were beautiful when I lef...t there and he was sure to tell me that if anything goes wrong (chips or breaks that there was a 14 day guaranty. The thing I loved most was when Adam was done with my nails he put cuticle oil on my nails and massaged it in. The one thing that I didn't like about getting fake nails over a manicure was the massage and moisturizer that they give. I was very happy and it didn't take all day. Got the dip French tip nails. 1st time the guy left particles in my nails (small hair, dust and glitter.) 2 nails chipped in the corners within 24 hours. Got the 2 nails fixed by a girl and they have glitter all over them. I wanted just a basic French tip and all my nails have glitter particles. Plus I made an appointment and my manicurist was 20 mins late and I was 15 mins early. Needless to say I won't be back. Also got a pedicure last year from here and their stuff is ghetto. No massage chair or tubs. They have chairs like in your living room and a portable pot for your feet.Read Less

Good work, and nice people. But they always over charge me. I was charged $55 for a full set gel manicure when I went in on my birthday (which is a little pricey but not unheard of). I went in again a few months later for a simple gel pedicure with nothing else, and again was charged $55. Other than that it's nice, sanitary, they offer you water, they're nice, and it's a relaxing environment. Read Less
