CONS: I asked for gel nails with French tips. What I got was gel polish with a terribly messy French tip job. I was confused about what they were doing the whole time and kept hoping that what was being done was intentional and would be fixed later. But nope. They sent me on my way with the mess. And I say “they” because more than one person worked on my nails. They were tag-teaming on my nails. What I mean by messy it that the white edge wasn’t clean on any of the nails and there was some white on the part that’s supposed to be clear. At one point I was asked what I thought about what was being done, but as soon as it looked like I was about to say something lacking of approval, the tech immediately took back my hand and said that he’s not finished and told me not to worry. So again, I waited. And in the end, it was still a mess. And I was charged $30 for this gel polish mess. On top of all of that, it didn’t even take 24 hours for my nails to start peeling. What a waste of my time and money. (Since this incident a couple days ago, I have educated myself a little about what a true gel job should look like, and the differences between gel nails, gel polish, and acrylic nails.) PROS: My manicure came with a real nice hand and arm massage and a “free” drink.

Debbie did a fabulous job on my nails!! I went from black dip powder to a light pink and white tip French...not easy, but Debbie handled it! She talked me through everything she was doing and asked for my input every few steps to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and I did! Will definitely be coming back for more services with Debbie! Only 4 stars instead of 5, because it was a little pricy. An eyebrow & lip wax, with a full set, plus dip removal came to $65.

The staff couldn't understand what Mr girls wanted number 1. Then they didn't fully remove old nail polish etc before doing nails so looked tacky. They couldn't color their nails properly kept missing...
The staff couldn't understand what Mr girls wanted number 1. Then they didn't fully remove old nail polish etc before doing nails so looked tacky. They couldn't color their nails properly kept missing areas.. And they suck at forming the nails properly as well. 4 girls and none of their nails looked amazing but 1 and that's because she had a different lady do hers. I DON'T recommend this salon AT ALL...

Came here three weeks ago, service was great. Price was great but I lost my charm bracelet and came back two weeks after because I couldn't find it at home. Owner tells me I will call you back when and if I find it. So he did indeed call back, came in today hands me my bracelet and guess what charms have been changed out. I knew when he said he would call back that there was something iffy about it. Guess my gut didn't lie. This bracelet was from my best friend and now I'm missing part of the charm. It's unfortunate that after such great experience and complimenting them so much this is how they treat there guest that leave things behind. So FYI, if you lose anything expect it to be returned changed. Never coming back here again and I will make sure to not recommend anyone to come here!!!!!!!
Update: The first pic is my original bracelet and the one I'm holding is what was given back to me. Just so everyone can see what they did.

Didn't have too high expectations because it's Texas and I'm from Florida... but I have been to 4 nail salons in Killeen trying to find the perfect one. Unfortunately, there isn't any. I came here last week for a pedicure. the lady did a good job except for my color she put so much on it looks sloppy like I did it myself. & used the foot scraper way too hard that if I hadn't stopped her it probably would have cut me. I didn't need it. Anyway, I let it go because I can't paint my own because I'm pregnant lol but I probably wouldn't recommend for anyone to come here and get your nails done by anyone but the man in the salon. He seems to know what he's doing. I spent 2 hours almost 3 getting a full set with gel because the women who began doing my nails messed them up terribly. The shape, the length, everything and started to catch an attitude when I would pull my hands back because it hurt! & My gel polish isn't exactly what I like in my nails, its very globby some of my nails are thin and very thick. But the man managed to fix what he could. Very disappointed

Absolutely love this place! I've become a regular because Kenny does such a wonderful job and his wife working by his side is so wonderful too. He values and pays attention to each and every customer that sits in front of him and refuses to have you walk out with anything less then nails you love. Nothing but great things to say about this establishment.

Was visiting from Florida and decided to try this location because it was closest to me. There was no wait on a Thursday. My technician was ok until I asked was she going to cut my cuticle (pedicure) she then began yelling. Once I told her I'm from Florida and it's done differently . She then says she thought I've been here before. Whether I've been here or not it wasn't necessary. I could've taken my business elsewhere. That made the overall experience bad from there. She stopped to do 2 clients eyebrows. I won't return here and wouldn't recommend. I don't understand there are so many of these little shops I could've choose from but I chose this location and the service was poor.

Nail Polish was overlapping on cuticles of 5 nails. Overall, not really satisfactory.

And the shape of my nails are always on point. I get compliments about his work anytime I step outside and I always recommend him. By the way he can come off a little rude but that's just his personality. I had to get used to it myself .

I stopped her after the first nail to check to make sure. It was oval so I asked again for stiletto and showed her AGAIN. She insisted it was the same as I was showing her. I just said 'whatever' let her finish and left. I definitely will not be returning.

My husband and I decided to go get pedis, my guy was great, professional, friendly and got my feet back to perfect. The woman that was doing my husbands was a little too rough for him. He explained to her that he doesn't get a pedi often and he is sensitive to take a little easy on him, but she kind of disregarded his request. I wanted my husband to have a good and relaxed experience not a painful one. He was satisfied at the end results, but wished she was a little easier on him. We will still return in the future. Also, great with eyebrows.

I visit Killeen with my boyfriend every few months for short breaks from school and to visit his family. I studied at the Starbucks a few doors down for a while before deciding to try this place out. I thought it would be nice based on the previous reviews. It was a Saturday, so I expected a wait, which there was. I asked for a manicure with a gel set. The staff are nice and welcoming, but I was pretty much rushed out of my seat, as a regular was waiting to get her nails done by my nail tech (Maybe she should have made an appointment if she couldn't have waited longer?). I normally get 3-4 coats of gel with the normal base and top coat, but my nail tech only gave me two coats of gel, which still looked pretty transparent considering the swatch. I got my gel done two days ago, and 6 of my nails have already chipped. Most of them are streaky and it looks like the gel is already separating from my nail. I can't say this was worth the $30 plus $10 tip. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed and will not be returning.

CONS: I asked for gel nails with French tips. What I got was gel polish with a terribly messy French tip job. I was confused about what they were doing the whole time and kept hoping that what was being done was intentional and would be fixed later. But nope. They sent me on my way with the mess. My husband and I decided to go get pedis, my guy was great, professional, friendly and got my feet back to perfect. The woman that was doing my husbands was a little too rough for him. He explained to her that he doesn't get a pedi often and he is sensitive to take a little easy on him, but she kind of disregarded his request. I am new in town. I decide to try this new salon. They have excellent services. I got my nails with gel. It last almost a month. The staffs are very friendly.

I visit Killeen with my boyfriend every few months for short breaks from school and to visit his family. I studied at the Starbucks a few doors down for a while before deciding to try this place out. I thought it would be nice based on the previous reviews. It was a Saturday, so I expected a wait, which there was. I asked for a manicure with a gel set. The staff are nice and welcoming, but I was pretty much rushed out of my seat, as a regular was waiting to get her nails done by my nail tech (Maybe she should have made an appointment if she couldn't have waited longer?). I normally get 3-4 coats of gel with the normal base and top coat, but my nail tech only gave me two coats of gel, which still looked pretty transparent considering the swatch. I got my gel done two days ago, and 6 of my nails have already chipped. Most of them are streaky and it looks like the gel is already separating from my nail. I can't say this was worth the $30 plus $10 tip. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed and will not be returning.

The lady was nice it wasnt the service that was poor.I got a set of gel nails put on. I have had A LOT of different places put gel nails on my hands and never have my nails looked this bad. They look like they were just slopped on. They are super thick and i am going to a different nail salon tomorrow to get them removed and re done because they look SO BAD. Waste of $40.

This nail salon is very clean, has great staff, and it's a great location. Susan took her time to do my nails and was so sweet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

New to Killeen and was looking for a good shop, luckily I found this place. They are consistent and super friendly. Good work yall!
