Mimi is amazing and I highly recommend this place! The staff is great, the manager is so sweet, they always offer a beverage service and I have NEVER seen it unsanitary. They upgrade their equipment regularly and it’s a little relaxing slice of heaven. I feel like I am in a bigger city getting service of this magnitude! Read Less

If I could give zero I would. Very bad customer service and very disrespectful. The design they were trying to put on my finger look bad so I told her I didn't want it, so they took it all then they put white polish on my nail and it had cotton through it and it was like 5 layers of white and it look bad I asked to take it off. Then I asked her to take the glitter off my thumb she told me no and told me not to ever come back there and when I was trying to pay and she snatched the money out of my hand. I tried to talk to someone else and they ce up to me and said what do you want I never had a place talk to me like that it was very rude I wouldn't recommend anyone ever going here because if they do a bad job and you don't like it you're at fault. I love getting my nails done at this establishment. They are very kind, inviting, and always do their best to make sure you leave satisfied. I have only had one minor issue with my nails in the last 3 years and they we very understanding and fixed it for me with ease. I had an appointment yesterday at 11 Kim did my nails and it was a rush job some one else did my feet also rush I didn't know until I got home to take a pic for my husband that my toes wasn't done right I called and was told I have to wait until tomorrow to have them fixed. This was my second time going the first time was a good experience but after yesterday I won't be going back. 60 is a lot for nails and toes to get done and not right. Read Less

I just left there. Ben was absolutely amazing! He was very professional and gentle. He took his time and wasn't rushing like most places I've been to. He didn't try to make small talk (which I appreciated). The staff was very friendly as well. Normally I feel uncomfortable going to nail salons because I always feel like they are talking bad about me in another language. Here, I didn't feel that way. I am actually very surprised that they're bad reviews about this place I normally go to perfection nails but today the wait was just extremely too long so I decided to try elegant nails I only waited about five minutes and then I soaked my feet for probably about 10 to 15 minutes before they started my pedicure which I don't mind because I rather be soaking my feet then just sitting there waiting. The variety of different colors is great!! And Ben was absolutely AMAZING he just put so much attention to detail in my pedicure and I really appreciate that because most people just rush. I had a bad experience today. Today was my first time going there. I won't be going back. Just gonna say...I was sitting there for 30 mintues, the water had started to get cold. Almost a indepth discussion about who should do my pedicure. Finally she comes and brings a water and fruit cup. Another lady comes in and gets a water and fruit cup within minutes. It was not a friendly, great customer service experience.
