Lady put the hot wax on my feet. Told her it was too hot. She said oh your feet is sensitive. No it’s hot. Cut my toenails with asking me and cut them to short and tried to file them. Told her that hurt. She got a damn attitude. Left with getting them painted and jacked up cut nails. Everything was funny to her as well in her language. Won’t be back. I've been going to this place for years but today will be my last visit! A simple request to change the water because particles were floating in my water turned into a heated debate. She claim the particles came off of my feet..... but I just literally took a shower so I know it didn't come from my feet....Even if that was the case the customer is always right it would have took 2 secs to change the water or switch chairs. I came here for a pedicure the pedicure service was good but a girl was sitting in a chair and when she got up she accidentally broke a nail polish bottle and one of the guys that worked here handed her a towel and some cleaner and made her get on her knees to clean it up. After seeing that I will not be back the customer service is awful finally a lady that worked here told the girl to get up and she would clean it. Absolutely shocked that he made her clean it up. Service is quick and good. Their pedicure options are many! I get my nails done here exclusively now although the decor could be updated and more organized. There is a middle aged guy who always wears a necklace that I like to work with. He provides good pressure during the massage portion and is thorough. I have been a customer of theirs for two years. For Mother's Day, my husband bought me a gift certificate for a pedicure. I went to use it today and they accused me of stealing it, refusing to take it. I had the receipt and they claimed it wasn't theirs because the logo was missing. Today I received the absolute worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. The technician did not wear gloves, cut my cuticles so low it's still painful, filed my nails uneven and I fixed it myself, and proceeded to attempt giving me a French manicure until another tech saw what a slow terrible job he was doing that he butted in and finished the job. I continued to tell them how unhappy I was with the services and my nails were actually in pain and looked worse than when I walked in. They just brushed me off. After paying I walked to my car and looked down and the final results once again. My nails looked absolutely embarrassing. I went back inside to make the manager aware of my terrible experience. She was very nice but the tech who did my nails came up and began yelling at me and harassing me and other customers. I left horrified. DO NOT GO HERE. I went to get a pedicure it was alright but they got busy but I told the lady that I wanted an eyebrow wax too. She forgot and asked her colleague to do it. This was my second time coming here because unfortunately in Killeen, majority of the salons aren't very nice. The first time I awkwardly waited 20 minutes while the girls sat around and talked to each other. I had a decent full set which I couldn't really complain about, but I just felt uncomfortable with the nasty looks I received and the fact that it took so long before one of them decided to help me.Now on to my most recent visit, everything was great, I was getting a fill and I ignored some of the things this guy was doing. I let him take his little shortcuts of messily throwing acrylic on my nails because I thought he could easily file it down. There were pieces on my fingers and under the nail itself. Right now I'm still noticing that it's on my cuticles and I hope the nail doesn't lift because of this. Now on to the gel color. If I ask for a matte color, then that's what I want. This place has really went downhill. I was a loyal customer for the past year and a half and after all the good techs left I still tried to give it a try. The customer service was fine but the service itself I was very unhappy with. Cindy did my manicure and pedicure and I showed her a design that I wanted and she told me she would give me something "cuter". Well it wasn't cuter and when I asked her to add an additional color she wouldn't claiming she wouldn't know where to add the color. She cut me multiple times with the drill trying to work fast and I could tell she was a bit upset when I did not give her a tip. This has become my favorite salon in the Killeen area. I have gotten acrylic nails several times since last fall and the service was always timely and my nails looked perfect! Both the customers and the staff are always friendly and talkative. I notice that there always seem to be a lot of regulars who know the staff, which I take as a good sign at a salon. Recently, I walked in for a pedicure and had a great experience with that too. A solid 2 weeks later, a friend commented on how good my toes looked. No chips! Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes if it is after 5 p.m. on a weekday, but I've never had to wait too long. On weekends, I haven't had a wait for a walk-in. Use to go to this place to get my eyebrows tinted by Hannah and she always did a good job but the management is another story. He rude and very forgetful. And some of the people working there owill sit there while customers are waiting instead of servicing them. It took me a while to find a good salon in this area, but I'm glad I finally did. I got to CK right after it opened and it was packed, but I was greeted right away and told it wouldn't be long (which it wasn't). I opted for the deluxe pedicure for $28. Two different nail techs asked me if the water temperature was ok. Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure.She really took her time and the foot/leg massages, yes I said MASSAGES were really long. I waited to write my review until I'd been here a few times. Today is my fourth time getting a pedicure here. I really like the staff here. They are very friendly and will do anything to make you happy.I never liked pedicures because my feet always hurt afterward and I was afraid of getting an infection but not here. My feet feel great and all their stuff is sterilized. Please don't let them do your lashes!!! They are inexperienced.  The tech that could do them no longer works there...Lin did great lashes!!! I called to schedule with someone else "Gabby" & she told me that she basically wasn't going to do them because after I allowed her to do them one time before I didn't come back to her bc clearly I didn't like her work!!  I thought her comment was unprofessional & I will never go back to CK nails.  It shouldn't have matter who I allowed to do my lashes!! This is my second time getting a pedicure, and the first time i got one i thought i's never get one again because my toes left sore as heeeell. But this place had Talented, well mannered, and professional cosmetologists. They really took great care of me and my girlfriend. They were really nice and gentle. Loved the massage chairs and everything. It was just a relaxing and overall a great experience. where do i start...when i walked in the girls were telling all the customers they had to wait. (because they were too busy doing each others nails while their boss was in the back) I asked how much my nails would be they told me $48.00 The first girl was very rude. As I was explaining how i wanted my nails done she got up and said "I dont want to do them she can" VERY unprofessional!! The next lady that started to do my nails dropped all the solar powder on the floor, scooped it back in the container and tried to put in on my nails! disgusting and very dangerous. She took a very long time. Then wanted to charge me 20 more than what they told me to begin with. This place has went down hill since they hired the fat mexican girls with the bad attitudes. This was a good place with the old management. The new people are not as good. In fact when i called to make my appointment they told me that the old technician Hannah was still there. I drove from Georgetown to see them, and the technician "Hannah"(although the name on her certificate was different) attempted at first to tell me that she has always been there and that there has never been an other Hannah. She looked nothing like Hannah, but i wanted to see where she was going to go with this.  After i started asking her personal questions things Hannah and i used to talk about, she admitted that there was a different management and that she wasn't always there as she previously attempted to tell me. Customer service not there (needs work)...had mani & pedi were ok could have been better- felt like it was rushed a bit. Older lady working there seemed to be rude to another employer working there. I stood there for 4 minutes until one of the girls approached me to help and then the older women worker unprofessionally decided to do the service after the other girl was so nice and tried to accommodate.I tried to ask a question about my nails several times and thought I was being ecnored but the lady did not understand english very well...it was just a trip to a nail salon that did not go very well. The first young lady did try to apologize even know the older lady was wrong so I do appreciate that.I was informed that they do waxing, facials & body wraps so I will think about trying this place again, next time I will ask for a certain girl.
