Love that they're open early but they are not the friendliest of people to get your nails done by.  I took my daughter here for her pedicure and just because she's 8, they rushed and did a horrible job. Not only did I want to rip someone's head off for getting irritated because my daughter was getting tickled during her pedicure, I paid $25 for them to splash warm water on her and paint her toes. I was very pleasantly surprised with my nail tech Tye. I was sent to them by a friend after Hollywood nails lied to me and did a horrible job. Over a month ago I went to Hollywood nails after calling them to verify that they could do gel tips, after being told yes, I go in and they start gluing tips on and proceeded to do acrylic nails with GEL POLISH. So, I go into Chloe's for them to remove them and do a proper full set. After getting the old acrylic nails off, Tye complimented me on my beautiful natural nails and advises me against getting another full set of nails. He tells me that he would just recommend me doing a solar overlay. So, I choose to use my own nail length with the solar overlay to help strengthen my nails for my job. Very professional talking to me and all the other clients waiting in English. Helped me with the help of another customer pick out my gel polish color. I never wondered once if he was talking to his co-workers in their language about their customers. My only true complaint is that not all of my nails are completely covered by the polish but it's only the very edges where the nail meets the skin on the sides and you can barely see that. It was more than I was expecting to pay considering it was an overlay and bot adding a tip to my nails. But even after paying $55.00 for my nails I was still impressed with not only how he treated me, but how their customers treated me I still left him a $5.00 tip. I will recommend them especially Tye to my friends. I will go back depending on my needs but still really on the hunt for either black tips or gel tips, plus I have to have another great night at work. Read Less

While I was getting my nails done, I told Dan, the nails are different sizes. Dan’s response was no, they are the same size. After the nail polish was painted on, you could clearly see my nails were completely different sizes. I asked Dan to fix them, he filed them and took some of the nail polish off in the process. This is probably the best nail salon in the city for the quality and the price point. They are not unreasonably expensive but the work you get in return is amazing. Every time I get my nails done here I get compliments everywhere. The crazy thing is, you don't have to have a particular person that does your nails, they all have a standard where everybody really does an amazing job. I went there a while ago because someone recommended them to me and i have been meaning to get this review done so here it is. They were happy to see me at first of course that's how it always goes. So I paid what I had to pay and tipped to be nice even though I was not happy with the job he did. And before I left they said if you have any problems with your nails come back. So my nails were crooked and some of them were longer than others and he left way too big of a gap from where he started painting the nails on some of them and I noticed right away and I told him and he "fixed" one but not the other. So I come back 8 days later like they told me to and the customer service was just completely different. They weren't as nice. They did try to fix my nails after trying to convince me that this is normal to happen but it wasn't because it looked like that from day one and some of them were chipped. some of them looked ok and some of them were pretty bad. plus he was distracted as he was doing my nails I don't know if he was high or what but he kept looking away and talking to people and he over drilled one of my nails and was like "oh". I told him about what i didn't like about my nails right away and he didn't do anything about it right then in there as i was getting my nails done. so I knew I was coming back to get my nails fixed. So I went to this place based on reviews to fix two nails and seriously wish I had gone to other place I now go to. They did not have my color which is fine so we tried to find a close one. When we couldn't I said no I'll find somewhere else and he pushed me to the area and said no sit he would do deal. I thought fine maybe it will be okay. The color turned out okay and you really couldn't tell the difference. The issue I had is I already had a stiletto shape nails and thin which I love. He gave me ugly thickish nails and made them look almond. I tried to get him to match the styles more and he just told me to go pay. I was so angry I paid and left. Never going back here. My nails are horrible I'm so sad  never going here again . And the guy who did my nails kept telling me I needed to go home and go to bed because I looked sick . Everyone says this place is expensive but I believe it's decently priced. You get what you pay for & I'd rather pay a good price to walk out feeling like a brand new woman. Fastest pedicure I've ever gotten. This place is clean, professional, staff was polite,with fast service. We tried them out on a Sat afternoon, and the salon was full. It was noisy. 2 tvs, with music video showing on 1. Other than asking what service we wanted the person working with us didn't talk to us at all. The pedicure itself was a nail trim, callus file, and lotion rub (and polish) $25 ,and $5 for polka-dot on big toes. They didn't offer to clear coat my partner's nails. They just walked away. The basic pedicure is not much. It's not the usual "spa" experience I look for when going to get my nails done, it isn't set up for relaxation and leisure, but if you are looking for fast well done nails then this works.Read Less
