First off they had a young guy to put the polish on my nails. Nail polish started peeling off in a day. I had finger nail polish on outside of my nails, and nails were dull they didn't want to put a second coat on them. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. Read Less

I don't understand why this place was as crowded as it was. First of all they have young people working there doing nails that I am 100% sure are not licensed cosmetologist. The older lady that did my nails was so hard to understand, then she got frustrated with me because I did not want tips on my nails. I ended up waiting for someone to be able to do my nails because not everyone was trained in how to do the powder nails. Not many colors to choose from for the powder nails either. When I've gotten my nails done elsewhere they dip them 5-6 times, this was a 3 dip job and you can tell. Got home and noticed that one of my nails was broken already and when I went back instead of fixing it they filed it down. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Very negative experience. I get pedicures every 2 weeks and I'm in the chair getting pampered for a hr every time. They are very thorough with their work and it's very much appreciated. TERRIBLE. never once wrote a review but i had to on this place. I got gel nails and toe polish change, i had an older lady who i think was the owner and she was rude, acted like doing my nails was a inconvience and she did a terrible job! I got black and when u left i had 3 cuts on my nail beds and black all over my fingers from her trying to fix all the places she painted on my finger. In between doing my nails she also did 2 other peoples, i was in the shop for almost 2 hours. I usually go to chloes nails and spa but they were closed and i needed my nails done, Never again! IF I COULD GIVE HALF A STAR I WOULD. I DO NOT BELIEVE PEOPLE READ REVIEWS... This place is ridiculous. I sat in the chair for 1/2 hour prior to young lady who just arrived touching my feet. One of the older ladies with no courtesy whatsoever just laid something on my lap and walked away. Please help me understand. Do Vietnamese people treat Black men like $#@? Not to shabby. Got a gel Manicure, sat for about 15 minutes with my hands soaking before they started. Which was odd cause they weren't busy. They did a okay job on my nails, I love the color and the lady was sweet however it was a bit sloppy as I have polish on my skin and in nail bed.I'll maybe go back truly haven't decided. Read Less

I have nothin else to base my experience here off of. My co-worker brought me here one time and due to sheer laziness I have not looked for another nail shop to go to. After my first visit, the people definitely seemed to warm up way more than the initial visit. I've only had a very basic mani here one time and like others, I was less than impressed. However, everytime I've had a pedi and brow waxing I was happy with the results. Maybe bc my mani/pedi expectations are not highly nor am I very knowledgeable about either. This place is horrible I came on a Thursday to get a manicure natural nails w shellac polish for it to peel and return that Saturday. The young man informed me the First Lady was training how he will let another lady do it and it'll last longer. She finished and I asked for the clear polish under my Nail to be removed, she begins using a electronic nail file on my bare skin it starts burning I love my hand and she's like ur nails are short that's why it's there. Reslly!  A waste of time.  No talent nail techs!  This is a joke!  I tried to give them s 2nd chance because they are close to  where I live, but no.  They just have NO SKILLS!  Especially if you need ur cuticle cut!  Such a shame since I live so close!  I wish they would close so some experienced personnel could open  up shop.  This was an extremely disappointing experience! I had a shellac manicure (no fake nails, just the polish) and my friend had a pedicure done. My friend sat in a chair for 30 minutes before anyone even started her pedicure. I wish someone had informed us that there was a wait from the beginning so we could have decided to go somewhere else. We were in there for over 2 hours for just two services between the two of us, no acrylic nails or anything! There was debris all over the floor from old wax used on people's legs, and one of the chairs had nail clippings in it. The manicure tools are not sanitized for every customer, but at least the technician did not cut into my fingers. The nail stations were not cleaned very well either. My shellac manicure was mediocre. The nail technician left some of my nails looking goopy, and come of the color bled onto my skin so it looks like a manicure I did at home. She also didn't coat some of my nails with top coat properly and some nails are not polished all the way to the edges. She forgot to alternate the color on one nail and had to start over on that one, but didn't completely remove the old color before doing so. She also got up in the middle of my manicure to tend to another client she was doing a pedicure on, because I guess she left them to come work on me. They do have a few positives: the staff are very polite, they have massage chairs and I was allowed to sit in one while waiting on my friend to finish her pedicure, and the manicure comes with an awesome hand and arm massage at the end. However, due to the wait, the sloppy polish job, and the unhygienic conditions, I will not be returning. I also looked over at someone getting their nails done, and they had a full set. Their nails came out super, super thick. Yikes! It's a definite no for me.It is now 5 days later and the shellac is already chipping. Never going back there again, ever! Read Less

I've gone here off and on for 2 yrs. They did a good job when I started going to them but now they've gotten lazy and rude. My feet was still rough after a pedi. They give dirty looks when I ask for design or filed a certain way. They are very short if you ask a question. I give it 2 stars because they did my brows great! Read Less

Trust, I give credit where credit is due. Speaking of credit, if I charge $60 to my credit card for a manicure & pedicure, I would hope it's an actual quality $60 service.I should've done an about face out of the salon when they rolled their eyes at my request for Shellac on my toes. Come on people, the polish lasts forever on the toes and even Kansas is doing it. You are telling me that Texas is behind the times? :)Pedicure was sub-standard.  Poor attention to detail.  Didn't even file the nails down even.  Cuticles were not removed with the detail I am used to. It was a hack job to say the least. She dug the cuticle cutters deep into my toes and I jumped from the sting.The lady then asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed.  I said maybe, so I will touch on this later, so please read on! :)It was almost comical when the poor tech tried to figure out a way to maneuver my foot in and out of the UV baker. I had 2 ladies working on me at once! I felt so bad and tried to explain to them how to position for their comfort and mine, but they sat on the floor and painted away.While my legs were being crossed and uncrossed so to bake in the machine, one of the ladies started on my finger nails. Balancing a water bowl in my lap while still performing the In/Out bake on my toes proved quite challenging.  I almost spilled the water on my lap while one of the ladies was plucking away at my cuticles.Once the toes were finished, I was moved to the nail table. File, file, snip, snip. No hand massage, nothing. Time to apply the Shellac.  The poorest display of application I have ever seen. The polish was missing in certain areas and barely reached the tip.While I was drying, I saw a lady getting her eyebrows waxed, so I observed the technique. When one tech needs to call another tech over to perform a REDO on the brows, "Houston, we have a problem" in the house!Needless to say that when she asked if I wanted the wax, I politely said no.Mani/Pedi there at your own risk people and that's all I have to say about that. :) Read Less

Ann is a professional in every way. She has a container for each customer with their name on it. Her shop is very clean & neat. You have to have an appointment, but she will work with. I recommend Ann highly. Read Less
