Nice, friendly staff, clean tools, and good color selection. It's a very relaxing atmosphere - when other customers actually have the decency to keep their voices down when having private phone conversations. Seriously, nobody else cares how much you're paying for your home reno. I think you repeated the cost 8 separate times. Get off the freaking phone!!! I took my 8 year old daughter in tonight for a mani/pedi and we had the best experience. I wish I could remember the two ladies who helped us, because they were amazing. The lady who helped my daughter was so sweet and patient and really interacted with her. The lady who helped me chatted with me the whole time and made my experience very personal. Nice environment, manager was super nice. I did a deluxe pedi. Massage was good, but I am super disappointed at the polish job and actual nail care. I had to ask for the corners to be rounded off and for him to file my toe nails. He used cuticle trimmers, never filed, evened out the edge (they are still rough), or trimmed cuticles. The polish on one toe literally came off in the shower today (got the pedi yesterday!), there are ‘chunky’ spots where the polish isn’t smooth, it doesn’t go to the side edges of the nails, didn’t clean under nails and he missed the ends with top coat. I don’t mean to be rude but I hope this helps with quality control and attention to detail for the NAILS to go with the ambiance. Read Less

Super nice and professional people! The gentleman at the front went out of his way to explain the different nail polishes they had. I love that Tina, the lady that did my nails, carried a conversation with me and was super down to earth! My mom had a pedicure with another lady and she said she truly enjoyed the relaxing feel and atmosphere. I don't live in Kilgore (I live in Houston) but I may have to make it a point to come when I come visit my mom and have a spa day every time I'm in town! Stopped in for a plain, regular manicure which should be the easiest thing for them to do. Cuticles we're left not pushed back & polished over. Also didn't it appreciate the manicurist (lady, not sure of her name) talking almost the entire time about her mother in law taking her into marrying her son & their relationship. Talked the hubby into finally getting those feet of his seen too. Lena did a great job and now he says he would definitely recommend it. I had Sony do my pedicure and nails. He is such a perfectionist! I loved his attention to detail. My nails look so feminine and beautiful. Lee waxed my eye brows and made them perfectly symmetrical. My maid of honor treated me to a spa day the day before my wedding. let me tell you it was desperately needed. I was pleasantly surprised. They blew my mind with their prices and customer service. From the word go we had three of them working on both my maid of honor and I. pedicures, leg massage, chair massage, waxing, and nails (with diamonds for me & blue tips for her) all being done at the same time. Now here's the best part, they offered something to drink when we first sat down. Soda, water, and yes even wine. It was $100 for each of us and all inclusive. I HIGHLY recommend this facility. They go above and beyond and aim to please. I have to confess that I am the hardest person to please. When we were finished I felt relaxed, beautiful and ready for my wedding day. Miss and miss. This place is very nice but not sufficiently staffed. Beautiful decor and staff is well trained. Sometimes only 2 workers and a long wait. Only one customer when we arrived. Still had an hour wait for my husband. He had feet in cold water for all that time and finally left. Read Less
