I checked the reviews and was in town so I decided to try them. This was a mistake. They were busy when I got there and it wasn't even 10 so I'm assuming that's why they were short staffed. I waited a good while before they were able to get to me and then while I waited longer they had me soak off my already dipped powder nails. I was confused why but thought maybe they did fills differently than other places. I selected same color and was charged for full new set instead which is not what I needed. Multiple nails weren't fully dried or set so the polish is messed up, the ends of my nails weren't painted and one of my thumbs nails are visibly cut at an angle. The man also pulled my skin off with a nail tool trying to get the dipped powder residue off from where they soaked it off onto my skin in places. He cut me and made me bleed on the non angled thumb. If I had time I would have complained and had them fix these nails but I was there an hour and forty five minutes already and needed to leave. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back. I will use the VIP next to Cato going forward like I usually do when in town. They just open a little later is why I wanted to try the other. Read Less
