I came here Thursday afternoon with my mom, and disappointed is an understatement. We didn't have much time & our regular place was booked so we stopped in here. BIG MISTAKE. I got a refill, my nails are bumpy, and uneven. I don't know what this lady was doing but parts of my nails aren't even painted, including the tips, it's ridiculous. We both got gel, my moms was peeling and literally sliding off her nail Friday afternoon & mine started to bubble up and come off also. Came here for a refill today and the prices are outrageous! They were rude as soon as I came in the door. I had to wait (understandable) but when one lady was done they instructed me to sit at her desk. She did not clean her tools and tried to start to do my nails until I pulled back and mentioned she didn't sterilize them. Attitude.Then she mentioned refills are $45! No thank you. I almost didn't go to this location because of some of the reviews. I'm very happy I didn't listen to them and still came here for my nails.They treated me as if I was a long time customer and that's something a lot of nail places won't do if they have never seen you before. I'm a very picky person like very picky, and Kim the lady who worked on my nails handled it very well. I color choices for acrylic nail color were pretty slim so I went with shellac over a full set it wasn't exactly what I wanted but it still turned out pretty. So I got my nails done here and my nails are so f...ed up. Never in all the times of getting my nails done have I ever woken up the next morning with freaking cracks in the acrylic ever. I have 4 fingers with cracks in the nails. The one on my middle finger is hanging on hope. One false move and the nail is gone. $40 dollars for crap I haven't even had my nails for a full 2 weeks and they are all falling apart on they're on. This business is over charging their customers for crappy quality work. $35 for a full set and 5 extra dollars for a mediocre design. Hands down worst experience I've ever had at a nail spa. And I'm gonna break this down for you. 1) all I asked for was acrylic over my natural nail. I've been to tons of nail spas that handle this with ease. She uses the dremmil to rough up my nails and the moment she puts on the primer, both of my hands start to burn and turn red and swell up. This is not normal. Like I said, been to many nail salons. 2) she applies the acrylic well on my right hand and then slips up on the left hand and gets acrylic all under my nails on my left hand and even though I was adiment about how I didn't like it and it annoyed me she did a poor job on removing it. 3)I payed 55 dollars for this crap service and I shouldn't have paid more than 35. Less even because I didn't even have tips put on. 4) this hack told me it was gonna be 40 dollars for a refill. 5) less than 24 hours later, two of my nails have broken. I absolutely love my nails and have gotten lots of compliments on the color and shape. I went in on a Tuesday around noon to get a set of acrylic nails. I was told to sit down right away and was approached by a friendly woman who started on my nails quickly. She did a great job and was so sweet! My only compliant about this place is that it's overpriced. It was 50 bucks for a full set and that doesn't include any kind of manicure. My cuticles were dry and needed to be fixed. She told me if I wanted her to fix them that it would be an additional 5 dollars!!!! I said no that's okay and kept my dry cuticles :( you can tell in my pic that my cuticles are terrible. Went in to get my acrylics removed and a clear coat of polish. That's it. The lady set me down and proceeded to start lifting up and ripping off my acrylic with a pair of metal clippers. I kept telling her it hurt and she didn't seem to care. Then she cut my nails down to the beds which also didn't feel good, and didn't even file them evenly. As for my clear coat, she kept asking if I wanted a French manicure and repeatedly told her no, just clear. So she finally said ok,  and started painting them pink. I asked her what she was doing and she then told me "pink just looks much better. More natural." WHAT? Horrible just horrible!! Did I mention HORRIBLE!!!!! I went into get a shellac manicure  and the lady named Kim rushed through my manicure did not even soak my fingernails and did not even push my cuticles back I had to remind her to do so and she of course she said  "I do right now".  One hand had cotton ball hair stuck in my shellac, the other hand had air bubbles because she never let my shellac dry after each layer. Then I got charged twice on my credit card. When I called to let her know that my shellac was peeling because it was on my skin as well she told me to come back and she will do it for me again. When I was going to go back and get it redone all my nails are peeling and I was obligated to peel them off myself which ruined my notes I noticed I have fungus on one finger and I'm not sure if it was that use material from prior people that she used on me or if it was from the lifting at the shellac that got water in my nail that caused the fungus. I am very livid. I called to see if I could get refunded and she blew up on me and started yelling at me. This is a horrible salon and she has me absolutely livid! This place is just a joke! I wanted to get my nails done while my mom was getting a hair cut color etc. so I told her what I wanted she got everything out, she was nice yes , but I was keep asking how much is it gonna be, she didn't say anything until the tips were in my nail she says $55 I was like WHAT ?! I said no no no stop right there I am not spending g $55 on my nails... I told her I can get the same thing at the baybrook mall for 40 or at my second best place in fairmont for 35$ ! She says well our product is the best I wanted to laugh at her face and say yeah okay .... So it was done on Thursday and one of my nail fell off on Friday and the other yesterday ... The pedicures are always very good but the manicures I have gotten have been so-so on each occasion.  I like the salon over all but I do not like them trying to constantly upsell a product or service. They will ask you 4-5 times throughout your visit and it gets to be too much especially when you are there to relax. Read Less

My spouse and I went today for pedicures. It was our first vist there. It was the best pedicure I have ever had by far. The ladies take their time with each client no rush job. And the prices are reasonable. As we were walking out my spouse said the same thing ,that it was the best. He said his feet felt great. Highly recommend. Read Less

I went here and it's a small small place.  The ventilation was so bad they had the door propped open.  I wanted a full set and I had to wait.  It was busy for a Thursday. I had red nail polish on before getting a new full set.  The lady did a horrible job!  I had left over nail polish on my nails (I told her to clean it up and she ignored me even after physically pointing it out to her).  4 days later my nails look terrible!  I'm never going back here again.  On top of all this, I was charged $50 to get a basic full set.  Normally I can get my nails done and a pedi for that price. I hope they fix this mess they call nails on my hands and better do something about the fact that I was charged so much for a hack job!I recommend finding a different place!UPDATE: I was able to go in and get them fixed at no charge.  They look better than they did but I will still never go back there. The only thing good I can say is they're friendly. I went and had old acrylics removed and new ones put on. The edges of the nail by the skin are not done properly, I have acrylic that was not removed there, under the tip of the nail it has dried glue or acrylic on my skin and the top coat polish is put on over the cuticle and doesn't cover the nail completely on some nails. Well when i get ready to leave the MALE SECRETARY says "That will be $45"I was thinking, what?? But instead of saying anything I just paid and and left a $5 tip. So to get a refill is $50. I asked some of my friends what they thought and they said noway they must have made a mistake. So i called up there and asked very nicely to explain the price and why it cost so much, and the guy at the front of extremely rude and not helpful in the least bit. They got my $50 and that all they care about. If they were a decent salon at least care about returning customers!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. COMPLETE RIP OFF!
