The pedi chairs are the best massage chairs I have ever been in! Facebook special $65 for pedi and manicure (add $10 for tips, I did not get tips). Pedi was good but in combo with the chair, and glass of wine! This was absolutely the best pedi I've had in a while :-) I also got the dip manicure. I don't like the dip for me personally, it's prettier than normal polish but I don't like getting a fill or having to remove it. If you are wanting that maintenance than Venetian will do a good job for you. Personally I'm there to relax and enjoy my rubs :-) I prefer a traditional manicure along with the lotion rub, cuticle trim, light filing and a nail nutrient along with a base coat applied. The manicure lotion rubs were missing with the dip manicure. The specialty manicures are all about the nail colors, tips, and sanding. Not my cup of tea. I'm into the pamper my fingers and arms kinda manicure. With that being said; I would definitely return for a pedi and ask if a "pamper my fingers and arms mani" is available. Read Less

Went there for the first time using the $55 combo. Everyone was very friendly and the place was cute! My pedicure was amazing! I don't ever get my fingernails done, so I wasn't sure what to expect, or do! Samantha called me before and after my appointment, and explained the "nail" process. I really appreciated that! This salon is top notch! It's beautiful in the inside, very modern. My hairstylist is April Ryan! She is the best! I don't let anyone else touch my hair. She is the only person that has bleached my hair and not damaged it! She has the best recommendations and she just genuinely cares about her clients. My hairdresser works here and I saw a flier for the nail salon nextdoor. I loved the cozy chic environment. The owner was very nice!! My nails look amazing Tammy was great! First time I went - called to see if they offered the "dip powder" nails - they said yes.  When I went in for my appointment with Jenny and told her I wanted pink & white dipped - her response was "Oh no...that's too hard - I don't do that."  WHAT??  TOO HARD??  Needless to say I will not try them again. I was just reading the other two recent reviews about Kendall. Its true, she's awesome! My girls and I have been going to her for several years now. She even did hair/makeup for my daughters wedding. She doesn't shy away from a new hairstyle or color.  My daughter needed a last-minute up-do for homecoming and she fit her in. We were in/out of there in about 10 minutes with an awesome up-do. It would have taken me an hour of struggling to do what she did, and I doubt it would have looked nearly as good!  ...and NO, I am not getting a discount or fee for this review! Read Less

Wow, I couldn't even make an appointment.  I needed a haircut with color and highlights.  I work during the day and am not able to come in until after work.  I was told that since it could take up to two hours they would need me to come in the morning or in the early afternoon.  They said that since they close at 7pm no one would want to do my hair after 5pm.  I guess I'll look for a salon that will accommodate working people a little better! Whitney has been my therapist for two and one half years (approximately 40 appointments). She maintains the highest professional standards at all times. Whitney has some of the most amazing people skills I have ever seen in any field. It seems to be one of her natural gifts. She could teach a class on bedside manner in medical school. Whitney cares about her clients while maintaining professional boundaries. She makes me feel completely at ease. Whitney has the touch. She can sense what areas need work without me saying anything. Last summer, I doubled up on my running to keep my weight below the limit for my first skydive. My shins started feeling the strain. I did not say a word to her about it. At my next appointment she spent more time on my shins than any other appointment before or since. I do not know how she knew. It still amazes me. Whitney is perfectly willing to listen to me describe what is bothering me. She simply does not seem to need the description. She will also customize her pressure and modalities to what is needed or requested. Whitney follows my lead regarding conversation. If I am not talkative, she works quietly. If I start a conversation, she is delighted to talk. She always respects my privacy, and does not ask me any personal questions unless it is a topic I raise. Whitney is very reliable. In 40 appointments, she only called in sick twice, once when she had the flu and once when she broke her ankle. She notified me several hours (several days in the case of the broken ankle) before my appointment so that I did not drive in. Whitney has a roomy suite in the Venetian Salon. She has decorated it beautifully. Her table is heated and she sets the temperature according to my requests. Whitney plays relaxing music and is willing to work with me to play music I like. I received a cut and full highlight last week by Sherri Barbera at Venetian. It was one of the worst colors I've received. I have sections of blond, orange and spots where she didn't even color. I am now going to have to repay to get my color fixed.  While doing my hair, she told me her background includes 5 years at Sport Clips. If I would have known this, I would have never booked. After just moving to the area I was nervous about finding a hairdresser. I admit, I am picky. I have blonde hair, and us blondes can be the pickiest. I saw Crystal Ortiz. I will be going back. She herself is stylish, so that makes you feel confident when meeting a stylist for the first time. She was super personable and really took the time to consult with me about my hair. My husband surprised me and my sister from out of town and set up manicure and pedicure appointments for us for part of my 50th birthday celebration. After a busy morning, we were looking forward to coming here. The website said the salon treats you to a complimentary glass of wine and it was 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon, so we were looking forward to it. Nothing was offered and everywhere else we went that weekend, I was told "Happy Birthday" by the person who either gave me a massage, lunch, dinner, etc. and made me feel special. This trip was just like a regular trip and they did a great job on the pedicure, but I felt that the manicure area was very cramped and crowded and it was not relaxing at all with families there and everyone hearing everyone else's conversation.
