Scheduled an appointment. Was told that if I cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment I would be charged a fee. I make all the arrangements to be their on time. Now they call me 1 hour before my appointment and they cancel on me stating that, "someone was not feeling well." They offer no other options or solutions other than you'll just have to reschedule. Hands down the best place to go for a fabulous manicure. I think I got the best French style gel manicure I've ever had. My memory is terrible, and I don't want to get her name wrong, but the lovely young lady who worked on my nails was incredibly thorough and precise. Every time I come the service is always professional and personalized. I just had a gel manicure and Be Simple pedicure with Tina. She was great and so sweet. There wasn't a perfect match in color for my gel polish, so she took the extra time to combine colors for a match.  Again, she was amazing and so kind. Simple ahhhh-mazing!!!! The sense of calm and relaxation starts as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was friendly and professional the whole time. Unlike so many of the other nail salons in the area, my manicure and pedicure were completed separately! The menu is extensive and it was difficult to decide what we wanted so we chose the Be Simple with a few upgrades.  The atmosphere is relaxing and the natural products are a pleasant change from your typical nail salon.  We will definitely be regular customers.  My advice is to look at the menu of devices before you come (otherwise, you will be line a kid in a candy store). Price was a bit expensive. But it was a great experience for my first time. I'll still come back. People are very nice. The place is a small two story house. Country feel. I was greeted by my name I guess because I called in before I came right before I came in. I waited a shorty time before my tech came. I had a glass of Chardonnay chilled! The atmosphere is a go green. They do not do acrylic here. It's all natural!!! I got the Be Sweet and they were running a promotion if you get a pedicure over 45$ you get free Be Green mani. Moved to Fulshear about a year ago and have tried 2-3 nail salons around the 1093/1463 area. This one tops them all for about the same $$! What a great, organic experience! This is my favorite place to go.  I have been twice for the seasonal manicure/pedicure package, and once to just shop some of the amazing organic products that they carry.  The staff is very warm and friendly.  The organic products they use feel amazing on your skin and they smell wonderful.  I was very impressed that all three times I have popped in the owner is on site.  I really enjoy pampering myself and this is just the place for that.  There are no TV's, hard to get into massage chairs, strange food smells,  or nails techs chit chatting.   My nails are doing much better since I have started coming here.  They have started to grow and the peeling has stopped. Also I get pedicures every two to three weeks and have done so most of my adult life and I have always had a problem with extremely dry feet. To the point that I have been embarrassed while they nail tech works on my feet; but since I have been coming here my feet are not that dry.  I did purchase this product from them and my feet have never looked so good.I am very excited to have found this place I read the yelp reviews on Well Polished and that is why I decided to give it a try and they were right on point.  It is a slight bit more expensive than your strip center nail shops but I really don't mind paying for a great service and it is well worth it. My go to place for a mani and pedi.  This is not a cheap nail salon in a strip center so people may have sticker shock.  This is more like a high end salon but definitely worth the price.They use lots of organic products (like Eminence for facials) and 'healthier' nail products (Sparitual which I like so much better than OPI).Last pedi that I had was a watermelon basil pedi.  It was incredible!  They make a lot of the scrubs in house. What a little gem did I find and so close to my new home. I loved the ambiance of this place. It's so quaint and pretty and very clean and quiet. I felt like I was in a doll house. The receptionist was very professional and helpful and I loved my manicurist. She was gentle, courteous, friendly, and very professional. Her name is TN, which means Fairy. I was recommended to try the watermelon mani-pedi spa treatment and oh what a delight that was. I can't wait to visit and pamper myself again. They also have a great selection of organic beauty products. T N offered to make me the special lotion blend to bring home so I get to enjoy a little bit of bliss day and night. I've been getting my underarms and eyebrows waxed for years at different places, but I am really impressed with Bailey. I don't know if it's the sugar wax she uses or just her skills, but for whatever reason, the hairs take longer to grow back and seem less, so to speak. I always leave completely satisfied. There are never "leftover" hairs that she overlooked or offhanded comments like "You should get a lip wax", which I can't stand. I think if I had a mustache I would take care of that.Also, she is very sweet and really takes her time with you unlike other places where I feel like they are just in a hurry to get it done. Exactly what I've been searching for! This is a boutique spa with emphasis on natural treatments and true pampering. I brought my mom here and when I called to make the appointment, was delighted to hear they were offering a pumpkin pedicure seasonal special. We were seated in an intimate room in overstuffed armchairs (no Pedicure Row like at the strip malls) and given mugs of warm pumpkin chai. I just love a theme. The girls were so sweet and friendly; my 8 month old accompanied me on my lap and she got to meet everyone, dip her toes in the warm lemon water, sip some chai, and even get a little lotion on her bunny feet! This may be a great place for facials, nails, etc., but it is NOT a place you want to get a "lady" wax.  It took ages, and it was the most painful experience I've ever had!  Do NOT go here if you want a wax.  Stick to what you know, Well Polished!To be fair, though, the lady who waxed me was sweet as pie.  It just seems like she didn't have much experience doing that type of wax.
