I've been coming here for over a year and the ladies here are very nice and do a great job. It's right down the road from me, it's super convenient whenever I need a manicure or pedicure. I only go here to get my eyebrows waxed, it's cheap and they always do a good job on that as well. :) Read Less

Horrible customer service! Wanted to charge me 20 dollars for a basic refill. Claim they don't do acrylic. I asked her where the prices were listed and she claimed they use to have them up but not any more. Since I insisted on a price list and she finally took one out of the drawer and I said well it says $13 here for acrylic nails but she said they no longer do acrylic nails I said OK but it is $15 for solar nails refills and she said but it depends on the nails LOL my nails were only needing a very basic 2 week refill..she was so ridiculous! She said they could change the price depending on their opinion LOL! I asked well how much is a full set she said $24 but yet she wanted to charge me $20 for a refill! Very unprofessional and very rude. Keep your refills honey the only reason I went there is because it was Sunday evening and everywhere else was closed. They would never be my first choice and now they will never be my last choice either! Read Less

I stopped in for a fill my nail shaped was round when I asked how much a fill is she said for you $25 but it clearly says $15 on the menu. So I was like whatever if the job is done well I wouldn't mind paying but the nails weren't even polished correctly there's sides of my nails thy aren't even painted. Anna is amazing. She is attentive, sweet, conscientious and meticulous. I genuinely enjoy her, and I know that when she suggests something, it's because she knows I will enjoy it, not because she's trying to get me to spend more. I was coming to this location several times, and my last visit unfortunately was my last. Van, who used to be very nice to me was actually really rude. She had always been so nice and warm each and every time I got an eyebrow wax and occasionally a mani. But like I said, this last visit was awful. I really left hurt and disappointed with how I was treated. Nails and toes looked wonderful, though, but bad service shines like a sore thumb here. First off, I made an appt, and I still had to wait I think it was about 15 min. I chose my colors, and then some random tech did my pedi, and Van did my mani. Some nice comments I made, were turned off and answered rudely. She even had the audacity to tell me "but every time you come back, you have short nails." Um, what? Who cares, really? I may be the type that still bites my nails (a year later when I am finally making the review--I've quit that habit! Yea) but what gave her the excuse to make such a sad reply. Then as I was getting my pedi and mani dried I saw that they also had OPI polish (a brand I really like!) and I was like "oh, you have OPI? (I did not see it at the front, where all of the other polishes were). Van's response "Oh, next time" Bam strike two. This was so out of character and to be quite honest these salons are so cheap and the employees don't make you feel special like you are there to be pampered.
