I really wanted to like this place, the first and second visit was awesome; however the third and the reason I will never patronize the salon again is this. I was told there were no appointments available until 3:30pm. I'm picky about my nails/lashes and I have always been impressed by the technicians, the choices of color, and atmosphere. It's a beautiful, modern salon that's constantly keeping up with the current nail trends. I change the look on my nails every few weeks and they always have new chromes, designs, and colors to keep up. I’m very picky with my nails and have been very happy with each tech I’ve had. The techs really listen to you and the customer service here is incredible. Just had my nails done and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. These ladies really know their stuff! Their customer service was the best I've ever encountered. This place is really clean, smells wonderful, and has soft, inviting music playing quietly in the background (my past experiences with two different nail salons were the total opposite).They always asked questions and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Their chairs are top quality and they offer extra services like drinks, massages, pillows, neck wraps, etc. Also, their dipping powder technique is really nice and a lot better than shellac. This salon is amazing! I was treated to a warm neck wrap and mimosa as part of my spa pedicure, which was very reasonably priced. A woman sitting next to me got ice cream at the end of her treatment; I can't wait to bring my 7 year old with me the next time. She is going to love it!! Read Less

I finally had the chance to get a manicure and pedicure after many months so you can only imagine how rough my hands and feet looked. As soon as I walked in I was more than welcomed and told about the package deal they are having for a mani and pedi. So much came with the package I got a shoulder massage a leg massage hot wax and hot stones and so much more for such a good price. Mindy did an excellent job and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. Jackie went above and beyond with my pedicure and did a phenomenal job with her massages and making my feet look prettier then ever. I definitely recommend Polished and will be a regular customer.
