I feel like this place nickels and dimes you. I could be wrong of how common this is, but at least everywhere I’ve gone in the past, the cuticle care was included in the basic mani. In order to get my cuticles trimmed I had to upgrade my manicure. No big deal overall, but still I bit eye roll worthy.
Then, I had selected an opi color that was apparently a “longer lasting” polish. They told me it was going to be an additional $6 to apply that color. Again, a bit eye roll worthy, but rather than getting up mid mani/pedi to select new colors, I just paid the money. Which I would be fine with, but I got my nails done on Friday afternoon and they were already chipped on Monday. Keep in mind, I don’t do a lot of work with my hands that would cause them to chip excessively fast. That was just the life span of this super special nail color.
Anyway, they were nice enough, and they did a decent job. I would recommend them if they’re close and convenient, but just be prepared to be nickel and dimed for things that are included elsewhere.

Mike & Kim, the owners, are always so helpful. This place can get kind of busy at some hours but they always make sure you have water or a drink while you're waiting. The staff is so sweet and gave back to victims of Harvey! When I moved I was worried I wouldn't find a nail place I liked but instead I like them more than my old place! I get complimented on my nails all the time. They have a wide color range and pedicures are nice too. Attached some photos of nails from them.

I went to this nail salon for the wonderful reviews. Honestly, you can't trust reviews anymore because this place was a joke. I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and I have never NOT tipped, and I refused to leave a tip given how horrible the service was. Employees were drinking on the job, the guy doing my nails hurt me -- cutting my thumbnail so short the underlying skin was exposed, my nails came out with so much texture it was ridiculous... and on top of it, the menu is misleading, and I paid $96 dollars for a service listed as $76. I could have done my nails ten times better. Honestly, if you have a high standard for your nails, do not go to this place. Just go to Venetian or something.

This place has the best nail technicians i have EVER encountered. Not just saying this either. I live in Firerhorne and have been driving all the way to La Centerra for a mediocre nail job. I decided to try this salon a couple weeks ago and a lady there gave me the best I had ever had and then I went today and met Mike and he blew me away with his artistry. His attention to details is like none other and he is just a great person. This is my place from now on. He showed me some of his other work and I can't wait to try some more creative looks. Thanks again for everything. ❤️

Been coming to Katy from the UK for 10 years and have tried just about every nail salon in the area and rarely satisfied... BUT finally I've found a nail salon that takes pride in their services , doesn't charge the earth and leaves you with perfect nails. Absolutely love my nails done by Mike today. He did exactly what I wanted and took his time! I'll be back for sure and will be recommending this salon to everyone!

I absolutely love this place! We've been coming for almost a year and have received nothing but exemplary customer service. Even though they're busy most times when we arrive, they always have a moment to greet you with a smile and briefly chat as if you were their friend. I'm constantly amazed at the number of people who they call by their first name. Their products last longer too than any other salon I've used in the past and their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. While everyone there is nice, Michael and Kim just seem go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. The salon is very clean and appears to be well maintained. My reviews are based on my personal experience with this salon and I for one am very pleased. Keep up the good work!

Great pedicure and service. I have tried several salons in the area and this is by far the best. The staff was so attentive and kind, the top of the line pedicure included hot stone massage, perafin wax, foot, neck and shoulder massage, oh my!They have wine, mimosas and soft drinks that are complimentary. Absolutely love this place. I've been in between nail salons for months and I finally found a place to settle down in. They have amazing customer service.. It's a family owned business and they are all so sweet and down to earth. They have beautiful unique colors.. A lot of light natural colors.. They have a variety of pretty colors. The prices are nothing compared to the service you receive. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. ❤️

I feel like this place nickels and dimes you. I could be wrong of how common this is, but at least everywhere I’ve gone in the past, the cuticle care was included in the basic mani. I absolutely love this place! We've been coming for almost a year and have received nothing but exemplary customer service. Great pedicure and service. I have tried several salons in the area and this is by far the best. It's a family owned business and they are all so sweet and down to earth. They have beautiful unique colors.. A lot of light natural colors.. They have a variety of pretty colors. The prices are nothing compared to the service you receive. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. ❤️
