Piss poor customer service. Long wait time. Older guy in the front is rude and has no regard for appointments. Everyone is SLOW! Walked in for a pedicure and shellac and left after 2 hours with only the pedicure done. Read Less

Tammy did a good job on my nails. First time here! One nail is kind of shaped weird though. She's nice, & she listens to your wants/needs. I'm not sure if the lady's name who's doing my toes. She did a good job as well. Read Less

There service is horrible. They change their prices Everytime you go, the have very bad attitudes and have the nerve to give you dirty looks if you correct them or call them out on anything. They use the same tools and they don't clean their workspace as they should. I have been double charged twice not only is the service bad the worst or the worst it is  very unclean as well Read Less

I really Love this place!! The ladies and men cosmetologist in there are so sweet. Whenever you come in for a pedicure, you get offered a free soda of your choice. I definitely love how they reorganized the place, it's more spacious and modern than before.The cosmetologist are excellent and professional when doing your nails and spa. Spend your money elsewhere. Did not like the work done here. I got the acrylic French nails. They were way too thick and one was not file right. You could feel it at the tip. Will not be coming back. The ladies do talk a lot to each other and rush you off the chair to get to the next customer. Read Less

I had to give this place two stars because even though the price was great and the color selection was good the end result of my nails was terrible . I told the lady to fix them multiple times and instead of removing the polish and starting over she just layered it on top and now it's to thick and scrunching up. It's so ugly that I have to paint my own nails. Read Less

I LOVE THIS SALON!!! I always go here to get my nails done! They have excellent prices, Excellent work, Free sodas, a massage chair, and a real relaxation! WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN!!!! Please do not go to this place! They lure you in with the free hot towels and stones!! It's a trick. The hot stones were so hot they burned & the hot towel wasn't even wrapped around my leg, they literally put a big towel under hot running water then WIPED the lotion off of my legs.I got the "Solar Nails" for $20. What a rip off. The nail tech cut my finger, (literally saw blood,) wiped it and proceeded to touch the area. She also pushed back my side cuticles way too hard, was very rough, and sassy. When I asked her to shorten the nail length she was so rude. I walked out at the end FUMING, only to realize that my nail was crooked!! I walked back in to speak to the manager, (who was just there) and they tried to lie and say she wasn't there. After five minutes of patiently waiting, she came out of the back room and told me that, "she was sorry and sometimes that happens." That has NEVER HAPPENED in my 10 YEARS of doing my nails. Worse place ever, I will never go back! I brought my step daughter and friend's daughter (6 and 4 years old) there specifically because they had "2" kid chairs. That way the girls would have a great time! Plus I needed my own Mani/Pedi we were there an entire 2.5 hours! I also brought my 8 year old son who brought his iPad for self entertainment. They sat all us girls down and we waited for 15min until someone came to do each of us (ONE AT A TIME) FYI their waiting area is a two seater love seat. So needless to say the kids were walking around, messing with the fish tanks etc and they kept getting onto them I finally had to speak up and say (we wouldn't still be here if we all had gotten our nails done at the same time) I didn't even get my finger nails done they took so long with their slow service!! I could go on and on. My little girls water over flowed in her seat and they looked at us as if it were our fault ...they paid "0" attention to anything! Then literally tried to give me a punch card at the end basically if you come back repeatedly you receive $5 off I told her, "I don't need it I won't be back" they deserve 00000 stars Read Less

Horrible service ... The lady who did pedicure was just going through the motions and wasn't paying attention.. The lady who did my moms feet kept helping other people and showing her dead skin .. The woman doing our manicure was rude and at one point they laughed after we asked for shelaic... The credit card machine was broken and so the lady told me to go next to her husband shop and use the 10.00 ATM charge machine! This place is horrible ... Don't go here! Read Less

I used to go here when they had a gentleman working there he would do an awesome job. After he left I went back 4 times and tried the other ladies, they did a horrible job and had the worst customer service. The saddest part is the owner of this salon has no respect for the customers. I will take my business somewhere else. Will not ever go here again!!!!! Read Less
