Did an okay job. Was very upset they had the 20%off coupon on their website. They lied and said it expired but didn’t have an expiration date. Then she says she called the owner and all of a sudden they take it off the site. We took a screenshot but still wouldn’t honor. My cousins nail was crooked and one came off the same day. Then we asked to get my daughters nails painted only. They did a full kids pedicure without our permission and charged for it. Definitely won’t be returning. Not worth it at all. Read Less

Me and two girlfriends booked pedi's 10 minutes before going and they took us immediately. We had dropped in at another nail salon that had a 2 hour wait and was not near as nice. This salon is so clean, quiet and relaxing. One of my friends also got a mani and i had a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage. I highly recommend this place for pampering. Read Less

I've been to this place a couple of times now. No complaints, technicians are always very pleasant and courteous. Small bottles of water are complementary. This last time I got the dipping powder, which is what I usually get at a different nail salon.  For some odd reason, the layer of dipping powder was getting separated from my actual nail and one of the nails broke off a couple of days later. This is a something that had never happened to me before, so I decided to go back to salon and get them fixed. They fixed my whole right hand at no charge! The male technician that fixed my nails was really good and very fast. He properly filed my nails and left them soaking with acetone in a cotton ball for a little while in order to get rid of the old dipping powder layer. Then, he put on a base coat and 3 layers of the dipping powder; and I was out of there in less than 30 mins. I love the color of my nails and the fact that they fixed them right away!The only downside I came across was the price. I frequently go to a different salon and usually get charged $35 for this service and this includes the cuticle trimming. Here at LG Nails and Spa, the dipping powder is $40 plus $5.00 more for the trimming of cuticles, coming out to be $10.00 more than at my regular place. I really wanted to like this salon unfortunately I will not be going back. I went in on a Wednesday when they opened at 9:30 to ensure they were not busy. I was the only one in the salon for awhile. I went to get the dip powder done on my nails. I often get this done to my nails because I know it is better for them and lasts me Minimum 2 weeks. On Friday two nails broke and on Saturday morning the third. I am giving them two stars because I did go in Saturday when the third o...ne broke and they repaired all three for free, however I knew at that point it was only a matter of time for the other 7. Fast forward to Monday and a fourth nail has now broken. I spent a little over an hour there the first time getting them done and 40 minutes the second getting repairs. I can't go back a third time and honestly I shouldn't have to especially only 5 days from when I first had them done. I'm sorry I never write reviews but I know like me a lot of people do this and it's a luxury thing that you budget for every three ish weeks and now I'm going to have to go either with broken nails or go get them done again somewhere else. I am a frequent customer, I usually always use Tim. I got them done Friday, today is Tuesday & the acrylic is peeling up around the edges all the way around the nail. I called & they told me to come back in & they'll re-do, when I explained I can't take off work just to go get my nails re-done, they told me well even if it is in August, to come in & they'll re-do; refused to give a refund after I spent $47 on a crappy job. During my whole service the lady doing my pedicure was making ugly faces, got upset because I said I will pay once my sister is done with her nails. And to top it off both toe nails are shaped different, as well as my sisters nails. So unprofessional won't be returning! Read Less

I have gone here twice.  The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very clean and nice.  My issue is that the shellac is watered down or something.   The first time it seemed like she put on three coats and it just didn't seem to cover properly.  The second time the shellac didn't even last a day.   There is something fishy about that being as there are other people on here making the same comments.   Either it's the brand of shellac they are using or they are adding something to it to make it last longer.  I don't think I'll be going back, there are too many other good nail salons in Katy. Bad service when on Saturday around 1 with my friend and daughter. They did my friend nail bad and I waited 45 min for my turn wild this couple got there with 10 min seating down got to go next and skip me and another lady, no the couple didn't have an appointment. New nail salon with great customer service. They took their time with my mani/pedi which I loved. However, the shellac on my nails is already chipping after just a week. They also helped color match shellac and regular polish for me. They didn't have the exact color that I wanted, but they suggested a similar color that they had in both. Read Less

I went in Saturday and my nails were horrible I got there at 530 and was there until 715 seemed like they were very nice but the work the nail technician did was horrible. I asked for a full set with shellac on top (bubble bath color) he only did two coats I asked if he was going to do the third he said no two is fine I showed him all the streaks it was leaving and that's when he finally agreed to do three still leaving a horrible job left like he was rushing to leave I did ask what time they closed he said 7pm which meant he had plenty of time.
