Absolutely HORRIBLE do NOT go there. I went to get my nails done showed the guy the picture of what I wanted and after TWO tries and showing him a YouTube video on how they are done I walked out super upset! My nails are lumpy, bumpy, crooked and I even was cut! He tried once with the powder and I had to dip my nails in acetone for 10 minutes he removed the material and tried again after I showed him a tutorial video and my nails were just HORRIBLE! I’m sure he had no clue what he was doing, didnt wear gloves not even a towel on the desk. I’m so upset! DO NOT go here ladies TRUST me you’ll regret it! I have to go get them fixed at another place tomorrow... I have material stuck to my skin and you can even see my actual nail through holes on the sides. WORST place EVER!!!!

I hate that I even have to give one star. Okay. Bare with me...... usually I go to my same place but I live in the energy corridor and my sons school is in katy. Since I didn't want to have to go back...
I hate that I even have to give one star. Okay. Bare with me...... usually I go to my same place but I live in the energy corridor and my sons school is in katy. Since I didn't want to have to go back in town and come back for his pickup, I said what they hey. Let me try this place. Especially since I was going to that target! It wouldn't be bad to find a place in katy. Well. First of all. Not one of them has a first gradeLevel understanding of English. Their staff is extremely limited as well as what the can offer. And I'm not even looking for fancy nails with designs. His shaping is ALL wrong and he's lazy. On top of that. You have to smell him smelling like smoke the entire time. I wanted to throw up. And it gave me a headache. HE CUT THREE OF MY FINGERS WITH THE DRILL. THERE IS SKIN THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After the second time. I say something and He says it's because I'm moving...... moving my mouth to talk hasn't been an issue anywhere else. And I've actually rocked my baby to sleep while doing my nails and they never cut me with the drill. Three times is ridiculous. Took exactly two days for them to stop burning. It's a week later and I'll post a picture. You can still see it.....Second major problem!!!!!I came with a cracked nail. Told him it was broken and needed to be fixed. He super glued it and placed the acrylic on. It broke the SAME day!!!!!!3. He did not file the nails. I had really pretty nails that ended up being thick uneven nails. Looked like a studentDid it!!!! The place is old and run down. So are the dinghy dirty towelsAnd then he has an attitude when I go back to get it fixed. Why should I have to pay someone else to fix your problem.

Horrible service, very rude. Looks like they don't clean the place at all. I walked in and walked out, worried of getting an infection and didn't want to give my money to people who were so rude.

OMG this place is like heaven! Now they lowered their prices too 😄😃! Tina and Viet are my favorites! Tina is kind while Viet is very hardworking and get the job done smoothly! 🙂

OMG this place is like heaven! Now they lowered their prices too 😄😃! Tina and Viet are my favorites! Tina is kind while Viet is very hardworking and get the job done smoothly! 🙂

Really upset! They do not know how to do SNS Dip Nails!! They put it on in my nails incorrectly (by mixing the gel and powder and then painting it on the nails) and then put a shellac clear coat on , but really the most upsetting part is that when it came time to get them removed, it took another salon an entire HOUR to get it off!!!

I was sick in bed, so I was not even doing any house work and the nails started to fell apart!!...he did the worst job ever and pricey..I don't recommend this place at all.

I've actually been here a few times. They are really nice and attentive. After years I go back and again very nice. I don't think I should have to tell you when there is cuticle to cut because if I see it you should see it. She ask if I wanted the deluxe(which I really didn't have time for) it was Saturday she would do for $40. I think regularly it is $55. So I took it. Another one of her customer came in. She started on him them came back to polish my nails. It was horrible. Came out of there paying $70 for pedal and shellac mani. Way overpriced. My regular place I go is $42 for both and I get shellac on my nails and toes. I don't have to tell them anything they know what to do. Dont think i will be going back there. And i wondered why it was completely empty on a Saturday. Guess that's why. Sometimes you don't always get what you pay for!!!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I had a pedi and solar refill. The refill was so bad that it started lifting and breaking the following day. First this guy badmouthed how my nails currently looked, saying they were too thick and didn't look natural (they looked absolutely fine), then proceeded to leave me with acrylic right up against my cuticles, and even overlapping them in some places! That's why they lifted so quickly, because he didn't smooth them down, instead leaving them thick and right up against the cuticle. It's now been 5 days, I've lost 3 of the nails, and every other one is chipping and lifting.
Will NEVER go back here. My regular spot is both better AND cheaper.

I don't know why this place has 2.5 stars. This must be the friendliest place out of a bunch of nail salons I've been to. No one is pushy about selling stuff but they do nicely ask and tell you about ...
I don't know why this place has 2.5 stars. This must be the friendliest place out of a bunch of nail salons I've been to. No one is pushy about selling stuff but they do nicely ask and tell you about the other services they have. I love the way they did my pedicure and the pedicurist would always politely ask if I was uncomfortable or not. I also had great leg & foot massage and almost fell asleep! I asked for an eyebrow wax too and it was nicely done by Tina. In response to some past reviews, credit card tipping is now available.

Sigh... I love getting my nails done, mani, pedi, the works. Decided to give this place a try after seeing it while shopping at Target. Price was ok, not terrible, but I was seriously irritated after being told that I could NOT tip on my credit card, only cash was acceptable. Really? So after paying & having to dash to an ATM to withdrawal (so I wouldn't look awful), not a thank you was given after I went back in to tip. Come on! Just accept that you have to pay taxes on tips like many other professionals do. Telling a client that you don't accept tips on credit cards is crazy rude & guarantees that some won't be returning (like myself).

This place is ok. I wasn't impressed with the things they offer. I myself like hot stones and parrifin wax and I believe they told me they didn't offer that in a deluxe pedi. So your paying alot for I guess scrubbing and rubbing but no stones or wax if you get a deluxe pedi. The place was packed and I sat there with no one helping me for awhile. My nails once done however looks nice but when you charge people alot I think you should offer the best.

DO NOT COME HERE. You will get ripped off. The owner offered to increase my massage time to an additional 30 mins for extra money. I agreed and the massage was going fine and dandy. Sadly, those poor ladies could not read time. They cut my massage short at just 15 mins! WTF? I told them that I still had an additional 15 minutes and they said that they already massaged me 15 mins and what I paid for was an additional 15 mins, which equals thirty mins. I argued that the price I paid for was not worth just another 15 mins and they owner said, "Oh well, you want more, you pay for it." In my mind I was like, "I f***ing did." My pedi was completed and I went home mad as ever. Never coming back here...and you shouldn't either.

After a stressful week I went in here to have a relaxing manicure and pedicure. I couldn't have been more wrong. During the manicure they put the warming mitts on my hands, I didn't notice but there was a loose wire and I ended up getting an electric shock - it left a red mark on my arm! The current went all the way to the water in the foot basin , the lady doing my feet was shocked also. She just nervously laughed and called the owner over they chatted and asked if I was ok, I wasn't and told them, they didn't even seem bothered. To add insult to injury the owner asked what the mark was on my leg ( it was a spider bite very red and sore) she offered to rub it with alcohol to make it better!!!!! I declined and she seemed quite insulted I doubted her medical opinion!I couldn't believe they actually charged me for this terrible service, but at the time I was just glad to get out , and never to go back.

I went to get my nails done showed the guy the picture of what I wanted and after TWO tries and showing him a YouTube video on how they are done I walked out super upset! Really upset! They do not know how to do SNS Dip Nails!! They put it on in my nails incorrectly (by mixing the gel and powder and then painting it on the nails) and then put a shellac clear coat on , but really the most upsetting part is that when it came time to get them removed, it took another salon an entire HOUR to get it off!!!

No one is pushy about selling stuff but they do nicely ask and tell you about the other services they have. I love the way they did my pedicure and the pedicurist would always politely ask if I was uncomfortable or not. I also had great leg & foot massage and almost fell asleep! Sigh... I love getting my nails done, mani, pedi, the works. Decided to give this place a try after seeing it while shopping at Target. Price was ok, not terrible, but I was seriously irritated after being told that I could NOT tip on my credit card, only cash was acceptable. Really? So after paying & having to dash to an ATM to withdrawal (so I wouldn't look awful), not a thank you was given after I went back in to tip. Come on! Just accept that you have to pay taxes on tips like many other professionals do. Telling a client that you don't accept tips on credit cards is crazy rude & guarantees that some won't be returning (like myself).

This place is ok. I wasn't impressed with the things they offer. I myself like hot stones and parrifin wax and I believe they told me they didn't offer that in a deluxe pedi. So your paying alot for I guess scrubbing and rubbing but no stones or wax if you get a deluxe pedi. The place was packed and I sat there with no one helping me for awhile. My nails once done however looks nice but when you charge people alot I think you should offer the best.

DO NOT COME HERE. You will get ripped off. The owner offered to increase my massage time to an additional 30 mins for extra money. I agreed and the massage was going fine and dandy. Sadly, those poor ladies could not read time. They cut my massage short at just 15 mins! WTF? I told them that I still had an additional 15 minutes and they said that they already massaged me 15 mins and what I paid for was an additional 15 mins, which equals thirty mins. I argued that the price I paid for was not worth just another 15 mins and they owner said, "Oh well, you want more, you pay for it." In my mind I was like, "I f***ing did." My pedi was completed and I went home mad as ever. Never coming back here...and you shouldn't either.

After a stressful week I went in here to have a relaxing manicure and pedicure. I couldn't have been more wrong. During the manicure they put the warming mitts on my hands, I didn't notice but there was a loose wire and I ended up getting an electric shock - it left a red mark on my arm! The current went all the way to the water in the foot basin , the lady doing my feet was shocked also. She just nervously laughed and called the owner over they chatted and asked if I was ok, I wasn't and told them, they didn't even seem bothered. To add insult to injury the owner asked what the mark was on my leg ( it was a spider bite very red and sore) she offered to rub it with alcohol to make it better!!!!! I declined and she seemed quite insulted I doubted her medical opinion!I couldn't believe they actually charged me for this terrible service, but at the time I was just glad to get out , and never to go back.
