Came here for a full set. They started coming off 3 days later. I went back, they re-did the ones coming up. No less then a week later they were all popping off. Cheap materials and bad service.

Went in for a plain mani pedi with no massage, exfoliant or other additions or products. Even already had my finger nails filed. They charged me $40! Should have been $30. The young man who did them did a good job on my fingernails but my toenails don't look that great because he didn't shape them very well. They look like squares and a few of them are actually diagonal at the tip. It's a nice place but the employees don't smile hardly at all and it's just not a great feeling.

I found A&M back on last October when I was in need of a close to home, relaxing with positive atmosphere spa. This place was fairly new and I got my nails done (acrylic over my own) during my 1st visit. I was treated very nicely, everyone was so attentive and offered me drinks. My nails were beyond gorgeous and I didn't have to over pay for anything. They even gave me a card where after 10 visits I get a free deluxe pedicure! I have visited about 6 times since October including yesterday and I have the best experience every time. I come out relaxed, confident and glamorous!

I've been there a couple of times (with my 6&7yr old daughters too) and their service is great, to say that I take more time picking what color I want than them doing their work! The place is clean and relaxing. As you walk in there's someone coming to the front or already at the front to help.

Terrible. We made an appt for 3 people & weren't able to do them all at the same time EVEN THO we booked the appt HOURS in advance! Then I said I wanted a full set but wasn't able to bc I said mani pedi & not "full set". The bigger guy at the front was rude, snippy, & clearly did not want to be there! I'm 7 months pregnant & just wanted to relax! I'm more stressed now than before. Screw this place!!!

I had a terrible experience here. Tech who did my refill was rough and sloppy. She hurt me several times, jerked my hands around, made me bleed and my nails are too thick and very oddly shaped. Pedicure guy was pleasant and gentle, but did hardly any scrubbing. I won't go back!

Went in for a plain mani pedi with no massage, exfoliant or other additions or products. Even already had my finger nails filed. They charged me $40! Should have been $30. The young man who did them did a good job on my fingernails but my toenails don't look that great because he didn't shape them very well. They look like squares and a few of them are actually diagonal at the tip. It's a nice place but the employees don't smile hardly at all and it's just not a great feeling.

I found A&M back on last October when I was in need of a close to home, relaxing with positive atmosphere spa. This place was fairly new and I got my nails done (acrylic over my own) during my 1st visit. I was treated very nicely, everyone was so attentive and offered me drinks. My nails were beyond gorgeous and I didn't have to over pay for anything. They even gave me a card where after 10 visits I get a free deluxe pedicure! Terrible. We made an appt for 3 people & weren't able to do them all at the same time EVEN THO we booked the appt HOURS in advance! Then I said I wanted a full set but wasn't able to bc I said mani pedi & not "full set". The bigger guy at the front was rude, snippy, & clearly did not want to be there! I had a terrible experience here. Tech who did my refill was rough and sloppy. She hurt me several times, jerked my hands around, made me bleed and my nails are too thick and very oddly shaped. Pedicure guy was pleasant and gentle, but did hardly any scrubbing. I won't go back!
