I have found this spa to be excellent in all they have done for me. Where others leave my dipped nails messy, I always leave with mine in top shape. I loved it..until NOW.I went during my lunch time at 11am, and there is one lady I believe her name is Amy? She has always done my nails there since day one, did a great job, and today she was not there. I was assigned to a new guy, he was SLOW, and my nails did not come out good, all he wanted to do was chit chat. He kept complaining his hand was hurting from buffering my nails, I believe if you are a professional you should not let your customer know that. Read Less

Very nice staff and they have ongoing promotions. I always enjoy my pedicures here. They only thing is when they get a lot of customers they get really backed up because there are only three women working at a time. I usually go on non-peak times to avoid this. Read Less

There is a lady called Lisa who's alway in a hurry and makes your nails bleed all the time. I tell her my nail buds are delicate, don't pick on them so hard and she never listens. Have always gone home with one or two bleeding nails. Have given it at least 3-4 tries, not returning. Read Less

Not a place I would ever go to again. Pedi was painful (still bleeding from it) and poorly done. Felt like it was her first time doing one. Fill was rushed, gel polish was poorly applied and top coat (only 1) did not fully cover. When I asked for a second coat and pointed out where it did not cover she argued with me and refused. These ladies were super nice. However there are only three of them. When I walked in there was a lady free to start on my nails. I requested a manicure and pedicure. She gets started and then a lady comes to do my toes. They were both doing everything great. The lady doing my nails was very careful to not hurt me, if anyone knows how getting powder is, you've gotta get the old ones taken off and some places burn you with the tool! Well, all of the sudden a few more customers came in and then I guess they began to feel rushed. The lady started rushing on my toes and started cutting the nails really fast. She began to cut on an ingrown nail which began to cause some discomfort (which I was expecting) once I confirmed it hurt but it was OK she stopped and left it half cut which is very painful now and it wasn't before. She didn't cut my toenails completely and left long ends on my smaller toes where they're digging into my skin. The customer sitting beside me, she got a long foot scrub. My scrub lasted less than a few minutes per foot. They began rushing big time. Then the lady doing my nails began filing my nails really fast and kept swiping my skin which caused extreme dry spots. After she shaped them, I noticed all of them were crooked sideways. I did a short coffin. I told her and she claimed her eyes were crooked. I asked her to fix it, she tried but they're still crooked. She had left me for a while to go work on a new customer then came back to finish my other hand. I don't like that. The lady who was going 100mph on my toes finished and walked away and I look down and all of my toenails are crooked shaped. I'm including a picture. Then after they dry, she comes up and says $70! I was very upset to pay $70 for this. I will not be returning because I paid $70 to have to sit and be rushed. I really should I said something but I hate to be that person. My mother and I purchased a Groupon for gel manis and regular pedicures. Although we did not purchase a deluxe pedicure, they did not skimp on the massage/treatment. They did an amazing job and our nails look beautiful! This will be my regular place and well worth the 20 minute drive! Read Less

Very impressed by Salon. Friendly employees and great job on Shellac manicure.  I had been wanting to try this place by my office for a while but finally bit the bullet when they had a Groupon for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. THEY ARE NOT HONORING THEIR GROUPON DEAL!!  My Groupon is not expired or anything.  I just bought it 2 days ago. They are saying that Groupon sold too many.  They actually asked me to pay for the manj/pedi again out of my pocket and then try to get a refund from Groupon. So, no mani/pedi for me and I will NEVER return. I was already on the fence with this place. I had been once before and the shop was completely empty except for the workers and a small child who was playing a video on her iPad at FULL blast. Although the shop is newly built, the inside feels old and worn already. Do not go to this place.Making an appointment was NEVER mentioned. The whole place was EMPTY. This place is cheap for a reason. The nail techs are not experienced. The simple things they are awful at. They don't know how to polish. Then they had the nerves to write themselves a tip for 24.00. If you want to be stolen from, bad polish jobs,bad service. Then US Nail Spa is the place to go. Read Less
