They do pink and white well. I went to get a glow in the dark set and the powder came out streaky. I than asked for pink gel since it looked so bad and the gel must have been old because it was also streaky. That or the lady couldn't paint well. I enjoy the pedicures. I have tried all nail techs and they all suck. I only kept going back for convenience but not any more , I'm done. Prices are way to high not to mention pedicures are overpriced. $25 cheapest pedicure doesn't even include callus remover. However Tom is the best person to do pedicures every one else suck.. Also nails crack in the middle causing pain Nails were not filled correctly so I was tearing holes in my clothes, pulling out my hair when I would run my fingers through my hair. My hair would be stuck in the nails.. One thing for sure lady in first chair could careless. Not a good spot.. i caution any one using this plas even if they are the last resort... dont go!!!! Nails were painted unevenly then when i brought it ro the older lady attention she acted as if she did not understand. The guy that works there is pretty decent but he is rhe only was i saw thus far. I JUST GOT ASSAULTED AT A NAIL SALON. I seriously have never been so disrespected in my life. I go in to get my nails done from this nail salon in Irving, I wanted to try dip powder because I've never tried it before so I asked the guy questions about it. I can tell he's getting more and more pissed with every time I open my mouth so I keep quiet. He starts mumbling under his breathe about me and I ask to speak to the manager. The manager isn't there but the only person in the salon that knows English approaches me finally (she was texting the whole time, but for sure knew what was going on) and just answers the questions I had for the rude guy. The rude guy gets even more pissed and starts squeezing my thumb. I try to pull away and tell him he's hurting me but he just scoffs and doesn't let me pull my hand away. Finally, I break free and he just gets out of his chair and leaves all the while continuing to talk shit about me loudly to everyone in the salon. No one says a word. Some workers made eye contact with me and were shaking their heads at the rude guy but nothing was done. I would have gotten up right then but the lady doing my pedicure was so sweet and didn't even know how to respond to the situation. ***DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON**I have been coming to this place for a few years, and they've never done a bad job. Until recently I went and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a nail salon (and trust me, I've been to a few bad ones) Upon arrival, the lady at the desk told me the wait would be 15 minutes, which I agreed to wait. 15 minutes go by, then 30, then an hour. I really needed my nails done, so I didn't complain and just waited there for an hour even though the lady said it would be a shorter wait time. Finally I sit down and the person doing my nails puts my nails in acetone for them to sit because I had on acrylics. As this is happening, she then starts doing someone else's nails, while I am sitting my nails in straight acetone. I wasn't sure what was going on, but I'm not one to complain, so I didn't say anything. At this point my nails have been sitting in acetone for 10 minutes, which is extremely bad for anyone's nails to sit that long. When I take them out because I can't stand it for any longer and I don't want my nails to be ruined, the lady says "don't take them out!!!" She then continues to work on another customers nails. At this point I am so fed up, and I almost walk out of the store, but then another employee comes and starts working on my nails. FINALLY after an hour and a half of waiting, the lady starts buffing my nails. She starts buffing my nails which the electric one, and it is incredibly painful because my nails had been in acetone for so long and they were very brittle. I can honestly say that they completely ruined my nails and I am very upset. I had been coming to this place on and off for awhile, and I had never been treated so unprofessionally. Avoid this place like the plague.  Nobody makes any effort to speak English, they did my daughter-in-laws nails and it was a disaster.  Instead of making her nails into oval shape, the operator squared them off and left bubbles in the acrylic.  She went back to get them fixed (supposedly at no cost), and the operator that "fixed them" just filed the sides, applied a coat of polish to one nail, turned off her light to signify that she was finished.  I will never, ever go back.  I have no issue with people for whom English is a second language, but good grief, at least learn how to say "Thank you." I would only go to Chi. She is very good. The lady owner I don't like very much she won't do what you ask and has something to say if you correct her. Quiet busy on the times that I have been on the weekends so I'm surprised they don't have maybe reviews here. This has been my nail salon for several years. I've never had any issues, none ...not a one. NEW!!! 2015 Labor Day, they've updated all their equipment, massage chairs and nail stations.It's a busy nail salon, if all chairs are taken you'll have to wait 30mins -1hr.  There's only five manicure and pedicure stations. I like the personal attention I receive when I'm there.  Tom's my guy, he takes care of you.You can make an appt. to save on wait time. Read Less
