Every time I decide to have a girls day with my sister, either my nails or her nails turn out horrible. NOT THE CASE HERE! They are Amazing! I was lucky enough to have Danny as my nail tech. My sister who had Steven(his son). Family owned company ran right! They were very nice and professional! I have had some bad experiences with my nails. I have to say I have never liked my nails as much as I do now. I always get the dip (nexgen). My sister requested gel nails, Deadpool style, lol. Both turned out better than expected. I’m super conflicted with this place. While she did a decent job, it’s not exactly what I asked for. She kept trying to tell me I needed dip powder after I have told her several times I just want gel. I told her short coffin, she made them long. One hand looks great while the other is thick and the shape is not impressive. I got a full set with gel polish and my 10 year old a manicure. I was charged $90 total. I think that’s pretty pricey. I decided to try this place out looking for my next go to nail salon and I was fortunate enough to have Danny, whom is the owner/manger, do my nails. He greeted me immediately, checking in on me as I waited, and has been by far the best nail tech I’ve ever gone to. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. He is down to earth and easy to talk to. I love how quick he was at doing my nails and how great they looked afterwards. I definitely recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

This place is worth every penny! It's never too busy, comfortable atmosphere, relaxed and not crazy like many other places. I've had many different nail techs. Great family owned business!  I made a great decision walking into this salon on New Years Eve, 2007.  I've been a customer ever since.  So that says it best.  The pedicures are super relaxing.  Recently switched to dipping powder, for my nails, and love how natural they look.  Danny and Steven are the best! This is a great nail salon! Danny whom is the owner, is awesome! I’ve been a few times now and I was a little skeptical at first due to the first time I tried the dip powder, the color wasn’t what I wanted. Danny took the time to take it off and redo it, I appreciate the customer service and friendly atmosphere here. I will make this my regular shop and would highly recommend. My friend and I were in town for a girls' trip. We visited the salon upon my friend's recommendation... and we were not disappointed! Stephen took amazing care of us and explained various nail techniques and pedicures.  I was totally satisfied with organic powder nail dip. I've been having a hard time finding a good nail place in Irving & decided to give this a try. This place is really clean, fancy and employees seem really friendly when you arrive. However, I wasn't impressed with my gel manicure or pedicure. I typically do french manicures and the lines seem very uneven & the filing wasn't well either. My pedicure was pretty quick & not what I was expecting. I mean for the high prices they charge I've been elsewhere where they have done a much better job than this. Also, they have this weird guy at the front helping who seems clueless. Didn't know how much to charge me because he seems to play around too much. Not sure why their name is Organic Nails when there's nothing Organic to me here. Its the same nail products that any other nail salons carries. Not impressed with this place. Read Less

Two days after getting my nails done they came off in my sleep! Now I get my nails done all the time so I know they are suppose to stay intact for a couple of weeks..This place is expensive compared to the other places so I assumed great service but was disappointed..the pedicure lasted for exactly 12 mins..33$ for 12 mins,ru kidding me?!? My friend was in here earlier today, and for some reason the staff member she got must've been out of her damn mind, because not only did she completely mess up my friends nails to where we had to go somewhere else and spend $50 extra dollars to get those jank looking stumps taken off of her fingers and new nails put on. This lady continuously rolled her eyes at my friend when she asked for longer nails, she told my friend "once I cut them, you're keeping them where they're a...t and I'm not going to recut them." Uh, excuse me? When we are paying YOU to do YOUR damn job, and we are being POLITE, maybe you should give a damn smile and be fucking considerate! My friend was nice, and patient, all while this woman cut her nails into crooked little stumpy looking pieces of shit. While all the other staff members were taking time on their clients, this lady rushed through my friends nails, and had a shitty attitude the whole time. I went there for about two years and always liked it then one day I had to have a nail fixed went in and got it fixed and was told don't worry this is not going to cost anything I just want to do it for you no I thought what a smart marketing idea that was, but I gave her a five dollar tip anyway. Come to find out she wasn't happy with that at all and when I went back in to have my nails done I got a horrible job. Went home could not live with the color which wasn't what I ha...d picked out, went back in five days and said I have to have this color redone Please. Well this didn't make her happy at all and she again could not find the color I wanted and so another girl went over picked up this color and said this is it. The prepping of my nails to get them redone was harsh she cut my cuticles was rude and so I said to myself, let it get done and so she said $18 and I gave her a five dollar tip which she was so surprised and happy, so I smiled and walked out and said goodbye. with all the shops in this town no one needs to be treated diss respect full and have their nails literally cut and bleeding. I'm just sorry it ended up this way, because until these last two incidents I had been very happy with the shop. But it seems it comes down to money money money that makes them happy happy happy. I love this Nail Salon! They were patient with me my first visit a couple weeks ago when I wasn't sure what kind of manicure I was wanting (I haven't had my nails done in years). Danny did my nails and he was so nice. I came back earlier today (05/15) to get my nails redone and this time they did the organic dipping powder instead of the acrylic and I absolutely love the dipping powder!! Christy prepped my nails (very nice lady) & her son Steven finished them off so beautfully. Steven and I carried on a conversation the whole time and it made this experience so much more enjoyable. I came here because my usual nail salon was closed. I was nervous I wouldn't get great treatment because I wasn't really made up and in the Las Colinas area - I was happily proved wrong!Even though they got busy, everyone there worked as a team to make sure I was taken care of and pampered. Danny did my power dip nails and did a WONDERFUL job! I will always use him for my manicures going forward! The pedicure was great too. Everything this place uses smells heavenly and leaves my skin feeling soothed. They are SUPER clean here which is also important to me. If you want to be pampered - come here! Read Less
