Really friendly people and great service. The aloe pedicure is the best. Fresh aloe from the plant and other fresh fruits and scrub. Staff is great. horrible job. hasnt even been two weeks and my solar nails are falling out like theyve been on for 4-5 weeks. she rushed through them, and even when i asked her to clean up the underside and file to actually make it look like a coffin nail shape she didnt do it. ridiculous. there was one other person getting their nails done by someone else so im not sure what the rush was. the other lady did a great job on my toes though. very thorough job. if i have to be coming back to get my nails done after a week (cause lets face it they do that on purpose so you keep coming), im not going to come to you ill go to someone else and give them business! :) Read Less

Do NOT get your nails done with Tom. He was very rude and Everyone there was very nice to me. Tom asked me if I wanted a full set, which I did. Never let me have the chance to tell him I wanted it on my natural nail. I had a old set on and he clipped them off to where all my growth was gone. Instead of soaking them he picked them off which hurt extremely bad to where I started sweating. I told him it hurt and he just said well soaking them would take too long. Then he began to buff my nails with the drill. He was going to fast and hard that he kept nicking my cuticle skin. I told him to slow down and be careful because I don't want to get an infection. When he had my color on and was shaping it I told him narrow almost coffin shape so they won't look like duck feet as they grow out. He didn't even try to make them correctly. The color isn't even filled all the way they have room near my cuticles. Also they are very thick. When cleaning them up they usually use the cone shaped drill bit to clean up under the nail. He didn't use it, he used the normal cylinder bit. It hurt really bad and scared me and when I told him, he told me to be quiet and watch the tv. This tore up my finger tips and the natural nail underneath is all f-Ed up so now when they grow out my natural nails will be ugly and thinner. I have been getting my nails done forever and this was literally the worst experience I have ever had. On top of that my friend had the same thing done to her nails by another lady and hers came out great! She paid only $35 for hers and mine cost me $50. I'm almost sure Tom screwed me over because he was pissed that I knew when he was doing the job wrong. I have experience doing nails like this seeing as I've done my own and read up on all the proper ways this should be done. Oh and not to mention the clear coat they stick on top he didn't get the nail edges and had to tell him to fix it as well and he rolled his eyes at me and half assed it.I won't be coming back because I've never been treated this way and it's not cheap to treat yourself and have such a bad experience. I have been going to Lush to see Sabrena over a year now.  She is quick and always makes my nails look amazing.  I get countless compliments on her designs and work.  My nails stay looking great until my next appointment.  I could go more than 3-4 weeks but nails do grow. I will never come to this place again! I was looking at nail polish for my nails and KK's husband just comes and take them from me for another customer to see them! I just got them and didn't have them for a long period of time, and now this lady is taking forever choosing a color when I was here first! Lost a customer for good, poor customer service. Went to go get a pedicure when the guy was doing my feet he thought he was filling extra skin on my foot it was my skin on my foot. Causing me to have a cut and bleed. He appoligized put a bandaid on me. Thought he could do a better job. Never again will I go back again. Read Less

Today was my first time coming to KK Nails and I am in love! I felt so at home walking in and being greeted! A lovely customer who was getting her nails done was telling me how KIM does an amazing job! And I believe it! I was sent over by 2 of my amazing coworkers who gets there beautiful nails done by KIM and they come out so fabulous looking I had to check it out myself! Even though it's located far across town from where I am but it's worth the drive to keep coming back for sure! KIM is fast and knows what she is doing! I walk up no one is there...some lady comes from behind me that I didn't even see outside w/ earphones on (guessing she was sitting in her car) to begrudgingly ask what she can do for me. I sit down and the ladies that are doing my nails are not talkative what so ever to the point when i talk to them i barely can get a response. Then we have the lady who comes in and starts getting on to all the nail techs about something in front of customers. Completely rude and unprofessional, but then there's a double dose because another lady comes in minutes later to also start getting on to the nail techs about things. Oh wait then along with these ladies you have some guy walking around in a loud voice talking on the phone caring on about personal business like nothing. Been coming here for almost 2 years now since I moved to Texas. Kimmi always does my nails and never disappoints. I always get tons of compliments on my nails every time I get them done. I also get my pedicures done and I am very satisfied all around. I highly recommend this place for all your nail needs! They have a ton of options for pedicures which is awesome for different price points. I feel like you get a lot for even the basic pedicure! They do a lot of different styles for nails: solar, acrylic, gel, coffin, stiletto, ombré, and designs. Tons of variety of color/glitters too which is awesome bc I do a different color every time. My pedi was over in 15 minutes... the girl didn't even rub the lotion in on my feet, and left Polish on my actual toes... I had to tell her twice to take it off. Worst pedi I've ever gotten.... Best nail salon I have ever been too! Nail shape, color and length request were met and exceeded. Kimmy was great, she suggested the dip nails and I loved them! The employees were friendly but I got a manicure with gel nail polish which is suppose to last extra, it did not. I got my nails done Sunday by Thursday they had chipped. Then I went in on Friday to get them fixed and they did, but by Sunday they had chipped again. Read Less

First customer! I got the aloe vera which was the pedicure of the month which was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend it for achy feet. They use all natural ingredients (like soaking your feet in cucumbers and rubbing your feet and legs with oranges!) Tony did a great job and was very sweet and made sure I was very comfortable.
