They charged me 30 dollars for a fill (most I've ever been charged for a fill at other places is 20) the board said 15.50. I was highly confused. They claimed it was because I "changed my shape" but I didn't. Plus I've never been to a place that charges for a change of shape. Customer service was poor and won't be going back. Didn't even buff my nails once they were done filing. I've been getting my nails done for 3+ years and have never felt the need to write a negative review until now. I went in to get a standard gel fill, and she RIPPED off my previous color, completely tearing all my nails. She didn't even use a base coat for the new gel color, damaging them even more. They chipped 1 day later. It's safe to say that their short cuts affected the quality of work. Not happy. Stay away if you use gel nails! Read Less

Okay! I did like this place. The first time they did my nails they were nice. The second time the lady Tran did my nails great. The third time Trang let one of her regular customers go in front of me so I just left. The fourth time took the cake! I went in for a fill in of regular nails short with toe polish and she tried to charge me $38!? Trang was throwing random numbers so fast she was getting confused herself and frustrated. I would've paid more for a fill and toe polish⋯⋯ than my last full set.After she took my nail polish off I asked her how much that was. She said 5. I paid the $5 and got up to wait on my best friend. Then the lady started getting smart. Asking me you didn't bring enough money and you can just get your nails done and not you toe nails. I never once got smart with her because I refuse to allow someone to bring me out of place. I politely told her after she said you knew you were coming to get your nails done why didn't you bring enough money. I just politely told her ma'am I'm not going to argue with you. I visited lovely nails today and got a full set coffin shaped with gel done by angel. I am very happy with this set she was very meticulous while doing them. Price wise I would say that it's average. I paid 50$ today. Read Less

I drove by one day and saw on the window that a fill was 11.99. Of course when I came in several weeks later, the price went up to  $16. I came in on my hour lunch break and the guy took forever. I ended up being late back to work. A fill should only take 30-40 minutes not over an hour. When I went to pay, he said it was  $27. Of course I looked at him upset and confused. He said they charge extra for coffin shape. I asked why didn't he tell me that before he started on my nails???!!! He waited until he was finished to tell me. He pointed to a sign with small lettering at the front corner of the store. I told him how the hell am I supposed to read those small a** letters! What kind of customer service is this???!!! I almost walked out on them, but I didnt. I paid, did not tip and will never be back. They can take the tip out the over charge, screw them. Read Less

I loved this place!!  I visited last night and the entire visit was pleasant and I left relaxed and happy. It is small... five pedicure chairs and three nail desks but this is not a detriment... make an appointment and things run fine.  It is not a fancy salon, no extras like so many are doing now (seriously, if I want an alcoholic drink, I will go to the bar)... however, it is very clean and comfortable.Vuong did my pedi and he took such care and was so gentle that I almost fell asleep.  Well, that is one reason, the other is that it is a quiet salon.. no blaring music (soft instrumentals only), no loud tv, no screeching voices yabbering back and forth... it was lovely!Tien did my nails.. gel powder.. and did an awesome job. I am extremely picky about the thickness and she did a perfect job. I love them!I've already recommended to a couple of women at work and I have a couple of friends I will be convincing to give a try.  Loved it! Read Less

Tien did my nails and she didnt even let me pick my color out before putting me in the chair for a pedicure. She didnt give me a massage either. I was like wth? My nails are cute but if I would have known it would have been half assed I would have just gotten a color change on both my nails and my feet. I paid $45.00 for a gel manicure and pedicure - wont be back. Should have dealt with the wait time at Zen - at least they give you what you pay for even if it is a little more. Do I have to give a star? If I had it my way I would give it 0 stars... I took my 4 year old daughter here to get her nails done (which we do on a regular basis) this was our first time going here.... To start, the lady that was doing my daughters feet became frustrated with my daughter bc she told her that she did not do her pink and green pattern correctly and began to huff and puff, but it was her fault for not listening... I can understand the frustration though bc dealin⋯⋯g with a 4 year old in that type of business has to be tough... I was only bothered at the fact that she made it known that she was irritated with my daughter and she abruptly jumped up, signaled over a different technician to finish the job as if she had had enough... The other lady finished with no problem or fuss out of my daughter (Like I said she is accustomed to getting her nails done so she knows how to handle herself).... What upset me the most is the fact that they tried to leave polish around my daughters finger as if we didn't know they are supposed to clean the excess polish around the outside of the nail off... To top it all off they charged me as if my daughter was an adult and attempted to make me pay extra bc she had 2 colors... I don't mind paying for good quality but we are talking about a 4 year little girls whose 20 nails probably used the amount of polish as an adult 5 nails... Also, I've been to enough nail shops to know that it doesn't matter if it's 2 colors or not their is no extra charge for a second color...
