One expects to be pampered when one decides a mani / pedi. This place, clearly doesn't do that unless you're a regular. No, that's not right, I should say unless you go every month.  When I walked in, I was shown to my seat right away, and then reminded I had to go to pick up my nail polish shade. Ok, I got up with wet feet and checked out the shades. Next, once I picked up my  shade and sat down, the attendees sat down for my attention - one at my feet, another by my side fir the mani. The Mani lady hasp a frown the ENTIRE Time she sat with me. She also spoke in some non-English language the first mitre time, with lots of frowning. I do not think she liked me, or my hands. The feet lady did not do justice to my feet. As in 3 hrs later, i still have non smooth soles. Ugh! Not that I can't do it on my Ian, but I did pay a lot of money to get this done!! I shouldn't HAVE to do it myself. Why I rated it 2 stars instead of 1: the nail polish job was well done! Read Less
