I don’t recommend this place! I went in wanting ONLY a color change and walked out having to pay $40 not even a full pedi service. & on top of that the nail polish didn’t even last... Ben has been doing my NexGen manicures for years.  I will go to no other person.  He is simply the . . . best!I make appointments & he is always ready for me.  Ben is very attentive & takes his time.  We enjoy visiting & catching up, since our last appointment.I could probably go close to a month, before needing another NexGen manicure.  What brings me back every 2 1/2-3 weeks, is because my nails grow so fast & I prefer them shorter.  Plus, I'm usually ready for a new nail color.Rest assured, I will follow Ben, wherever he goes, for my NexGen manicures :) ! Ok so I took my gal to get her nails done for her bday and she wanted 4 with a solid color and one with a clear nail.  My gal didn't notice until after the clear nail  was applied that it was actually lime green and she made a comment but the lady shrugged it off and continued anyways knowing that that is not what was wanted.  The nails literally lasted a week and are already cracking on her toes.  I just don't think a very good job was done for all the money I spent and she went out with nails that were ugly. They had horrible customer service!! I've never been to a nail salon so bad before in my life. I went to get a pedicure and gel manicure after work, hoping to get treated very kindly. Instead I was greeted with rudeness and once the lady started on my manicure she was doing a horrible job and filing my nails. To the point where I had to do it myself. I have been going here for two years to get my pedicures. When Yen is in, she's great. She takes her time, she pays attention to detail, she does EXACTLY what I want EXACTLY the way I want her to --and she never forgets to offer me a glass of wine :) but on the few occasions where I've gone in on her day off, I am disappointed every time, no matter who else does my Pedicure. And when I say I'm disappointed every time, I mean that I walk out of there angry. I will keep coming here as long as Yen is an employee b/c she's just...that...good, but I cant recommend anyone else since I find they are sloppy and lazy with my feet. Read Less

I live in Plano, but visiting a friend in Irving and had another friend from Florida who came in. We picked this nail saloon by googling. Worst experience we all three have ever had. One talked on her cell the whole time, the one doing my manicure did the worst I have ever had, peeling and breaking last night. Girl that did my toes okay. Guy that did Vickie's toes okay and kept us entertained by being funny. Poor Doris she had the cell phone girl and they did a terrible job on her brows. Went for a simple pedi, spent $35 and left with my toes with extra polish on the edges and cuticles half way done. Their french does not even include the light pink polish, i'ts just white tip and clear polish. Chair does not massage either. Read Less

Horrible customer service. Over priced to ensure they make $25 and up per head. I wouldn't have minded if the quality of the service was up to par but they think putting a few limes and oranges and a dab of scrub to your feet is 5 star quality is sad. The lady who did my feet kept rushing me and snapping her fingers for me to select a color. Then when I walked over with two colors she said if you drop it it's $5 dollars. I'm sorry I'm a grown woman that can handle two nail polishes! Ugh... so dissaponted with the limited art work selection for your toes and prices JUST HORRIBLE! One expects to be pampered when one decides a mani / pedi. This place, clearly doesn't do that unless you're a regular. No, that's not right, I should say unless you go every month.  When I walked in, I was shown to my seat right away, and then reminded I had to go to pick up my nail polish shade. Ok, I got up with wet feet and checked out the shades. Next, once I picked up my  shade and sat down, the attendees sat down for my attention - one at my feet, another by my side fir the mani. The Mani lady hasp a frown the ENTIRE Time she sat with me. She also spoke in some non-English language the first mitre time, with lots of frowning. I do not think she liked me, or my hands. The feet lady did not do justice to my feet. As in 3 hrs later, i still have non smooth soles. Ugh! Not that I can't do it on my Ian, but I did pay a lot of money to get this done!! You can never relax. They talk and laugh entirely to much. Very rude. I've been coming here for almost a year because it's close to my house,but this was my last visit. My nails are never all neat. They do a rush job. They try to tell me what color is best. Rely on the drill instead of taking the time needed to soak off old polish and if asked for another coat or saying anything hurts you they talk amongst each other. Read Less

We went today as a treat from myself to my hubby. It was about 20 degrees out but I figured, what the heck! We didn't wait more than 15 mins and we were seated together. The water was warm but we did have to ask for it to warmed up a bit. I think she thought she was cooking neck bones because the water got so hot I thought it would start boiling. The jets didn't work so our feet literally soaked until the pedicures started. When the guy started my feet he wasn't the nicest but wasn't rude just kinda blunt I guess. He didn't cut me and did a good job overall and it didn't take forever. The lady who worked on my husband put him to sleep so it was safe to say, he enjoyed it. My full set was done quickly and neatly. She could have cleaned up around the acrylic a tad better but definitely didn't do a bad job, I will return. I feel like that are a tad over priced but I guess it works. *****EDIT: since this review two nails are chipped bc they are as thin as paper and I noticed on my feet I was charged extra for callus removal, THAT IS A PART OF A PEDICURE. Beauty Buyer BEWARE!! This place does not even deserve ONE star... First of all- their HVAC unit was down... In middle of July... In Texas! They should not even be open for business. Second of all- they do not remove in growns (like EVERY other nail salon does). That is the entire point of getting a pedicure!! When we asked about it, the older angry grouchy woman in pink who wears gold crosses around her neck, continued to complain in a foreign language to the lady next to her.During our entire pedicure, the tv was blaring with soccer... At a nail salon! How unprofessional. I seriously do not know how this place is even still open! What else? How about how dirty this place is. You walk in to fabric covered waiting chairs, covered in God only knows what kind of stains. They have 2 machines behind the "register" area with red liquid and white liquid- claiming to be red margarita and Pina colada. HA! No. Sugar water with milk and red dye. I am very disappointed with the manicure I received. It was very lovely the day I got it, but my polish chipped away the very next day. I got this manicure due to my recent engagement.
