Called at 6:15 pm to go in and get a pedicure and she said she was closed. I asked what time does she close she said at 7 pm. I asked do you accept walk in she said yes. Horrible service! My nails are ugly and I paid $45 for dip and the lady didn't even do it right. She did it with a brush. I asked for coffin nails and she messed up on a few of them. I asked her to fix them or if not then to charge me $35 and she said NO! Grabbed my hand and was like which one you want me to fix I told her what two nails and she was upset cutting my nails doing them over, she was so upset she couldn't hold the nail cutter it fell out her hands. LOVE this salon. Honestly I have been to some salons that may look fancier than here but I swear these ladies treat you right and offer a damn good price. I have been going to KIM for months now and she has always been gentle and sweet. Never a single complaint for this salon. Dee was amazing, my nails look so good! I've been here about 4 times, and every single time I have great service. It is always busy though, so be ready to wait about 30-45mins, but that's still really good considering I didn't have an appointment. I cannot stop staring at my nails, she did a spectacular job!!!
