I purchased the hot stone pedicure for $25. I didn't expect it to be the same as a deluxe pedicure but it was extremely rushed and he left my feet feeling rough. I asked him about my feet and was told I would need to pay for the $33 pedicure. This is unheard of. The whole point is smooth out my feet and quick polish so that I can move on with my day. I'm highly disappointed and will have to be extremely desperate to return. Still looking for a good salon in the area to become a regular customer. Also, the pedicure area smells like. Mildewed towels. My service was not worth the wait.

This was my first time visiting and was blown away by the amazing service. I messaged them yesterday to ask about acrylic for my toes due to not having much for them to work with and I got a response to my question very quickly. Ken did an amazing job on my toes and hands. Seriously it was like walking out as a new person!! I would highly recommend Nail City and it will now be my permanent salon!

My friends and I were in need of a good pedicure and I looked all over the area for a salon with good ratings and they had the best. We decided to check it out. We brought our friend who had never had a pedicure and she loved it!!! We ALL did! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The deluxe pedicure was amazing with the foot scrub and hot towels as well as hot stones OMG incredible! Thank you so much for a great experience and a new favorite place to get pampered!

Unfortunately making an appt doesn't get you in on time. wait average 20 minutes.

Ken is my favorite for nail powder dip! They last me until my next appt (3-4 weeks) no chipping or anything !

I was desperate to have someone fix a really botched gel powder(nails were thick as Chiklets and 2 fell off 🤦♀️ I got at The Nail Lounge for 40.00 and a $10.00 tip! Found City Nails with great reviews so went after work. Ken took great care of me, friendly and kept asking me questions to be sure of exactly what I wanted, saying “you’re the boss”....25 minutes later, gorgeous, natural looking dipped gel powder nails. He also put on a Base Coat of powder so removal wouldn’t be hard on the nail bed. Humble shop but great service.

I love coming here. It's quiet and relaxing. Every pedicure and manicure I've gotten here has been awesome. Polish is always expertly applied. They also do a great job of telling you about manicure options and which (gel, dip, etc.) might be the best option for your nail type (mine are super thin, so gel it is!) Really do love this place.

I was then told after already waiting about 25 mins. that it would be an additional 30 mins. I asked why were the others serviced before me and he said they had appointments. I've been going here for years and have also made appointments. I have never been serviced before someone who was already there 10 mins. or more already waiting. I was told they would get that person and I'd be next bc they'd already been waiting a while. Needless to say I'm NEVER going back!! Worst service I've ever had at a nail shop. It's too many shops to deal with poor service. Went around the corner and was in and out...

Was in a pinch to get my nails done during lunch and found this place near my office. I HIGHLY recommend it. They were very nice and Tran did an expert job on my gel nails. She was gentle in getting the polish off and filing and buffing. I'm going to switch to her for my manicures instead of the salon by my house.

I purchased the hot stone pedicure for $25. I didn't expect it to be the same as a deluxe pedicure but it was extremely rushed and he left my feet feeling rough. I asked him about my feet and was told I would need to pay for the $33 pedicure. This is unheard of. The whole point is smooth out my feet and quick polish so that I can move on with my day. This was my first time visiting and was blown away by the amazing service. I messaged them yesterday to ask about acrylic for my toes due to not having much for them to work with and I got a response to my question very quickly. Ken did an amazing job on my toes and hands. I was desperate to have someone fix a really botched gel powder(nails were thick as Chiklets and 2 fell off 🤦♀️ I got at The Nail Lounge for 40.00 and a $10.00 tip! Found City Nails with great reviews so went after work.
