I am super bummed. Went in for a nice relaxing pedicure and came out with a band aid on my heel. I should've said no to the 5$ upgrade to scrub the dead skin off my feet. Well......indeed she scrubbed...very efficiently to the point where she ended up having to put a band aid on my heel because she scrubbed so hard it left open wounds. Idk who I saw but I went in two different times. I got a shellac/gel manicure on my finger nails and a regular pedicure another time. Two days after my manicure I noticed a finger nail was already chipped. 3 days later, I saw another was chipped. This should NOT happen when you pay for shellac and are promised two weeks minimum of long lasting polish. Pedicure was subpar. I could have painted them better. My toe nails started to chip 4 days after getting them done. Pedicures last, for what feels like, ever! They shouldn't be chipping 4 days later. Their pricing doesn't match their quality. Very impersonal visit. Spoke with nail tech gave specifics on how I eanted my nails medium length curvy and rounded like oval shape. I still walked out with nails glued crooked, short nails with no curve. Overcharged $35. Very unhappy. When I pointed out how 2 tips were crooked nail tech tried to argue with me and stated I'm not a machine did I want to go somewhere else?! Lots of technicians working during open hours. Lots of colors to choose from. Of course they try to up sale choosing. Pricing is normal for the area. Best nail salon that I have found. Friendly staff, and they offer bottled water or wine. They also offer waxing too. Easy in/out location is definitely a plus. A little jewel a lot know about but lets keep it to ourselves. New to Hutto and tried Posh Nails for the first time based on great reviews. The lady who did my spa pedicure was sweet and did a great job. The basins had liners and she pulled instruments from a sealed bag. The finishes and decor are nice but the building is cluttered and dirty which was off putting. The tray tables on pedicure chairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time, furniture was very dusty, floors were dirty and needed mopping, dirt splattered on walls and doors in back area. I've gone to the same nail salon practically my whole in a different town so I knew it was going to be hard to find a new salon when I moved but I have been coming to Posh Nails for the past year and I couldn't be happier! They have a customer for life with me! Every time I come in they are always so nice and very professional. The owner Louis is always very welcoming and greets each customer the moment you walk in the door even if he is with a customer himself. They are very friendly and always make sure that you are comfortable and that your needs are met. It's a very clean location and their services and color options are endless! Posh Nails provides an excellent service. My wife went a few days before to check them out. She set up an appointment for me. I arrived after work and Posh Nails was busy. Luis got me right in and thankfully Becky made the appointment so there was no wait time.  Kim was my technician. You can call in and make an appointment if you don't want to wait. It's always clean. My daughter is a hair stylist and goes here too because she thinks their practice is good and sanitary. The service experience here is solely based on which tech you get and what time you're able to get there. I work normal business hours during the week and no matter the day, every time I get to Posh at 5 or 5:30 I am turned away due to a "long wait." Additionally there is no less than an hour wait on Saturday and Sunday, and when I attempt to just go in for a simple eyebrow wax, it's the same thing "sorry, long wait, can you come back later?" And from what I've seen and also read in other reviews, making an appointment means nothing. No, I'm not coming back later, because regardless, unless you can get the main guy (2nd workstation) or the younger sister (usually on the very end by the sink), your nail services with be mediocre, as others have described as well. And I've only ever been offered a bottled water by the mother (older sweet lady) the times I've been there. No perks other than the longest pedicures and manicures you've ever experienced in life. Why does it need to take 2 hours for a pedicure and shellac nails??? Hence why the "waits" are so ridiculously long. So, if you're willing to get there at odd, during the workday hours, specifically wait for the 2 people that do a great job, AND have the time to be there for 2 or more hours, this is the place to be... If I could give a 0 I would, the first time I went they ladies were a little rough but did a good job with ingrown. This time it was rougher and I don't think the lady knew what she was doing, plus she didn't speak any English. When I told her I had an ingrown she got some out however on both big toes she cut the skin around my nail then jabbed the skin with one of the tools. She just looked at me and said would you like me to dig more, my toe is bleeding and I had to ask her to stop and let the bleeding slow. It hurt really bad, when I left I told the manager and she told me that was normal. That I should put Neosporin on it and not to worry. Its been a week and I have an once room in both toes spreading. Last three times I have been in there has been an hour plus wait. Wish I would have been told how long the wait was going to be so I could have had the option to go somewhere else. They made it seem it wouldn't be too long. After 45 min. I walked out. I have them three chances, now I won't go back. They need to hire more people or something. They have several gel colors to choose from. They got really busy as I was halfway through but they kept their pace and didn't rush on anyone who was already receiving a service. I've always been picky about my nails and no one ever seems to do it to my liking. Until I came to Posh Nails! I first went in when I was 9 months pregnant and then didn't go back until she was 6 months old and they still remembered me & the fact that I had brought my son in with me before. They are all so nice and personable! Even when I couldn't pick a color (so many to choose from!), I told her my event or what I was looking for and they picked my color for me and it has been perfect! I had picked one color before and instead of just doing it, I was advised it didn't go well with my skin tone and picked a perfect alternative for me that I loved even more! The customer service and the quality of work are worth taking the time to rate this nail shop. I walked in at 6pm not sure of what all I wanted. I initially asked for a gel manicure. I have had only 1 other time had a gel manicure at a different nail shop and the results were sub par (started peeling in less than a week). I waited about 20min - there was a full house. After observing the staff and happy clients for those 20min I asked if there would be time for me to get a pedicure. Without hesitation Luis said "of course, no problem". Keep in mind they close at 7pm. Also I didn't know which of the 1000000 colors to choose from. I showed Luis the shades/colors I tend to like and he recommended one for me. It was perfect. After my manicure which he made sure to ask me several times if I liked the color, made sure the polish was even, and took his time with cuticles and hand massage- he passed me off to Abby for pedicure. I was happy for this because other shops will try to give you a "full manicure " while you are getting a pedicure. Abby was personable, gave me tips on best way to trim my nails (I keep them very short) and kept the conversation light while taking her time. Throughout my services people kept walking in (right before closing time) completely unaware and unapologetic about wanting full services and without attitude or eye rolling the staff welcomed them. Though this is all fine and great - my biggest concern is quality. I am a week out from my gel manicure and they are in perfect shape - no chipping, fading, etc. I will definitely be a long time customer and highly recommend Posh Nails. Read Less

I've gone here for Pedicures 3 times, each time by a different tech. It's a cute establishment, but the service is lacking. Techs do bare minimum when scrubbing & massaging. I prefer quality service and attention to detail. I had nail polish on the skin of my toes. I don't feel as if my time was valued because I was left soaking while a tech took a smoke break, and another time the tech kept answering his cell phones during my pedicure. Hard to feel pampered when you're getting service in increments.  --BUT The massage chairs are great!! Also the 3 times I've been there, I was never offered a drink like other reviews mentioned. Went in with my Mom about 1 hour before closing. We both asked for shellac manicures - it is barely 3 days later and 3 nails the polish is peeling right off.  Complete waste of money and time. I live out of town and get my nails done every 2-3 weeks as that is how long a normal shellac manicure lasts.Edit:  4th day after manicure and 5 nails have peeled off. Ridiculous! Read Less

I love coming to Posh Nails. My husband just got out of the military after 10 years so I've gotten my nails done in multiple cities and states. Posh Nails is by far the best. I LOVE there massage chairs. I usually never use them at the other salons because they are horrible but I can't wait to use to the ones here. They always do a great job on my nails and eyebrows. I regret not getting the name of the older woman who did my pedicure today because it was AMAZING. I came with my mother for spa pedicures and we both came in and were almost immediately seated after choosing our color. They were fairly busy, so they started on my mother's pedicure first. One of the reasons they lost a star is that my water actually became tepid by the time my pedicure started. I had to request for someone to help me reheat the water. However, my mood was quickly fixed when the woman who did my pedicure apologized for the long wait and started my pedicure. The $30 spa pedicure involves the physical caretaking of the nails, a sea salt scrub, a quick hot stone massage (and by quick I mean quick!), a regular massage, hot towels around your newly exfoliated legs, and painting the nails. She cut my nails down very well, listening to my request when I asked for my nails to be a bit shorter and more square and meeting my expectations perfectly. The massage was wonderful and was reminiscent of the reflexology massages I like to get sometimes because of a few spots she made sure to press on my feet. My calves are always hurting and she seemed to really focus on them as well. Normally I don't pay so much for a pedicure, but when I do it generally includes callus treatments. Here you have to pay an extra $5 for the treatment which is definitely thorough but I'm used to it already being included so I was a bit perturbed.I will definitely return again if my pedicure holds out for as long as it does at my favorite salons! Posh Nails never disappoints!! I love that they are here in Hutto where I live and Luis is awesome!! I always make a reservation so I can have him work on my nails!
