The service experience here is solely based on which tech you get and what time you're able to get there. I work normal business hours during the week and no matter the day, every time I get to Posh at 5 or 5:30 I am turned away due to a "long wait." Additionally there is no less than an hour wait on Saturday and Sunday, and when I attempt to just go in for a simple eyebrow wax, it's the same thing "sorry, long wait, can you come back later?" And from what I've seen and also read in other reviews, making an appointment means nothing. No, I'm not coming back later, because regardless, unless you can get the main guy (2nd workstation) or the younger sister (usually on the very end by the sink), your nail services with be mediocre, as others have described as well. And I've only ever been offered a bottled water by the mother (older sweet lady) the times I've been there. No perks other than the longest pedicures and manicures you've ever experienced in life. Why does it need to take 2 hours for a pedicure and shellac nails??? Hence why the "waits" are so ridiculously long. So, if you're willing to get there at odd, during the workday hours, specifically wait for the 2 people that do a great job, AND have the time to be there for 2 or more hours, this is the place to be...
