They rushed thru my nails. Burnt my nails. Didn't last long. I got the dip nails, and they started breaking off! I really appreciate they introduced me to dip nails, but the chair was uncomfortable when I was getting my pedicure and the way they rushed thru my nails made me never want to come back. I have them a try with the convenience of being located in Walmart, but they cost as much as anywhere else I go, with a worst experience! Not worth it. Read Less

I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE!!! He used the drill to remove my artificial nails instead of just removing the surface and soaking. He went all the way to the nail bed and burned 3 of my nails. Then they put my whole hands in a bowl of Acetone to soften what was left. Instead of wrapping each one in foil & cotton like all other salons do. Then he clipped my finger base when cutting cuticle. A very bad experience and overcharged. Charged way extra for gel polish tha wasn't applied real well. lots of lumps and streaky. BE WARE! wouldn't even give a one but won't post without it. Came in today for a powder dip manicure, not bad. Reasonable prices, and my manicure is nice, but I wish it would’ve come out more shiny. I gave 3 stars because all though the manicure is good, the customer service could be improved. The lady who did my nails stood over me as I was choosing a color which made me feel rushed, and she never made conversation as she was dipping my nails which made for a very awkward hour. I may come back just for the convenience of the location by my work and school, but it won’t be my first option. Read Less

If I could give them a half a star I would.. I had chiped nail and they didn't replace the nail they just put acrilic on it. And then they did not fill my nails and the lady cut me 3 or four times.. I would never recommend this place to anyone Read Less

For the price pretty decent; but we were the only ones there until right at the end of our time when another customer came in. We're used to a slightly more expensive place with a few more perks but I'm sure the newer chairs, beverages & a few more deluxe options come with the price increase with the other place we've gone too. My daughter got a combo kids mani pedi that comes with designs for $25 her complaints are mostly things i can understand the reason why they do things that way. (She wanted to do her mani at the mani station instead of in the pedi chair & didn't understand why she didn't get all the deluxe items in the pedicure.)Where I knock down a few marks is I could tell that the person working with my daughter was getting slightly frustrated with her by the end of it, possibly frustrated with the fact I had to repeat her questions to my daughter cause she had a hard time hearing her, frustrated that she wanted to use her tablet, etc She was always nice & helpful  but as her mom I can tell when folks get frustrated with her oddball personality. I would have let the younger guy working on me work with her if I knew that was going to be the case. The other was there are one or two spots on my foot that I had to take care of that normally would have been done at the nail place & two places on my leg a little heat "burned" from the warm towels or way that i noticed was red on my legs for a good 3 hours after which I have not had happen before. I'm pretty heat tolerant so not sure what that's about. Anyway we'll probability give them another shot at some point, but pedicures for us are only a once every 6 months to a year event. Read Less

Came here for a mani-pedi with my mother-in-law and while it was nice and clean (never saw them take the tools out of any sterilizer, though, they were just in their carts)  we were not impressed by the quality of work that we received. The lady who worked on me rushed and the polish on my fingers and toes was uneven and sloppy. I had to take the polish off of my fingers already because they just didn't look nice at all. My mother-in-law liked her toes and while her fingers looked better than mine she wasn't terribly happy with the work, either. The ladies tried to sell us the pedicures that cost double immediately upon arrival and I think when we declined and asked for the basic mani-pedi's they just wanted us out of there so they could move on to the next customer. Located inside Wally World and is the cleanest drive by nail shop I've ever been to. They sterilize each set of instruments using an autoclave machine, and open a new set for each patron. The ladies are always friendly and take their time smoothing and moisturizing neglected little toes. I also love the scent of the coconut lotion, scrubs and cuticle oils they use!
