If I could rate a 0 I would. I told her my eyebrows were uneven and to fix them. She took off half of my eyebrow then tried covering up her mistake with brow powder. Now they have never grown the same. This place sucks! Don’t ever go here.

about a year ago, my friend and I had come in and the main lady took much longer than she had ever previously, not to mention it was extremely painful. We had avoided this place all this time until a couple days ago and again she took entirely too long and was extremely painful. She threaded one of my brows too thin, almost completely off but whatever. She kept insisting on waxing my lips for I don’t know what reason when I don’t have any hair on my face and have never had any other professional offer this service to me so I was a little annoyed and insulted. My friend had her eyebrows, upper lip and chin. She cut my friend’s skin on her brows, burned her chin, and she got a heat rash on her upper lip. As we’re paying and walking out she said if we wanted to her to work on our brows, she’s there all week except Sunday and Monday. May give this other lady a try but for the most part, I’m looking for a new place to go in the area.

NISHA IS AMAZZZZZZING! I love the way she perfects my eyebrows EVERYTIME! The prices are reasonable, but the QUALITY is what I come for! Nisha is the ONLY one I would allow to touch my eyebrows! I was skeptical the first time getting my upper lip done, (I told her I had someone who liked it...lol) ,but she convinced me to get it done and she is the ONLY one I will TRUST to thread my upper lip! 😂 I no longer have a mustache thanks to Nisha! 😍

We went into the perfect brow bar, seeing that they offer Henna tattoos. They had no pictures of the designs they have to offer there, so we looked up an image on google, she said she could do it. Well, she tried. The wrist area was completely off center, it was so horrible and unproportional and not at all what we expected. On the second arm, we just had to go ahead and stop her because of how uneven it was. This is the photo we showed her and this is what she gave us.

WORST experience I've ever had if you're thinking of going here, don't. The main lady that works is so rude and commented on everything about me. First she said that I NEEDED to get my upper lip done which I didn't and didn't want to and I told her that but she kept saying I did. Next she asked where I got my eyelash extensions done and she said she could of done them "WAY BETTER". Which my eyelashes are so amazing. Then she said that I needed to buy her eyebrow powder bc my eyebrows were "too thin". And to top it all of she was pressing so hard on my skin when doing my eyebrows she kept breaking the string and my eyebrows still hurt already 2 days later. Will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Do NOT get ANYTHING done at this place. The people there do not know what they are doing. I stopped by to get threading done. The lady must have not been paying attention because she was going over the same spot for at least 2 minutes, ripped my skin off, gave me 3 cuts and left me 3 scars on my lip. Now everything i look in the mirror, I see 3 scars. Devastating. I will be pursuing legal action. I contacted corporate and still have not receieved a call back.

The girl was nice but she butchered my brows. I had to go straight to Ulta for help with a brow pencil to fix this disaster. I went from thick (needed shaping) eyebrows to thin, round brows. No arch. ...
The girl was nice but she butchered my brows. I had to go straight to Ulta for help with a brow pencil to fix this disaster. I went from thick (needed shaping) eyebrows to thin, round brows. No arch. At all. The website says they map your perfect arch out, in line with your pupils...she did not consultation at all. Just lean back, close your eyes and started threading. Lesson learned.

about a year ago, my friend and I had come in and the main lady took much longer than she had ever previously, not to mention it was extremely painful. We had avoided this place all this time until a couple days ago and again she took entirely too long and was extremely painful. She threaded one of my brows too thin, almost completely off but whatever. She kept insisting on waxing my lips for I don’t know what reason when I don’t have any hair on my face and have never had any other professional offer this service to me so I was a little annoyed and insulted. We went into the perfect brow bar, seeing that they offer Henna tattoos. They had no pictures of the designs they have to offer there, so we looked up an image on google, she said she could do it. Well, she tried. The wrist area was completely off center, it was so horrible and unproportional and not at all what we expected. Do NOT get ANYTHING done at this place. The people there do not know what they are doing. I stopped by to get threading done. The girl was nice but she butchered my brows. I had to go straight to Ulta for help with a brow pencil to fix this disaster. I went from thick (needed shaping) eyebrows to thin, round brows. No arch. At all. The website says they map your perfect arch out, in line with your pupils...she did not consultation at all. Just lean back, close your eyes and started threading. Lesson learned.
