I was really tired of spending a chunk of money on nails and pedi and leaving the salon feeling like I'd been put through the conveyer belt on high speed. Because of great reviews I decided to try Nails on the Boulevard. From the first phone call I could tell this place was different. I made an appt for Saturday afternoon for dipped nails and a sugar scrub pedi. I was greeted warmly and Marcela started working on my nails. I'm used to having my nails wrapped in foil to remove the old dip but they use a steamer instead. It takes less time and I liked not having chemicals soaking into my nails- and running down my hand.  After she removed the powder, she noticed that my natural nails were rough. She asked if the previous salon sanded directly on them. I didn't know there was another way. Instead, she applied the dip and then sanded it smooth. It looks great! And my hands felt wonderful especially after the shop's wonderful scrub. Then Lee proceeded to do the most wonderful pedicure I've had in years. The callous remover left my nasty heels smooth.  They felt so good and Marcela even found the polish for my toes that matched my nails. This shop is so clean and peaceful. If you want a really relaxing experience, this is the place. But it's not a quick in and out visit so give yourself time to enjoy it. Read Less

This was my first time visiting Nails on the Boulevard and I had a great experience. The salon is small, but well organized and very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They take appointments, which you can make online or by phone. Super convenient and I prefer this to the walk-in method. Beth did a fabulous job with my gel manicure! She was extremely detail oriented and made sure the polish was *perfectly* applied. They have a house-made hand and foot scrub that is amazing! Made my hands so perfectly smooth & soft. I purchased a small container of the scrub for 6.99. A little will go a long way! The only downside is the location is a little too far from my home to be convenient for me. Below star rating my nails were not done right, when I requested for a refund the owner gave me an attitude and told me that I could only come in later that day to do it without asking me when was a better time for me and got upset because I couldn't do it when she wanted me to. I have witnessed her talk about clients to other clients behind their back and speak of racist remarks about that Vietnamese people. So if you do not want your nails done right and that maybe they'll criticize you behind your back this is the best place for you I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is the only nail salon I can go to with my sensitive nails. Services from any other nail salon cause my nails to split & peel, but Yvonne and her staff take extra time and care with my nails and I'm finally able to enjoy getting my nails done. The shop is cute & I thought the techs were very nice. They did a nice job on my cuticles however, I got the powder dip nails & within 2 days 2 nails popped off. 2 days later I lost another 3! Way too much money for pretty nails that last such a short time. Read Less

I love this place.  I have been to several in the Bedford-Hurst area and always thought I got a good pedi until I went here!  Total difference, amazing service. You will leave a friend. My pedi lasted at least 2 weeks longer than the "typical" nail place and I appreciate that they are English speaking and don't talk another language in front of me.  Prices seem to be a little higher than typical place but so worth it! Ok, so I found this place on Yelp of all things!  Read the reviews and saw that most people if not all had nothing but good things to say about this little "gem", well I am here to tell you differently.First of all the salon is small, only 3 spa chairs.  Now some people might like that, but I prefer to be spaced out and not right next to someone cramped in a little corner.  Secondly they make you wash your hands even though your getting a spa pedicure?  Why do I need to wash my hands when I am getting my FEET done?  Third, they insist you silence your cell phones, now this I don't mind but my phone rang and I got a nasty look from the employees when this happened....the sign says silence your phones NOT do not answer your phone if it rings!  People are going to get calls, texts, etc.  It's 2014 people.  Fourth, normally in the past when I have gone to a nail salon and offered a drink they give you a can soda, or an iced coffee, or something simple as a BOTTLE of water.  Here I got a plastic cup, kind of like the one's you get on an airplane, size wise.  Hope your not thirsty.  Lastly I got the most expensive spa pedicure rated at 50.00 and trust me it was NOT at all worth it.  Yes, she got the dead skin off my heels, painted my toes pretty (all of which I could do at home) but when it came to the "massage" I was lucky to have gotten 2 minutes PER foot/leg.  No hot stone massage, no parfin wax, nothing.  I got a salt scrub and a mask and some luke warm towels wrapped around my legs and feet.  I then had to sit for 10 minutes with the towels on my feet and legs while she walked off and got back on her Ipad.To sum it up an hour and a half and not 1 appointment, or walk in the WHOLE time I was there.  Hmmmm, now I know why.  The only reason I went here was to use the 30% off coupon I found on their website for "first time clients".  Even 35.00 was to much for what I received.  Just being honest.....sorry guys. This is the only place in the mid cities to get your nails done! I have been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for 13 years. Now I am doing Shellac. I am very picky about my nails. The employees here are not only English speaking but they don't take any short cuts. They do everything the correct way and treat your nails and feet like they are a VIP! Outstanding!  ... Located in a recently updated strip mall off of grapevine hwy this little salon is as good as it gets. Why pay Elizabeth Arden rates when this salon provides such exemplary service. I am a shopper for excellence service and highly recommend NOTB for many reasons- rates are competitive. They don't need gimmicks to win your service. - this is an an old fashioned experience. Every time you go you feel as if you are surrounded by your best friends sharing stories and advice.- no nicks, cuts, burns here.  I have been to the sweatshops around town and you are lucky to get an average mani/pedi with a small refreshment but it doesn't make up for the nicks cuts and burns. I applaud those brave souls who ignore these errors but I prefer leaving with my hands and feet be in better condition than when I arrived.- they take their time...and you are in no rush to leave. I do not like going to nail salons because most of the ones I have been into have been filthy and gross. This was a HUGE change. The staff was exceptional and over the top in customer service. They treated me with a kindness you don’t see any more and the prices are nice especially in this time. They gave me just what a wanted and gave me tips on how to keep my manicure lasting longer. The atmosphere is very pleasant and I would definitely go back! This is the best nail salon in all of DFW, no question. The Parisian decor is calm, beautiful and elegant. However, what makes this the best nail salon is not the atmosphere, but the Paraffin Pedicure. I have had pedicures at every high end spa in town and then some, but none top this one. It is truly a relaxing and beautiful experience. My nails always look amazing and I get frequent compliments on them. Wow what a peaceful experience!This Nail Salon is Gorgeous! I love how they did there decor it's very cozy...... It's not your ordinary nail shop. I had the Spa Pedicure, I was so relaxed I feel asleep, it was just what I needed.It started as a normal pedicure but then out came the good stuff ! she gave me a good amount of sea salt scrub and then a mint mask and hot towels then the lights went out and so did I. When it was time for the polish she did'nt want me to get up she said "don't sit up just relax" there came another massage with lotion and then the polish.It was well worth it Needless to say I will be back....
