I canceled my membership over a year ago. I don't really keep up with my account as i should and noticed today that they have been charging me for a membership for over a year while i never renewed. I have also paid for separate services on top of a membership and no one at the Humble location caught that, so in return i was being double charged. The charges on my account are all random days of the month and it looks like someone just picks a day to charge my account whenever they feel like it. I have contacted Corporate office and they told me that someone would get back with me, however no one has. I read on google reviews that this has happened to other people from the Humble location. DO NOT GIVE CARD information!!! They steal money. Read Less

I pay for service using my debit card last year 9/16. It is now 1/26/17, the company continues to charge me for services I have never received. I have went up there and spoken with management and employees. Even the employees seen the mistakes that were made... But but it is a new year and I continue to have issues with this company! The manager informed me that I would receive a refund within 24hr. It is now a new year and all I've received is five unauthorised charges from Shapes Brow Bar, to my bank.
