I walked in at 440 and was told they were closed. It was not 5 and I drove a hour and some change to get there. I will not be returning. Do not ever go here. The lady at desk 2 was so rude. She had the biggest attitude with me for no reason. She didn't greet me and she was very impatient. The service is terrible. I like to tip good for good work but I left her nothing. She had a criddle face. Read Less

Disappointing service after visiting more than a dozen times. Walked in for a pedicure, was greeted and I politely took a seat because all pedi booths were occupied. After 10-15 min wait, another lady walks in and is greeted by her first name and taken directly to pedi stall. The other lady clearly did not have an appointment and basically allowed to go in front of me. To make matters worse the nail tech didn't even acknowledge me until I stood up and walked out. I completely understand that this is their business and have stronger relationships with some customers, but it was more than rude to not even acknowledge my presence. Worst nail place I have ever been to.  They do not sanitize their spa tubs or equipment.  After the girl did my predicure she went to eat her lunch without washing her hands.  After dragging my husband in to get him a pedicure that he didn't want they ended up charging more for the same pedicure because he was a man.  I would never go back. Went to visit my usual spot for my mani pedi today, and even talked my lovey (husband) into getting a pedi with me too. They are always very prompt to great you as soon as you walk in. The place was pretty busy today but we were given pedi spa chairs to relax in while we waited for someone to be available almost immediately. In less than 5 min a I had someone prepared to start my pedi. I got the deluxe and let me say, the foot rub was on point! I was comfy and relaxed and got the paraffin wax dip and then a nice sparkly purple polish to end it. My honey had to wait to get his, but it worked out since my toes would take a little while to dry. They started on his feet right after I was done and sitting at the uv drying table. It was fun watching his face as they started the foot scrub and he was trying not to laugh (he's ticklish). He enjoyed the pampering (his feet needed it fo' sho', lol). We left with happy toe and relaxed feet. Only thing that would have made it better would have been if we came when it was less busy and we had gotten to get pedis at the same time and not get separated. Read Less
