I recently started coming to this nail shop. First few experiences were not good. The two guys who would do the shellac manicure were always in a rush and did sloppy work. However, I did not let that stop me from going back. Quinn & Tina do awesome work. I have been told that Tiffany and Tracy also do awesome work. So if you want your nails done right use one of these ladies. They are always busy so it's good to make an appointment when you can get a spot. Read Less

They do ok nails I think they are over priced a little. I had them paint my nails blue and didn't really like the color they said ur would be $18 for them to change it. I had not even paid yet. Other places done charge near as much and usually will change or for free if you have not leftor even paid yet. Read Less

So if you would like to get drunk and get your nails done. Then go here. They have champagne and wine that is complimentary. I saw this lady get so trashed that they had to help her to get car. HUGE language barrier. Said I didn't like how it looked. (Showed him the picture 4 times of what I wanted). Told him I wanted the colors in the picture (in colored powder) He got upset with me cause I said after he did 1st hand that's not what I wanted. (In the 15 + years of getting my nails done I've only made someone do my nails over 2 times.) This is one of those times. Finally just got irritated and said do regular pink and white ombre. First time in! Took my little sister to get hands/feet painted & half of her little nails weren't done. As for me I got a full set w/shellac on top . The gentlemen who did them cut me 3 times and kept saying "it's ok it's small ". One cut okay , accidents happen but three? Then I wanted a metallic coat of shellac once it came to setting it the gel started melting off my nail. Well what else can I say about this place other then it's fantastic! Now I don't often get my nails done. I work with my hands too much and I am very careful with my money!! So I had a pedicure somewhere else and did I realize how much better this place is. I got a citrus delux spa and wow! I have requested david before. I am usually weird about a man touching u but honestly he is so professional that u can't tell at all. He is effective and not very talkative with me or his co-workers which I like. He didn't even flinch when I knew my feet where bad and I knew he would have to scrub and file way more then usual! He didn't make u feel bad or anything. He pays attention to detail and really double checks his work. I got a delux spa pedi and shellac hands for about $93. I gave a splendid tip because I knew my feet where bad!! I can't say much about the wax of eyelashes or anything because I really don't get that done. It also seems like all the regulars know which technicians they like. I will be back!! Read Less

Went in for lashes with Tina, but she was on vacation. Was asked if someone else can do them, and I said yes. Never again. If your not good at something, let it go. Don't take your paying customers money and give them crap service. Will not be returning. Read Less

Anybody complaining 9 times out of 10 it's THEM and not the nail technician! If there's EVER an issue with your manicure, pedicure or nail service, ALLLLL you have to do is politely bring it to their attention and they will gladly fix it for you.....but what do I see? I see blatant disrespect from customers who lack communication skills necessary to respectfully voice their concerns or dissatisfaction with their end product. The tone reminds me of how slave owners spoke to slaves or how white people in general spoke and treated black Americans during Civil Rights...or even currently.....Every visit I've had to Ninas Nail Salon has been nothing short of exceptional... Everyone has always been courteous and respectful....and willing to provide you with the service you expect....but how awesome would you be if you knew your customers were treating you as if you were nothing worth respecting....think about that when you're judging and acting ignorant in the nail shop....or anywhere!! The ladies and gentlemen in the nail salon probably make more money than most of the customers who seek their services......think about that! All I'm saying is...treat others the way you'd like to be treated if you were in their shoes....Nina herself provides superior customer service....and the expectation from her employees is the same. Horrible experience. She wasn't taking her time had to tell her to slow her down. She did refill and replaced 2 nails instead of using chemical to remove the nail she decides to file the nail off burning and thinning my nail. When she put the nail on my thumb i asked her to remove it bcuz it was on crooked. The nail painting was inconsistent. Rhinestones weren't placed properly. 2 days later the tip of my nail broke with my real nail causing it to bleed with pieces of nail debris. My other thumb nail is cracked and bleeding as well not as bad as the other and that is both thumbs. Never ever again will i step foot in that nailshop . poor lazy workers careless. Negligent. Nina's Nails & Spa should be called "Petty's 'R Us" b/c the staff is extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and trifling. Yesterday I paid over $100 for a full set, pedicure, and individual lashes. The full set was mediocre at best and the lashes were glued all over the place with very visible glue globs all around my lash line. I hated them so much that I went back this afternoon to have them removed when the most ridiculousness ensued. They were so offended that I wanted the lashes removed after only one day that they told me I would have to wait 15 minutes when I could clearly see at least two employees who do lashes available. Then one, clearly not aware they were giving me the runaround, volunteered to assist. Immediately they began speaking in what I think is Korean to fill her in. Not only did she (I believe her name is Kathy - she's the pregnant one) have the nerve to begin snatching lashes off with tweezers (very painful so I insisted she use glue remover) but she purposely wiped my eyebrows off to solidify my perception of this establishment as the Pettiest Place on Earth!I wanted to go off and let everyone there know how ridiculous this so-called 'spa' is, but because I have class and tact (something you won't find there) I decided to write this review instead. Worst nail experience ever. I just wanted a simple manicure and pedicure. An older man was doing my nails he was about to paint them when I realized he had filed them so uneven and square. After he did one coat on one hand I realized there was no polish close to my cuticle or on the side of my nails. I asked him to put nail polish there and he said he would put the lighter color over it. ( I had a dark orange and a shiny orange on top) after he did that u could tell wear there was no polish on those parts but just the lighter color. After I told him I didn't like it he began to add the darker color over it and adding more layers. I noticed that he hadn't fixed all my nail but decided to leave it alone because at that point I was very fustrated. He added so many layers that it had that bulky thick look and after waited 30 minutes under the drying light I went to my car and one of my nail messes up because all the layers wouldn't let it dry. My toes were done by a lady were the color wasn't put on right either and my nail was cut wrong it looked sideways. They seemed very rushed and the were not even busy.
