The prices are the best in town. I always get my eyebrows done here, and they always leave them looking awesome and not too thin. I usually get a mani here as well. They are great at doing eyebrows here. I always want mine done a little thick but still looking clean and they always listen and do a great job. Nails could be better. Worst place ever. Will never come back. Haven't had my toes done since Easter so I was expecting to find a good place to get a massage. The older lady did my toes and she rushed through it. She didn't even massage my feet. Then when I asked her why she didn't massage my feet she acted as if she didn't understand what I was saying. Waste of money and time. I LOVE this place ! Everyone is sooo sweet. I love coming to an establishment that knows my name and what I'm getting. sometimes there is a crowd so I try to call ahead but for the most part the service is fast and friendly. Mary normally does my nails but I trust Willie and Ting as well :)  Mary was the first person to tell me that I could do shellac on my nails and that the powder was more expensive in the long run... not many nail salons would advise you to save money... have been here many times, never go to Willie. he never does what I asked him to and always says "we don't do long nails" but I always see him doing them for who he wants to. if Mary is the lady who sits directly behind the register, she's horrible. the last time my friends and I were here, she told one of them she didn't want to do her nails (very rudely) and told her to move chairs. and when I told her it was rude of her to do that to a paying customer, she got upset and then tried to change her story. horrible customer service. if a customer feels like her nail isn't straight or wants a longer/shorter length, you do that. they are paying you! you never tell someone "I don't want to your nails" only reason I give them two stars is because of the lady who sits at the third station back from the register. can never remember her name, but she does her job extremely well! nails & pedi. Didn't get serviced on my first visit because they were busy and wouldn't be able to get to me for 3o minutes. I appreciated the honesty, but the place smelled like dated. You know how you go to an older relative's house and it smells old. Yeah. That smell. Like old moth balls or something that I really do no want to inhale when I'm trying to get a relaxing pedicure. The décor was very dated too which is why the price is so cheap. I may smell it out, I mean check it out some other time, but if it smelled like it did the first time I visited, I'll be turning right back around and go out the door. Read Less

Well the reviews were spot on about how friendly the staff is here to everyone evn a kid friendly place too!/!Mi did my pedicure and what a sweet Young lady she listened to my every need and was very gentle on my feet which are very sensitive!I would refer this place to my friends and definitely refer Mi to do my nails again!!!! Came here based on the reviews for a pedi. I wanted a color with white tips - like a French manicure but with a springtime color instead of the flesh tone. I asked the tech if she could do this with the color I had picked out and she did some mumbling and nodding that I guessed was a yes and just figured I'd stop her once we got to the polish point just in case. There were a few other times she asked me questions that I couldn't understand. I was trying really hard and yet had no clue what she was asking. I ended up getting distracted by the conversations going on between the obvious regulars, so it was a good thing I had googled what I wanted so I could show her a photo because she had already started doing the opposite. It was REALLY difficult to understand the tech I had and she quickly corrected the issue once I had the pic to show her, but I worry that had I forgotten my phone (as I sometimes do), I wouldn't have been able to communicate what I wanted because we obviously couldn't understand each other. PROS: because they were busy, they told me it was fine to come in at 4:45 when they close at 5 (I had originally inquired at 4:05, so I wasn't being *that* jerk) and they also told another lady the same thing at 5 till 5. CONS: I felt horrible about the communication difficulties I was having with the tech (didn't want to be insensitive), but wished it wouldn't have happened. I wish she had looked to any other tech to confirm what I wanted so she didn't have to remove polish and start over Read Less

Have been getting my eyebrows waxed for a while here as they probably do the best job I have ever had. They always look nice, leave no sticky wax behind and it does not hurt what so ever. Nails on the other hand depends on what tech you get. I first started with a women who cut me bad and then the gentlemen took over and did a wonderful job. Very nice place.  We went in as a walk in,  my six year old and I.  I got a deluxe pedicure and and she got her nails and toes polished.  Very clean space and very affordable.  They even gave her lollipops when she was done. A couple a people came and went while we were there and you could tell they were regulars.  The staff was very personable with the clientele.  I will definitely go back when I'm in town. Read Less

I love this place. They do a great job and are very friendly.  I am really bad about getting my nails done before they are too long but no matter how l go between visits Willy always remembers me!
